🇺🇸 WHY DO WE KEEP PAYING FOR ALLIES WHO GHOST US WHEN IT MATTERS?! Trump just said the quiet part out loud on NATO. He went to the summit in Turkey almost as a favor to Erdogan. Not because Europe earned it. His words were blunt. He said America... was not treated well after taking action in Iran. Then he dropped the line that should be on every front page. "We don't need anybody's help." Read that twice. The most powerful nation on earth stood alone and did not even blink. Meanwhile the so called allies folded like lawn chairs. Trump named names. Italy said no. Germany said no. France said no. Even the UK tried to hedge, offering help only after the fight was already over. That is not an ally. That is a fair weather friend showing up for the parade after the war is won. For decades America has poured trillions into NATO. Trillions. To protect European borders from threats that never once crossed our own ocean. And when we finally needed a hand, the cupboard was empty. Trump said it best. "Why are we spending hundreds of billions of dollars and they're not there for us? We've always been there for them." That is not isolationism. That is basic fairness. You do not keep paying the insurance premium for a company that vanishes the one time you file a claim. America First is not about abandoning the world. Democrats do not hate renaming. They hate when they do not get to do it. The issue is not names. It is control. They spent a decade turning women into “birthing persons,” Hispanics into “Latinx,” and every school and holiday into a lecture. Then Trump renamed Lake Ontario Lake America and they acted like names were suddenly sacred. Bill Maher pointed out the hypocrisy last night on Real Time when he sarcastically said: you cannot go around renaming things to fit a political agenda. Just ask any Latinx birthing person. Maher is right. The outrage was never about respect. It was about who holds the pen. America names its own lakes. That is not a crisis. That is a country that still belongs to itself.

Kelsey Grammer is right. Reparations are wrong. He said his grandparents survived the Depression and World War II. His grandfather spent 28 months in the South Pacific. That man does not owe anyone money for a crime he did not commit. Neither do the Italians who came after the Civil War. Neither do the Irish who came through Ellis Island. Living Americans are not a debt collection agency for the 1800s. You cannot tax people for the color of their grandparents and call it justice. That is a political program. It is not fairness. America already fought a civil war and rewrote the Constitution. The country does not owe a second bill to every identity group with a lobby. Treat people as individuals or stop pretending this is about healing. Grammer said what most politicians will not. He is correct.

Its cities were burning. Its war machine could not replace what it lost. And still the leadership would not surrender. Iran today looks eerily familiar. Its radar sites keep getting flattened. Its small boats keep getting sunk. Its missile stockpiles keep getting hit. And still Tehran keeps shooting, mining, and lying its way through every ceasefire it signs. To be clear, nobody is talking about the weapon that finally ended Japan's war. Trump is not dropping a nuclear bomb on Iran, and nobody serious is suggesting he would. That is not the parallel. The parallel is the dilemma itself. What do you do with an enemy that is beaten by every rational measure, yet refuses to act like it? Trump has tried to solve that puzzle the hard way, the careful way. Hit the drone depots. Hit the coastal radar. Leave the power plants standing. Leave the water desalination facilities alone. Spare the bridges and highways ordinary families use every day. He said it himself. He does not want to punish a population for the sins of a regime they never chose, and he does not want American taxpayers footing the bill to rebuild a country we did not break in the first place. But restraint only works on an enemy capable of reading the signal. Iran keeps proving it cannot, or will not. So the real question is not whether Iran is beaten. It clearly is. The real question is what finally convinces a regime that will not admit defeat, without turning millions of ordinary Iranians into collateral damage for their leaders' stubbornness. There was essentially not a single big battle, but like in the video Syrian soldiers just walked away. So the allies said: “Why should we fight, if they don’t fight?” - 🇷🇺 Russian did couple of bombing runs in the the beginning, but stopped once its saw that the Syrian government is not resisting - 🇮🇷 Iran discussed deployment of troops, but in the same way abandoned the idea - 🇱🇧 Hezbollah has not send troops, all claims were fake - 🇮🇶 All the militias that were on the way stopped at the border and the leaders announced that they will not intervene -> Nobody should intervene if there is no war! Essentially there was no fight, just rebels driving to Damascus and the army surrendering. In that sense, that was correct not to intervene in Syria. Because the people did not wanted to fight, but to remove Assad. I hope the people of Syria made the right choice, congrats.

