Why I never use cotton buds to clean my ears:

I use cotton buds everyday. I don’t go deep but I don’t feel clean if I don’t do it 🤦‍♂️ it’s gonna be very hard to not do it 😩

But eargasm...

I’ve stopped but my ears get so itchy as I have psoriasis in them. Any suggestions how to relieve the itching please @DrAmirKhanGP

I wear hearing aids and find that if I don’t clean my ears with cotton buds (biodegradable ones of course) that I end up with a lot of build up on my hearing aids and sticky, uncomfortable ears. My audiologist says my ears are fine for wax so it seems like I’m doing it right!
