Dogma destroys your relationship with food. Not the food itself, the OBSESSION around it. I’ve spent the last DECADE studying nutrition, experimenting on myself and coaching over 400 people… and this is the most important thing to cultivate: Carnivore, vegan, keto, fruitarian… none of them are “bad.” What becomes toxic is the belief that ONE diet is the holy grail for every human body, every season of life, and every nervous system. That’s where people get lost. When food becomes religion instead of nourishment, your intuition shuts off. You STOP listening to your body and START defending your identity. That’s why I’m the least dogmatic nutritionist you’ll ever meet. I’m all about life-force foods — real, ancestral, clean, energetically alive. Some days I eat raw meat. Some days I cook everything. Some seasons I go fruit-heavy. Other times I go full fats, no fruit, deep stability mode. Because REAL nutrition isn’t about “teams.” It’s about timing, quantity, intention, stress levels, sunlight, sleep, hormones, gut health, and your current season of life. Everything is connected: Your gut → your dopamine Your energy → your intuition Your nourishment → your focus at work Your digestion → your mood, patience, presence Your minerals → your nervous system Your meals → your momentum Nutrition isn’t just food. Nutrition is your ENTIRE life rhythm. If you’re ready to master your gut, restore your energy, sharpen your mind, reconnect to your intuition, and finally fuel yourself in a way that works for you — not some rigid ideology — then comment/DM me REWILD. I’m opening 3 spots for my 12-week 1-1 program. We go deep. We get REAL results. And I only work with people who are serious about investing in themselves. Book a clarity call — it’s free — but don’t book just to wish washy chat. Come committed. Come ready to rewild your health & step into the most vital version of yourself. 🌞🫡

Humans are Carnivores - If you are trying to convince someone that they should be eating more carnivorously, show them this post and video. Humans are obligate carnivores, cyclical and opportunistic omnivores, and obligate lipovores (lipo meaning fat). If we use these dietary classifications in the sole context of what a species needs to eat to produce healthy and capable offspring, then there is no more debate to be had on this subject. It's undeniable. Combine this with basic understandings of our gut physiology in addition to ancestral history and what we've been eating for thousands and thousands of years to successfully reproduce and propagate this realm, and it becomes absurdly obvious what we are obligated to be eating to be healthy, vibrant, strong, and fertile - animal foods. If I were to take you and your partner and throw you into the forest and tell you to survive and create healthy children, that can ONLY be achieved with carnivory and hunting, full stop. Everything you need with the fat soluble vitamins, b-vitamins, minerals, and even vit C, can be adequately garnered from eating an animal nose to tail. This is a common argument against carnivory and why we're omnivorous, but fresh muscle and organ meats like liver, adrenal glands, kidney, etc, contain more than enough vit C to satisfy our requirements. This doesn't mean we shouldn't be opportunistically eating plant foods because we want to derive calories, nutrients, and minerals from wherever possible, but no plant food is required to create a healthy child. They are largely just additional calories for putting on body fat, as well as medicines. Think of this in the context of seasonal availability as well, and you should realize that we cannot be eating plant foods year round in nature either. If anything consuming excessive plant foods in a survival scenario comes with an immense danger, especially if you don't have the knowledge of what is edible being that 99.9% of the plants in your environment will make you deathly ill or kill you if you eat them if not properly prepared with soaking, fermentation, cooking, etc. Eat a few raw kidney beans and you can die. Soak, ferment, and/or cook them for long enough, and now they're edible. Eat too much raw spinach or any other oxalate rich leaf vegetable and you can die from kidney failure. Plant foods, even fruit with ripening (fermentation), all had to be prepared in certain ways to derive their value without detriment. This is a lost art form that industrialization and technological development with supermarkets and refrigerators has taken from us. So now let's use the hardest of all the sciences that isn't rife with statistical manipulation and other confounding variables that muddy the results to determine what humans as an entire species should be eating - physiology and basic nutritional requirements. 1. Stomach acid ph of 1.1 to 1.5. Lower than nearly every other carnivore on earth, and on the same level as scavengers that eat corpses. This by itself proves we are physiologically adapted to a carnivorous diet and capable of scavenging animal foods in the same capacity as well. Most of you probably don't know that we are all already consuming fermented meat - that's what dry aging is. 2. Extremely calorically demanding brain, only sustainable in nature with regularly available animal fats, specifically omega 3s like DHA/EPA, saturated fat, arachidonic acid, etc. Our brain is 2% of our body weight but uses up to 20% of our resting energy - with a large brain and small gut. Considering our brain and nervous system is largely made of omega 3s, saturated fat, and cholesterol, we should obviously be eating the foods that contain those to grow and sustain a healthy brain, especially in the context nurturing a healthy child in the mothers womb. This is why every culture in Weston Price's book Nutrition and Physical Degeneration fixated on ensuring pregnant mothers we being fed nutrient dense animal foods and organ meats. It was an investment in the future of their tribe and culture. 