Wonderland: Navigating 3D Scenes from a Single Image Contributions: • First, we introduce a representation for controllable 3D generation by leveraging the generative priors from camera-guided video diffusion models. Unlike image models, video diffusion models are trained on extensive video datasets. This enables them to capture comprehensive spatial relationships within scenes across multiple views and embed a form of "3D awareness" in their latent space, which allows us to maintain 3D consistency in novel view synthesis. • Second, to achieve controllable novel view generation, we empower video models with precise control over specified camera motions. We introduce a novel dual-branch conditioning mechanism that effectively incorporates desired diverse camera trajectories into the video diffusion model. This enables expansion of a single image into a multi-view consistent capture of a 3D scene with precise pose control. • Third, to achieve efficient 3D reconstruction, we directly transform video latents into 3DGS. We propose a novel latent-based large reconstruction model (LaLRM) that lifts video latents to 3D in a feed-forward manner. With this design, during inference, our model directly predicts 3DGS from a single input image, effectively aligning the generation and reconstruction tasks—and bridging image space and 3D space—through the video latent space. Compared with reconstructing scenes from images, the video latent space offers a 256× spatial-temporal reduction while retaining essential and consistent 3D structural details. Such a high degree of compression is crucial, as it allows the LaLRM to handle a wider range of 3D scenes within the reconstruction framework, with the same memory constraints.

MiniMax H3 on Hailuo AI (MiniMax) feels like a major step forward for AI video creation. From cinematic storytelling and product commercials to UI mockups, game-inspired scenes, and branded content, it handles a wide range of creative workflows with impressive consistency. POV Modern Warfare FPS Gameplay Prompt Camera: First-person perspective at eye level with authentic handheld player movement, as if recorded directly from a modern AAA military shooter. The player carries a highly detailed assault rifle with realistic animations, visible hands, tactical gloves, dynamic reload mechanics, and weapon sway. **Opening Action:** The video immediately begins with the player already aiming down a roadway inside a modern military base. Multiple enemy soldiers are visible in the distance near sandbags, barricades, and military vehicles. The player carefully tracks one target, making small aim corrections while maintaining ADS (aim down sights). Fire several controlled bursts immediately at the visible enemies, producing realistic muzzle flashes, shell casings ejecting, smoke, recoil, hit reactions, and dust impacts around the targets. Continue firing in multiple short bursts while adjusting aim between enemies, simulating authentic FPS gameplay rather than scripted animation. **Movement:** After the opening firefight, lower slightly from ADS and begin advancing cautiously along the road beside concrete barriers, Hesco walls, and parked military vehicles. Frequently check left and right corners, briefly stop to reacquire targets, then raise the weapon and fire additional controlled bursts whenever enemies appear ahead. Continue pushing forward with deliberate player-controlled movement, using cover naturally and maintaining believable tactical pacing. **Environment:** Large modern military base with guard towers, armored vehicles, shipping containers, blast barriers, damaged buildings, smoke plumes, burning debris, scattered shell casings, dust clouds, and atmospheric battlefield haze. Cool natural daylight mixed with smoke and orange firelight creates a cinematic battlefield atmosphere. **Camera Motion:** Authentic player-controlled movement with subtle head bob, weapon sway, natural mouse-look adjustments, small left-right corrections while aiming, realistic recoil, smooth tracking of moving targets, brief pauses before shooting, and fluid forward progression. Avoid cinematic camera moves—everything should feel like genuine live gameplay captured by a skilled player. **Visual Quality:** Ultra-photorealistic, AAA game graphics with realistic PBR materials, detailed weapon models, physically accurate lighting, volumetric smoke, dynamic particle effects, crisp textures, realistic bullet impacts, muzzle flash illumination, motion blur only during rapid movement, and high-end military shooter presentation. **Gameplay UI:** Display a realistic modern FPS HUD inspired by games like PUBG, Battlefield, or Call of Duty (without copying exact copyrighted assets). Include: * Central dynamic crosshair or reticle * Ammo counter with magazine and reserve ammunition * Fire mode indicator * Compass at the top * Squad/team status panel * Mini-map in the upper corner * Health bar * Tactical equipment icons (grenades, medkit) * Hit markers when bullets connect * Directional damage indicators * Kill notification feed * Objective marker in the distance * Subtle interaction prompts and realistic HUD animations The HUD should feel polished, modern, and fully integrated into the gameplay, enhancing the illusion of authentic recorded footage from a contemporary military FPS. #MiniMaxH3

