Activated Charcoal: A widely used binder made from carbon-rich materials like coconut shells or bamboo. It has a porous structure that adsorbs toxins, including those released by dying parasites, and helps prevent their reabsorption in the gut. Itโ€™s effective for general detoxification but should be taken away from food or medications as it can also bind nutrients. Bentonite Clay: This clay binds to toxins, including mycotoxins and heavy metals, through a process called adsorption. Itโ€™s often used post-parasite cleanse to mop up remnants and support gut health. Itโ€™s gentle but should be paired with adequate hydration to avoid constipation. Chlorella: A green algae rich in chlorophyll, chlorella binds to heavy metals, pesticides, and other toxins released during parasite die-off. Unlike charcoal, itโ€™s less likely to interfere with essential minerals and can be taken with food for a milder effect. Zeolite: A volcanic mineral with a cage-like structure, zeolite traps heavy metals, ammonia, and other parasitic remnants, making it a strong choice for systemic detox. Itโ€™s particularly useful for crossing beyond the gut into the bloodstream. Humic and Fulvic Acids: These organic compounds from decomposed plant matter bind to a range of toxins, including heavy metals and biotoxins, while also supporting cellular repair. Theyโ€™re systemic binders, meaning they work beyond just the digestive tract.

The best binder by far is charcoal. Just get a simple brand of activated/desiccated charcoal or watch a video and make your own. Take this also whenever you are โ€˜sickโ€™ as parasite death occasionally shows up as flu.

Learned that the hard way. When those suckers die, they make you feel like you are sick. Activated charcoal helps.

What's a good recommended binder?

Zeolite and bentonite clay. Research. Also, diatomaceous earth. Donโ€™t let the big word scare you! Itโ€™s literally food grade, and can do amazing things. Also use DE spring and fall, dusting a layer at the base of my house, all around the outside. Kills insects. Safe for all else!

What about Bentonite Clay?

One of the most important steps to parasitic cleansing that I rarely hear anyone talk about is the opening of natural elimination pathways. If your kidneys aren't filtering properly and your lymphatic system is backed up, parasitic cleansing is pointless.

Just donโ€™t take vitamin supplements when using a binder itโ€™s a waste of the supplement because you wonโ€™t absorb them.

Itโ€™s also a good idea to use a bulking agent like psyllium husk. The best thing I have found is mimosa pudica. It bulks up like psyllium, but itโ€™s super sticky and literally pulls worms out whole.