3. Little to no capacity to ferment fiber into saturated fat like supposed pre-human ancestors like gorillas, chimps, gibbons, etc, who can derive 60-70% of their total calories from this fermentation process, in addition to proteins, b-vitamins, and other key fats and nutrients that help them become so big and strong eating nutrient devoid fibrous plants. Bacteria and fungi do everything for them. We can only make a few percent of total calories from fermenting fiber into fats regardless of how much fiber we consume, with some people who can't at all depending on ancestry or medical system induced gut injury like with antibiotics. 4. Weening time in comparison to Apes - in a paper titled "Impact of Carnivory on Human Development and Evolution Revealed by a New Unifying Model of Weaning in Mammals", the authors stated: >"Since early weaning yields shorter interbirth intervals and higher rates of reproduction, with profound effects on population dynamics, our findings highlight the emergence of carnivory as a process fundamentally determining human evolution." 5. Basic nutrition requirements - Plant foods do not contain key amino acids and nutrients like carnitine, carnosine, taurine, etc, in addition to not having fat soluble vitamins in their proper active forms like vit A, D, K2, B-vitamins like B6, B12, etc. Again in the context of surviving in nature without supermarkets and refrigerators, you must consume animal foods to be healthy and create progeny. Debate over. Humans are carnivores. Spread the word.

“We created humans.” “We live in different dimensions.” “You are currently at an embryonic level.” The former President of a Russian Republic just alleged that aliens revealed the truth about humanity’s origins to him when he was taken on board a UFO in 1997. This is what they told him: Kirsan Ilyumzhinov: “I said, why can’t you address the people of Earth right now?” “They looked at me and said … you have not yet reached the level in your civilization’s development to communicate with us.” “I said, how come? We have television, the internet, spacecraft.” “They asked, do you converse with ants?” “I say, no, we haven’t learned to talk to ants yet.” They told him: “We live in different dimensions.” “Your only achievement in civilization is that we created you … not only humans, but everything that surrounds us.” “Your only civilizational leap is that before you used to eat them raw, and now you kill and cook them, and eat them in restaurants by candlelight.” “Every creature that lives in the universe must go through certain stages.” “You still destroy each other.” “We created you here, gave you a beautiful land, rivers, lakes, seas, and you pollute it with industrial waste, burn, cut down these forests.” “Right now, there are over 117 armed conflicts happening around the world.” “You are so beautiful … yet you direct all your science and efforts towards inventing weapons to kill each other as much as possible.” “They said they didn’t want to disrupt the course of our civilization.” “Back in his time, the great Russian scientist Konstantin Tsiolkovsky said that not even the whole universe, but simply our own galaxy, the solar system, is teeming with different intelligent civilizations.” “And until we overcome our egocentrism, such communication probably won’t happen.” Jesse Michels

Album is out, I’ve waited so long to share these last few years of my life with you The first song was written a little over two years ago at a really low point in my life. I had absolutely no idea what this album would sound like or if I had the energy to write it at all. The last song was written in the fall of 2025 with the most amazing team by my side and a love for music I haven’t felt since before everything all popped off for the first time. I think when you dedicate your life to something you can lose yourself in the day to day stuff and forget why you chose it to begin with. I love telling stories and sharing myself with you. I love music and how it’s allowed me to meet the most interesting people and see the most wonderful things in our world. Always be curious and never stop learning. Open yourself up to new people and experiences as much as you can. Talk to everyone and never assume anything. In a way this feels like the first time ive ever released music though that couldn’t be farther from the truth. Thank you to the fans who have been around since the beginning, or since the ride era finished and I had to take a little time to figure out what was next, or those of you who have found me because of this new stuff. I love the shit out of you. Thank you. Thank you to my team, Darian, Joe, Mark and Tyler, Garrett, Tommy, Aimee, David and matt at Hard8, Soran, Bailey, Max, Andy, Andrew, Katie, Tano, Greg, Lily and Lili, Kristin, Jalen, Tsutai, Glen, Mikelle, Michelle, Ryan and Adam, Polis and Scott, my parents and my family, my wonderful band and touring team. Thank you to the people I am undoubtedly forgetting. The point is while it’s my name on the album, dozens of people worked their asses off to bring this project to your ears. I love and appreciate every single one of them.