Made with seedance 2.0 + GPT Image 2 on Yapper Prompt. Image mage1 fights three opponents inside a Japanese high school classroom in an intense, highly dynamic one-take action sequence. The classroom is filled with wooden desks, chairs, school bags, a chalkboard, sliding windows, curtains, fluorescent ceiling lights, posters, books, and scattered papers. The fight is fast, physical, and highly interactive with the environment. The woman moves between the desks with sharp agility, dodging attacks from all three opponents at once. She vaults over desks, slides across tabletops, kicks chairs into attackers, blocks strikes using classroom objects, grabs a backpack to deflect a hit, and uses the narrow aisles between desks to redirect momentum. Papers fly through the air, chairs scrape across the floor, desks topple, curtains whip from the movement, and sunlight cuts through the windows, catching dust particles in the air. The camera is extremely dynamic and close to the action, never a static wide shot. Use a fast-moving one-take camera that constantly follows, circles, ducks, whips, and pushes through the fight. The camera moves between desks, swings around the woman as she turns, rushes backward as opponents charge, drops low near the floor during leg sweeps, rises suddenly as she jumps over a desk, and whips around quickly to reveal the next attacker. The framing should feel urgent, handheld, immersive, and physically present inside the classroom. The action should feature strong choreography, realistic body movement, believable impact, fast reaction timing, close-range combat, and continuous motion. Make the scene feel like a high-budget martial arts action sequence captured in one uninterrupted shot. Use natural classroom lighting mixed with warm afternoon sunlight through the windows, realistic shadows, practical motion blur, grounded textures, real-world imperfections, and a raw cinematic look. No glossy AI finish, no overly polished CGI, and no static long-shot framing. Negative prompts: static camera, slow movement, shaky low-quality footage, blurry subject, distorted body, unrealistic swinging physics, cartoon style, flat lighting, dull colors, overexposed sky, broken buildings, empty streets, low detail, awkward camera cuts, poor motion continuity, AI glossy look, overly polished CGI, plastic-looking skin, waxy skin texture, hyper-smooth surfaces, artificial shine, fake cinematic bloom, excessive lens flare, unrealistic HDR, oversaturated colors, neon color grading, game-engine look, Unreal Engine render look, synthetic lighting, studio lighting, perfect clean reflections, overly sharp digital image, crispy AI detail, overprocessed image, fake depth of field, exaggerated bokeh, unnatural contrast, overly smooth motion, floating physics, rubbery body movement, distorted anatomy, warped limbs, inconsistent body proportions, blurry face, melted facial features, duplicated limbs, broken hands, unnatural pose, stiff action, low-quality motion interpolation, smeared motion blur, ghosting, frame blending artifacts, unstable subject tracking, camera jitter without purpose, awkward cuts, poor continuity, artificial city layout, empty streets, repeated cars, duplicated buildings, warped skyscrapers, fake traffic, low-detail background, superhero suit, comic-book look, stylized animation, overly dramatic VFX, unrealistic shadows, fake sun rays, unnatural haze, overexposed highlights, crushed blacks, sterile clean environments, no atmosphere, no real-world imperfections.

As we prepare to launch several projects, we're eager to provide a general update to our community. We are steadily approaching our end goal, thanks to the daily progress we're making toward our vision. Achieving our objectives will bring about a significant transformation in cross-chain interoperability and the flow of liquidity within protocols. This will address crucial challenges and drive mass adoption. Our future-focused approach and effective team collaboration keep us moving forward in an organized manner. Let’s delve deeper into the state of development of our current products and upcoming projects. Tao Bridge Starting with the Tao Bridge, which enables the #Bittensor community to unlock DeFi opportunities with their $TAO via a highly efficient blockchain like #MultiversX, known for its security, speed, and affordability. We deeply admire #Bittensor and believe a project like that is crucial for the future of not just the crypto space but also humanity, as it addresses the major challenges AI faces today: centralization, siloed and isolated work, which pose risks and hinder the technology's potential. We are committed to the vision of subnets and dynamic $TAO, convinced that this ecosystem is as groundbreaking as #Ethereum or #Bitcoin. We will continue to support #Bittensor wherever possible, and our bridge will also expand to other chains with Hatom V2. The TAO Bridge, deployed on and accessible through will launch on the Mainnet in 14 days, on March 27th. You can follow the countdown on the lending page at Given that our main priorities are security and stability, this period will be primarily focused on quality assurance to ensure a flawless Mainnet launch. The launch will also introduce TAO Liquid Staking at along with the integration of both $wTAO and $swTAO on the lending page. This allows #Bittensor users to leverage liquid stake, employ short or long strategies, among other DeFi strategies, or simply access stablecoin liquidity while maintaining exposure to their $TAO. Up to $1M will be distributed as additional incentives on