From Dronning Louises Bro to the Imam Ali Mosque. Look at the curve. This is how it happens. First a handful. Then a few hundred. Then it fills a bridge, a district, a capital. A little at a time, until it is no longer a little. And let me be fair, because fairness is the point. There is nothing strange about them holding this mourning procession. They have done it as part of their faith for more than a thousand years. It is theirs, and they believe in it. There is nothing strange about that at all. What should stop us is the other half. There is nothing strange about Europe allowing it either, and that is exactly the problem. Europe allows it because Europe has forgotten who it is. A people that remembers what it stands for does not need to ban anything, it simply knows where its own line runs. We have lost that. And so the issue was never them. The issue is us. Now look at what actually moved through the streets. Men in front. Women in the second row. That is not a detail, that is the whole point. It is a view of women set into a system and marched out into the public square, in a city where generations fought for women and men to stand as equals. The World Cup ends today. One game left. By tomorrow most of you visitors will be packing up, heading to the airport, going home. So before you go, let me say the thing I actually want to say. A few weeks ago I wrote a silly post about all the things you were discovering here. Free refills. Free water. Ice like civilized people. Chips and salsa before you even order. Air conditioning that is a fact and not a moral debate. Drive-throughs. Ranch by the gallon. The Germans standing in the HEB meat aisle in reverent silence, finally understanding why we do not have trains. Buc-ee’s, for which there are still no words. It blew up, because it was true, and because you were so delightfully stunned by all of it. Even the Wall Street Journal caught on. Their headline this week: how the US lost the World Cup and won over the world. We did not lift the trophy. But apparently we lifted something else. We even learned a few things about ourselves along the way. Like the fact that Elon Musk, the single richest man on the planet, shops at HEB. Just rolls in and queues up for fresh tortillas with everybody else. The man could buy the tortilla company, the state it is in, and the moon it sits under, and instead he is standing in line at the hot-tortilla counter like the rest of us, because that is where the good ones are. Only in America is the wealthiest human alive elbow to elbow with a mom of four at the salsa bar. That is the whole country in one aisle. And here is the part I want every one of you to hear on your way out the door. None of it was a show. We did not roll all this out because you were coming. The ice was always there. The refills were always free. The grocery stores were always the size of aircraft hangars at ten on a Tuesday. The stranger who adopted your whole section, the guy who gave you a ride, the waitress who remembered your order, the family that invited you to the cookout, that is not World Cup America. That is just America. That is Tuesday. We are exactly like this when nobody is visiting. Loud, generous, ridiculous, overfed, and genuinely thrilled you came. We will still be exactly like this tomorrow when the stands are empty and the flags come down. So thank you. To everyone who came, who sang in our streets, who cleaned our stadiums, who turned our cities orange and filled our bars and taught us your chants. You were wonderful guests, and you made a country that just turned 250 feel young and seen and loved. And to everyone who could not make it this time, the door does not close today. The World Cup ends today. One game left. By tomorrow most of you visitors will be packing up, heading to the airport, going home. So before you go, let me say the thing I actually want to say. A few weeks ago I wrote a silly post about all the things you were discovering here. Free refills. Free water. Ice like civilized people. Chips and salsa before you even order. Air conditioning that is a fact and not a moral debate. Drive-throughs. Ranch by the gallon. The Germans standing in the HEB meat aisle in reverent silence, finally understanding why we do not have trains. Buc-ee’s, for which there are still no words. It blew up, because it was true, and because you were so delightfully stunned by all of it. Even the Wall Street Journal caught on. Their headline this week: how the US lost the World Cup and won over the world. We did not lift the trophy. But apparently we lifted something else. We even learned a few things about ourselves along the way. Like the fact that Elon Musk, the single richest man on the planet, shops at HEB. Just rolls in and queues up for fresh tortillas with everybody else. The man could buy the tortilla company, the state it is in, and the moon it sits under, and instead he is standing in line at the hot-tortilla counter like the rest of us, because that is where the good ones are. Only in America is the wealthiest human alive elbow to elbow with a mom of four at the salsa bar. That is the whole country in one aisle. And here is the part I want every one of you to hear on your way out the door. None of it was a show. We did not roll all this out because you were coming. The ice was always there. The refills were always free. The grocery stores were always the size of aircraft hangars at ten on a Tuesday. The stranger who adopted your whole section, the guy who gave you a ride, the waitress who remembered your order, the family that invited you to the cookout, that is not World Cup America. That is just America. That is Tuesday. We are exactly like this when nobody is visiting. Loud, generous, ridiculous, overfed, and genuinely thrilled you came. We will still be exactly like this tomorrow when the stands are empty and the flags come down. So thank you. To everyone who came, who sang in our streets, who cleaned our stadiums, who turned our cities orange and filled our bars and taught us your chants. You were wonderful guests, and you made a country that just turned 250 feel young and seen and loved. And to everyone who could not make it this time, the door does not close today. We meant all of it. Come whenever. The porch light stays on, the fridge stays full, and there is always room for one more at the table. You found out who we are these last few weeks. Good news. Iran wanted a deal on their terms and deniability on ours. Trump is not signing up for that twice.