It’s called histotripsy. It uses focused ultrasound waves to create tiny cavitation bubbles that mechanically liquefy and destroy targeted tumors. 🙏 This is so exciting to see. For years, I've believed the future of healthcare would move toward therapies that are less invasive and work with the body instead of against it. Technologies like histotripsy give hope to many people facing difficult diagnoses. Removing or destroying a tumor is only one part of the healing journey. The question we should always ask is: What allowed the tumor to develop in the first place? That's where true healing begins. That's why I always encourage people to focus on the foundations: 🌿 Detoxification 🥗 Nutrition 💧 Hydration 🦠 A healthy gut microbiome ❤️ Liver health 😴 Quality sleep ☀️ Sunlight 🚶 Movement 🧘 Stress reduction These are the principles I've spent more than 30 years researching, teaching, and applying to help people restore their health. That's why I created the Natural Health Coach Certification. I wanted to pass this knowledge on to anyone who wants to understand the body at a deeper level, heal themselves, support their loved ones, and make a real difference in the lives of others. One of the most powerful ways to change your life is to change who you surround yourself with. When you join GHI, you're not just learning from me. You're joining a community of like-minded people who are passionate about health, growth, and serving others. If you're looking to raise your frequency, surround yourself with people who are committed to becoming the healthiest version of themselves. That's the culture we've built at GHI. The world doesn't just need more treatments. It needs more educated people who understand the body's ability to heal. 🎓 Right now, we're offering a $2,000 Grant toward the Coach Certification. The truth is getting out! Sacred medicines will be a topic of discussion for the collective healing and transformation of consciousness. True connection to the divine beyond all religions, dogma, and fear based programs. I have done extensive work with all of these sacred medicines. Ibogaine is not for the faint of heart. It's intense, confronting, profound, and liberating. My first ceremony was 24hrs and my second was 37hrs long. I share some of my experiences on my YouTube videos. I had my life review, I went through my families lives as well seeing all the trauma they endured and how it shaped who they were. I saw the karmic cycles playing out between my soul and others in my life even being shown past lives where they had abused others which is why they endured it in this one. I traveled the cosmos, I interacted and was physically healed by ETs. Archangel Michael was standing by my bedside the whole time. I was remote viewing watching myself and the nurses from above while also in other visions. I was shown how many lives I had on Earth and beyond that, where my mind couldn't comprehend. I was in the living movie of many lifetimes and my deaths. Killed in the Coliseum, a Knight killed off my horse, crushed by a stone catapult, burned alive as a witch, building the pyramids with our minds and sound, a powerful female priestess, growing from seed to sunflower, embodying jaguars and other animals and more. I was shown the history of Earth back to Neanderthals. I was shown different eras of far more advanced beings on Earth. I was shown future potential events both in my personal life and collective. All of which came to fruition with some soon to come. I also had to face the darkest parts of myself, my deepest soul fears, witness the harvesting of humans, DNA experiments creating creatures with no soul spark, darkness and evil of this world, countless wars and destruction, and some of it may make someone go insane if they are not mentally and emotionally strong and able to witness without taking it on. This is why it's not for everyone. One must be called and ready for it. Spirit will meet you where you are at, but some are not ready to truly look within and see the truth beyond the illusions and programming of this world. This is also why one must get their heart checked and a liver panel to make sure they are healthy enough to handle it. You also need to check for contraindications if you are on medications and may need to ween off prior to sitting. This is not a medicine I would advise most do for their first time. Once you break through you are in it until it's done which typically is 16hrs to 24hrs. Other medicines I work with which are just as powerful and potent but shorter lived are better for beginners and give you the experience of learning to surrender and navigate these realms. The ego and mind tend to get in the way and it requires the ability to connect to the breath and let go and surrender without constricting or going into fear and creating a traumatic experience. Feel free to reach out if you feel called to sit with these sacred medicines. If I can't help you, I may be able to point you in the right direction. Do not waste my time please, only reach out if you are serious and sincerely doing this for personal and spiritual growth. I'm not here to help people do these medicines recreationally. Respect and reverence is required, spirit knows all and when you show up with honesty, integrity, and with sincerity, spirit will meet you.

