Why did they make the toilet like this?

So, these are the urinals at a famous baseball stadium in the US. Even after a renovation, they kept the “famous” bathrooms.

Despite the toilets being wierd at least the two are not minding it 😂

Imagine if they made a toilet similar to a bidet, but instead of shooting water up your ass crack, a little tongue snuck out and lick your feet

I can answer that in a non-ironic manner. In many places, it's mandatory by Law for commercial establishments to make toilets available to customers. They can be fined for failing to do so. Some naive owners install these kinds of toilets thinking they only need to comply with the "letter of the law". The toilet exists, technically, but it doesn't offer enough privacy or comfort, deliberately discouraging customers from using it. Unfortunately for these owners, the final word on whether the establishment complies with the Law belongs to the Inspector. If the Inspector decides that the toilet doesn't provide adequate privacy, they can issue a fine. 🤷‍♂️