The moment you realize the US Navy can’t weaken Iran… Trump stated that NATO countries should help the US ensure the security of the Strait of Hormuz, because the US is assisting them with the war in Ukraine. 'We are always there for NATO. We are helping them with Ukraine, but we are separated by an ocean. It doesn't concern us, but we have been helping them. It would be interesting to see which country would not help us in such a small matter as ensuring freedom of navigation. It's a small matter because Iran has very little firepower left.' - SK

Today America roots for Norway, and I need you to understand exactly why. We love an underdog. It is not a preference. It is a genetic condition. Two hundred and fifty-three years ago, a handful of colonials with no navy, no army, and no chance decided to throw a tea party in Boston Harbor to spite the largest empire the world had ever seen. An empire the sun never set on. An empire that could have ended us in an afternoon. And when the greatest military on earth said you cannot possibly do that, our answer was, and remains, hold my beer. Then we picked a fight we had no business winning. Then we declared ourselves free before we had actually won anything. Then we went out and made it true. We turned 250 last week. Still here. Still loud. That is the whole American operating system. The impossible odds. The comeback. The redemption. We do not just like that story, we are that story, and we will root for it anywhere we find it. It is why a bunch of college kids beating a Soviet hockey machine in 1980 still makes grown men cry in bars. So today. Norway. Five and a half million people. A country with more sheep than starting lineups. Playing England, a founding nation of the sport, on the biggest stage there is. Now let me be fair. We love England. Truly. Best ally we have got, and I say that with a full heart. Though the Japanese are gaining fast, so do not get comfortable. We love the Scots. We love the Northern Irish. We love our drunk cousins in Ireland, and yes I am lumping you all in, because half of you moved here anyway and you hate the English for reasons we are all familiar with. Nobody loves Wales. With much appreciation for President Donald J. Trump, there are no options for nearly 90% of the Iranian people inside Iran but Pahlavi. It is time to recognize the WILL of the people. We told the him weeks ago that this regime and its affiliate are crazy and that they won’t give up power until completely eliminated. We were right. We said not to trust the Kurd militia with starlink equipment and firearms and they won’t reach the people. We were right. We said that he negotiating with his regime is futile and that reaching an agreement with these demonic creatures is impossible. We were right. NOW we’re letting him that he should take out all the remaining officials if he wants to see any peace in the region and that the Iranians will not settle for anyone but HH Pahlavi because he is the only person that they trust and listen to and he’s the only person that will ensure a smooth transitional period and can bring peace. The Iranian people do not accept anyone that is associated with the regime in any shape or form. Marco Rubio

🚨 Labour’s Defence Secretary may have just broken the record for the stupidest thing ever said by a Cabinet member (and that’s a staggering achievement). He said Labour will never leave the ECHR as it would make the UK the “only nation in NATO not to be signed up” to it. So he thinks the USA and Canada are in Europe? This man is in charge of our armed forces. This is why we need a total clearout of the political class.