"Meat Contains Every Nutrient We Need In Its Proper Form & Without Any Anti-Nutrients To Interfere." Dr Georgia Ede, MD If You Look At What Is Inside Animal Foods, You Will Find All Essential Nutrients. You Can't Say That Of Any Plant Food. There's Not A Plant Food On Earth That Provides All Essential Nutrients. Animal foods can. Meat, seafood & poultry contain every nutrient we need. What about fiber? Fiber is not a nutrient. The Carnivore Diet is fiber free. Could you last on a true carnivore diet without getting gut microbiome issues? You need fiber right? Why? What does it do? It prevents glucose from going into the the blood or something? Where's the glucose coming from? Nutrition science has a lot of half truths. If you're eating a high carbohydrate diet, fiber can soften your glucose spikes. A more effective way to lower your glucose spikes is to NOT get a glucose spike in the first place. Fiber sweeps your colon clean of toxins? There's never been a study that demonstrates this. The intestines clean themselves. The epithelial lining sheds regularly, very frequently. Fiber is good for digestion? Fiber, by definition, is indigestible Fiber is essential to feed beneficial gut bacteria & promote regular bowel movements? There are papers claiming that butyrate from plant foods are required to feed good beneficial gut bacteria in order to have a healthy gut microbiome. We do need butyrate. The ketone, Beta Hydroxybutyrate, feeds the intestinal cells just as well. Beta Hydroxybutyrate, from animal foods, provides all the butyrate needed to maintain a healthy robust microbiome. Dr Georgia Ede is a Harvard trained, board certified psychiatrist specializing in nutritional & metabolic psychiatry: "In my research, I’ve yet to find a credible, plausible health argument against eating meat of any kind (including red meat, seafood & poultry)." "In fact, no other food group is nutritious enough, safe enough, or geographically accessible enough to recommend as the healthy foundation of the optimal human diet." "So if I could only afford to buy food from one food group, I’d prioritize meat." 👇Ketones Benefits To Epithelial Lining👇 👇Benefits Of Ketogenic Therapy👇 Speakers: Georgia Ede MD & Steven Bartlett Podcast: DiaryOfaCEO

New: Joe Rogan shocks Clint Eastwood’s son Scott Eastwood by revealing that the government demonized raw milk that is actually healthy for humans: ROGAN: “Raw milk is really good for you. When you drink raw milk you’re getting all these natural enzymes that haven’t been killed off from the pasteurization process.” EASTWOOD: “I just got back from Europe and my body felt so much better there. What’s going on with that?” ROGAN: “It’s our food. Our food is bad. If you drink a glass of homogenized pasteurized milk your body has no idea what it is. That stuff can just sit on the shelf for months which is crazy. Raw milk is only good for a few days which is how it’s supposed to be.” EASTWOOD: “I can’t digest American cheese, but I can eat cheese in Italy no problem. They explained to me they have this 4-6 hour process that removes the lactose. In America we just slap it in and send it out.” ROGAN: “The people on the left used to care about avoiding chemicals and processed foods, but since all these positive health movements are associated with Trump and RFK Jr they’re rejecting something that’s good for everybody. They thinks it’s some right wing anti-science position now. You guys are being brainwashed. We should all be eating organic food.” EASTWOOD: “How is this even an argument? People should all want what’s for the betterment of society.” ROGAN: “Americans are some of the sickest and fattest people on Planet Earth while also being the most wealthy country.”

