why does this happend if we look on top..

it’s the room light reflection, most materials are straight up blinding if viewed from directly overhead

Surface lighting does that, turn the dorm lights off and it won't.

Not sure but must've been a reflection of the starlight skirt’s particle/glow.

R u playing in pc or iPad?

I believe it's an error with screen space reflections.

its the material, if you have the gamepass you can change it and theres some materials that look the same but dont have this effect.