top of the supply APYs at the launch of the $wTAO and $swTAO money markets, with $200K allocated for the first month specifically for bootstrapping. Initially, 70% of rewards will go to liquidity providers, and 30% to those using $HTM to boost their lending positions. This changes to a 50-50 split in the second month, and by the third month, all incentives are directed through the Booster. This approach encourages early participation and sustained engagement with $HTM. Introducing $TAO to #MultiversX will result in the creation of Liquidity Pools (LPs) on both AshSwap 🔥 and xExchange ⚡. These LPs will be incentivized by both entities, and Hatom will distribute extra rewards at launch. The goal is to make #MultiversX a one-stop hub for $TAO holders. Upon stabilizing the volumes, there will also be plans to integrate it on AshPerp 🔥. Furthermore, with the release of $USH, users will have the ability to mint it while retaining exposure to their $TAO. The TAO Bridge and TAO Liquid Staking smart contracts have been audited by Runtime Vеrification and @arda_project, while penetration testing and DevSecOps have been performed on our infrastructure by CertiK. We're excited to announce our exclusive partnership with TAONEW one of the top 5 validators on #Bittensor. TAONEW has been extremely helpful and supportive from day one. By sharing 50% of its service fee with its stakers, TAONEW enables Hatom to offer an optimized Staking APY to its users. Since our initial reference, #Bittensor has grown sevenfold, becoming the largest AI project in the crypto sphere. We reiterate our commitment to contribute to such technology and hope to address some of its current DeFi challenges. Syfy Moving forward, today marks a significant milestone, not only for our decentralized protocols but also for our development companies, which currently stand as the sole and primary contributors to the Hatom Labs and Soul Labs. We’re excited to unveil Syfy, the evolved identity of Hatom Labs and Soul Labs, now serving as the parent entity for our burgeoning development companies. Organization is crucial for scalability, which is why Syfy was established to cultivate an environment where our teams can collaborate more seamlessly, enhancing our effectiveness and efficiency. At the same time, we remain committed to upholding the financial independence of each project, supported by its own community of funding contributors. Feel free to explore our website at for more information! Additionally, don't forget to follow Syfy and explore their Genesis article highlighted in their initial post: Booster V2 The Booster V2 will introduce a range of new features and opportunities for $HTM holders: Optimized Position Boosting: Previously, boosting was done individually for each money market, necessitating $HTM token distribution and periodic rebalancing due to price fluctuations. With Booster V2, the system now considers the overall position, eliminating the need for manual rebalancing. Gas Fee Reduction: Booster V2 implements optimizations that result in reduced gas fees, making transactions more cost-effective for users. Incorporation of Governance: Users staking $HTM tokens gain voting rights directly within the Booster, allowing them to participate in governance decisions while maintaining their staked positions. (Note: Only $HTM tokens are considered for governance; LP tokens are not included.) Enhanced Boosting Mechanism: The Booster V2 enables LP Tokens to boost positions within the Booster, leveraging trading fees from swaps and farm incentives while boosting lending positions. Smart Contract Completion: The Booster smart contract has been completed and audited by @arda_project, ensuring security and reliability. Frontend Implementation: The frontend design for Booster V2 has been successfully implemented, providing users with an intuitive interface. Collaboration with xExchange: Exploration is ongoing for collaboration with xExchange ⚡ to enable LP creation, farming, and meta-staking within the Booster. Upon finalization of testing, we will launch the Booster V2 on the devnet to gather community feedback and begin preparations for the mainnet release. Would you dare chase justice while swinging thousands of feet above traffic below? Seedance 2 prompt on BudgetPixel AI Create a 15-second ultra-realistic cinematic high-altitude tether-swinging action sequence in strict 16:9 landscape, native 4K, 24fps. Use one seamless continuous drone follow shot with no cuts, no teleporting, and no time skips. The motion must feel physically continuous, dynamic, thrilling, and always readable. REFERENCE: image1 = main heroine reference. Use image1 as the strict identity reference for the heroine’s face, facial proportions, hairstyle, hair color, body proportions, age impression, outfit, shoes, accessories, styling, and overall recognizable appearance. Preserve her identity consistently throughout the whole video. Keep her as an original urban tether-swinging action heroine. Do not redesign her into a branded superhero character. Do not add franchise logos, copyrighted chest emblems, or recognizable third-party superhero symbols. CORE CONCEPT: This is an original urban tether-swinging action short. The heroine moves through the city using thin wrist-launched fiber lines, momentum, wall-running, rooftop movement, and real parkour body mechanics. She travels at high altitude between tall buildings, then lands on a rooftop, defeats one villain, and