“And anyway, I wanted to clarify something that was told to me in a half-assed way by some fanatical people, because I don’t call these people fans, I call them fanatics. And thank God they eventually remove themselves from the community on their own, because fundamentally they were never really part of the community to begin with, given the kinds of actions and thoughts they have. Now, you all know very well that there are people among you who help me, whom I absolutely welcome and appreciate a lot, actually, probably more than what they even give me. And as a result, I do have a human, working relationship that goes beyond just being a fan, right? So of course, in certain circumstances, because of specific skills people have and the kind of help they give, it’s obvious that more conversations start happening and a more developed human relationship begins, beyond a simple… you know. That’s how life works. It’s not like I can live my life and talk to every single one of you in the exact same way. It’s normal, choices are made based on the situations that come up. Anyone who’s mentally healthy understands this and tries to build a human relationship with me in some way. But those who aren’t healthy think, “Well, why does she talk to her and not to me?” But I can’t talk to everyone. Even though I try to do it in my own way, if I started talking to every single one of you, my life would obviously be over. And I think that applies to anyone who has a community or a group of people who follow them. So then this thing came out about me going to Disneyland. But, holy crap, as they say, maybe! Maybe I would go to Disneyland! And even if I did go to Disneyland, it’s none of your fucking business if I want to go to Disneyland. What the fuck do you care if I want to go to Disneyland? It’s my business. Also, I haven’t been to Disneyland in 18 years, last time was with a friend from high school. But even then, it’s still my business if I want to go with whomever I want: if I’m dating someone or not, if I want to go with a friend, if I want to go with a fan I choose from among you. Is it my business or not? I mean, is everything okay with you people? And then, what the fuck does it change for you? Do you appreciate me for who I am? Good. Appreciate me for who I am and for what I do, not for who I’m with or where I go. Sometimes it feels like I’m talking to a jealous girlfriend. But I already, normally, believe me, don’t get involved with certain people, or a certain type of person, because jealousy and unresolved issues really bother me. Let me explain better. Let’s say I get into a relationship. My partner should never make jealousy scenes. You want to go to Disneyland with your friends? Go. Don’t go. What do I care? That’s your business. It’s great that our paths cross and we have a beautiful, loving life together, but that doesn’t erase my other relationships or my other bonds. Sometimes, with some people in this community, it feels like I’m dating them, like they think I’m their girlfriend. That’s not normal. You’re fanatics, you’re not well. So it’s actually a good thing if you don’t come to the meetups I organize. I even send you a kiss and bye-bye, good riddance, because you’re not right in the head. Anyway, what was I saying… maybe I’d really like to go to Disneyland, but honestly I don’t even have the head for Disneyland anymore. I’ve got other stuff going on in my brain, as they say, and for now I prefer working over going to Disneyland. Also, instead of Disneyland, I would’ve preferred the Maldives, if we really want to say it. Or at least the sea, one way or another. But if I go to London, if I go to Paris, it’s for one reason: to have the chance to work and create content. And on the other hand, to meet you. So if I go to Paris that day, it’s because I’m trying to organize a day where I can go and meet you for an hour or so, because I’m only there for a day. And I hope you can understand that.”

