Thank God it failed! I cannot understand why our Senate cannot compose a bill that addresses the immediate need without having to add/sneak in other amendments that apparently have to be added to pander to the other party’s agenda to gain votes. What happened to working together to solve urgent needs? They are just not working for the people anymore. The house and senate need a deep clean.