Mikhaila Peterson’s Oxford Union debate on meat "I'll start with my absolute absurd health experience, that's received widespread negative media attention on top of being fairly unpleasant to live through. The reason for that negative media attention was because my diseases were put into complete remission by an all meat diet. No plant food. So I I understand where Heather's coming from when she cut eggs and dairy because those were so hard on me. It was unbelievable." "But it wasn't the meat. A very brief background. I was diagnosed with juvenile rheumatoid arthritis when I was seven with symptoms starting when I was two. I had 37 affected joints. I spent sixteen years being treated with immunosuppressants I injected twice weekly starting when I was eight." "And then other medications to treat my many other diagnosed health ailments, chronic fatigue, and severe absolutely crippling depression. I lost my hip and my ankle. That's why I wore this skirt, so you can see this, to arthritis, and had them replaced when I was 17. I tried going the medical route, and it didn't work. When I was 23, my skin had started to break down from rashes, and those stopped healing." "I couldn't sleep on my shoulders, and I was so mentally unstable. I couldn't have a relationship. My right wrist felt like it was gonna be next for my third joint replacement. Anyway, I went back to school for biomedical science, and I decided to reduce my diet dramatically just to rule it out, not because I thought it had anything to do with my health. I cut it down to meat and whole foods." "And within two months, it eliminated nearly all of my symptoms. And I was manage I managed to get off of SSRIs and Adderall and immune suppressants. We were absolutely shocked. Two months of that limited diet put me into remission after twenty years of an autoimmune disorder that destroyed my joints. Soon after that, I had a baby, and that plus stopping my SSRIs way too quickly brought my autoimmune symptoms back along with SSRI withdrawal and depression." "I can't begin to describe the level of terror of having diseases return and losing my mind to depression again. A year later, again, out of sheer desperation to eliminate my autoimmune symptoms and depression, I reduced my diet further, and I went down to just meat. And I knew that that wasn't bothering me based on how I could feel after I ate it. I figured you can't be allergic to meat. I thought I was only gonna be on that for a month, and then I was gonna be able to reintroduce foods back in and eat normally." "However, that wasn't the case. It took six months for my autoimmune symptoms to go away. But then they did, and my depression went away. And I was in remission again. Now since then, I've tried to reintroduce plant foods because I actually like cake and fruit and other foods." "And I don't really wanna be on this diet, but I can't introduce anything without having my autoimmune symptoms come back. So one of the arguments might be might say and this is what happened with the media too. It was, okay. Maybe this girl is just this one girl. But my family is on this diet because they have auto autoimmune disorders." "So then it was, well, maybe this family is just a strange family. But I have a we are a strange family. Okay? So that that's definitely true. But, I've got a Facebook group now, and this is just small to start." "By the Facebook group now with 7,000 people who have all been brought to this diet because they've tried the medical route, and they have no other options, and they're miserable. And they're recovering from diseases. The ketogenic diet, which is the type of diet I'm on minus the plant food, has been shown to treat epilepsy since the nineteen twenties and was kind of put out of fashion by antiepileptics, which aren't as effective but are easier to adhere to than the diet." "One in nine people above the age of 65 have Alzheimer's, which is now being referred to as type three diabetes induced by carbs and sugar. There's an obesity epidemic in America with thirty six percent of Americans overweight and thirty two percent obese. One in five people there have an autoimmune disorder like me. One in six people are on a psychiatric medication, which are almost impossible to get off of, like I was." "A potential solution that should be seriously looked into is radically simplifying diet with fewer ingredients, going back to a time when we weren't all chronically ill. And that involves dramatically increasing red meat consumption and decreasing plant foods. The demonization of red meat was based off of a few hypotheses based on observational studies that have been proven to be false." "Saturated fat has slowly been disappearing as the cause for heart disease in scientific literature because it's not the cause for heart disease. The studies on colorectal cancer were done on people who also ate more sugar and processed foods, McDonald's. The need for fiber is a myth when you don't consume plants. Our populations need high levels of vitamins. It turns out that's only necessary because we're consuming so many carbs." "We can't handle the amount of sugar in our body. Soon as you eat more meat and less processed food, that need goes away and vitamin deficiencies recover. I think what people should be focused on more than anything else is making other people healthier. Can you imagine a population where obesity was nonexistent and autoimmunity and mental health wasn't a concern? You have no idea who's out there dying of a lifestyle caused disease that could get healthy and fix our climate issues." "Enforcing the reduction of the amount of meat eaten, a somewhat narcissistic venture under the assumption that you know what these new manmade foods do for people's bodies better than two million years of evolution, something evolution could produce is a massive and dangerous mistake. We've evolved eating meat, the food and fat that enabled us to develop the brains we have." "Assuming we can replace that with something we've created, naive. And how dare we, as a first world country and developed nation, spread word around the world that eating meat is immoral and unhealthy? In areas of the world where women can't work or own land, they can usually own ruminant animals." "That gives them and their families money, food, and a job. In places like Kenya, people's diets are mainly starches, not out of choice. And there are studies showing that adding meat into these children's meals increases their test scores by forty five percent. If you use meat as a first food for a baby, their head circumference is actually larger than babies fed without meat. My main concern is people eating healthily, and meat is the healthiest and most improperly villainized food out there." "Ruminant meat is the only food that people can actually survive on as a single food without supplementing anything else, which is the perfect elemental diet for a sick person. I wouldn't wish what I went through on anyone. And I wanna reduce the suffering so badly that I'll stand here and tell you that only eating meat seems might put certain disease into into remission. I get where the negativity comes from. It's unbelievable." "It's so unbelievable that in the first study on the carnivore diet released by Harvard this November that I actually read in the Oxford University press two days ago, which was convenient. They ended the study with contrary to common expectations, adults consuming a carnivore diet experienced few adverse effects and instead reported health benefits and high satisfaction." "The generalizability of these findings and the long term effects of this dietary pattern require further study. The surprise came because an average of ninety percent of people saw improvements across all diseases on the diet. One in four people 64 have type two diabetes in America. All respondents with diabetes discontinued non insulin injection agents." "84% discontinued oral medication, and 92% of participants on the carnivore diet with type two diabetes discontinued insulin altogether. Over 2,000 people were studied who were on the diet for over six months, and there was a ninety percent reduction in all diseases. In my opinion, this type of potential treatment for disease needs to be studied further before we move beyond meat. Thank you."

How to design your dream life in 2025. Take these steps: “Luxury is feeling unrushed. It is designing a life that allows you to do what you want with high leverage, with many options, all while feeling unrushed.” - Tim Ferriss Tim Ferriss The power of lifestyle design: • Intentional action • Unlocking your time • Finding what you enjoy Step 1: Build a Habit of Reflection Learn to become keenly in tune with how your body feels. What words describe your feelings right now? • Flowing? • At ease? • Confused? • Exhausted? Begin to track how you feel and analyze why you might feel that way. This builds a habit of constant reflection. You begin to understand: • What makes me feel good? bad? • What are the nuances of my good moods? my bad ones? When I started, I learned I was in a negative mood 70% of the time! That completely shocked me. Step 2: Assume Control Repeat this message: "I am the root cause of my feelings." You are the one in control of your actions. You're never powerless to change how you feel. Sounds easy, but it's the most difficult step. We hate assuming responsibility for how we feel. Hate your job? Who's forcing you to stay in the current one? Feel frustrated with friends? Who's stopping you from communicating? It may seem impossible. But taking small steps creates instant relief. You reassume control and learn that you can fix any problems that come up. Step 3: Create Your Ideal Future Write answers to these prompts: • What does your ideal 24-hour-day look like? • Do you prefer spontaneity or routine? • What kind of diet is important to you? • Where do friends and family play a role in your ideal life? More: • Do you want to experiment with philosophies like downshifting, slow living or minimalism? • Are you pursuing FIRE? • Do you want more hobbies/less? Which do you actually love? • Can you combine hobbies with work? • Where is your dream location? Get to a granular level: • What does waking up feel like on an ideal day? • What does working out feel like? • What does working my job feel like? Step 4: Take Action Synthesize all your answers to the past prompts. Instead of setting a written goal, create an image of your ideal future in your head. Whenever you need motivation, bring up that image to fill you with an unstoppable drive. Then, begin to reverse-engineer your better lifestyle. • Make the purchases to improve your sleep stack • Create a group of regular gym-goers • Set up a budget to help you hit FIRE • Begin to incorporate mindfulness practices weekly, then daily Small steps, big goals. I've shared the entire breakdown below. Check out the replies below if you prefer YouTube, Spotify, or Apple.