ends with a powerful shout. HOOK: The first second must be an instant scroll-stopping hook. Start with the heroine already falling backward off the edge of a very tall skyscraper. For a brief moment, it looks like she may actually fall. Then she instantly fires one thin tether line upward, it catches, and her body snaps into a huge high-altitude swing between buildings. STYLE: Photorealistic live-action realism. Premium cinematic action quality. Bright daytime Los Angeles atmosphere with realistic haze, realistic motion blur, realistic fabric movement, realistic body weight, real inertia, and practical environmental interaction. The sequence should feel like a premium action movie shot, not animation, not a game cutscene, and not a cartoon. CAMERA: One uninterrupted drone follow shot only. No cuts. No resets. No jumpy edits. No impossible viewpoint teleporting. The drone camera must stay wide enough to show both the heroine and the environment together. It may tilt, roll, arc, climb, and dive with the motion, but it must always feel like one real flying camera tracking her. Keep the framing intense and fast, but always readable. ENVIRONMENT: Bright daytime in a dense modern city inspired by Los Angeles and Hollywood. Show: - tall glass and concrete high-rises - rooftop edges - billboards and signage - palm trees far below where visible - busy roads and traffic far beneath - bright haze and sunny atmosphere - believable large-scale urban depth The action must happen mainly high above the street between tall buildings, not low near the ground for most of the video. VILLAIN RULE: Only one villain appears in the entire video. The villain is one adult male enemy only. He wears a fitted black suit, black shirt, and black shoes. No mask, no armor, no fantasy costume. He appears only in the rooftop combat section. Do not generate multiple enemies. Do not generate background enemies. Do not clone or duplicate the villain. ACTION RULES: The heroine’s movement must feel hand-and-foot driven, not magical floating. She must visibly: - fire thin tether lines from her hands - swing with real tension and momentum - push off building surfaces - run along walls with clear foot placement - absorb landings with bent knees - sprint briefly on a rooftop - fight one villain using fast practical action - finish in control Her body mechanics must stay realistic: - core engaged during swings - arms extended or flexed according to line tension - knees bend on landing and push-off - visible transfer of momentum between swing, wall-run, leap, landing, and combat Do not make her hover weightlessly. Do not make the tether line act like magic. Do not make her float in place unnaturally. EMOTIONAL ARC: - opening: shock and immediate control - mid-swing: intense focus - rooftop approach: rising confidence - rooftop fight: sharp aggression and urgency - ending: victorious adrenaline and fearless release AUDIO: No music. Effects and ambience only: - rushing wind - tether firing and tension snaps - air pass-by - foot impacts on walls and rooftop surfaces - city ambience far below - distant traffic and horns - fabric movement - breathing - one short rooftop fight impact sequence - one powerful final shout from the heroine TIMELINE: 0:00–0:01 Start from black into a shocking rooftop-edge fall. The heroine is already dropping backward off a skyscraper. For a fraction of a second it feels dangerous and uncontrolled. She immediately flicks her wrist and fires one thin tether line upward. It catches instantly. The drone yanks back and reveals the start of a huge swing. 0:01–0:04 The heroine swings at high altitude between tall buildings. The city is far below. Her body forms a long aerodynamic arc, one arm holding tension through the line, legs trailing cleanly behind. The drone follows wide and slightly rolled, emphasizing height, speed, and scale. 0:04–0:06 At the swing’s forward rise, she releases the line and redirects toward a nearby glass-and-concrete building. She plants onto the wall and runs across it diagonally with 4 to 5 clear steps. Her feet hit the wall with visible force. Her jaw is set and focused. The drone stays close but wide enough to keep the city depth visible. 0:06–0:08 She pushes explosively off the wall, fires a new tether line, and swings again through a narrower corridor between tall buildings. The movement should feel faster and more controlled now. She threads cleanly through the urban gap and angles toward a rooftop landing zone ahead. 0:08–0:09.5 She releases the line and lands hard but controlled on a rooftop. Knees bend deeply to absorb impact. She rolls into a short forward recovery step, then rises immediately into a sprint across the rooftop surface. 0:09.5–0:12 One villain in a black suit steps in to stop her. Keep only this single enemy. The heroine engages him in a short, sharp rooftop fight. She avoids his first attack with a quick slip, grabs or redirects his arm, drives one fast body shot or elbow, then uses his off-balance momentum to throw or slam him down onto the rooftop. The fight must feel quick, practical, and decisive. Real impact reactions. No slow choreography. No extra enemies. 0:12–0:13.5 The villain is down and no longer a threat. The heroine steps past him and moves to the rooftop edge. Wind moves her hair and outfit. She looks outward over the city with intense adrenaline and triumph. 0:13.5–0:15 At the rooftop edge, she turns slightly toward the open skyline, lifts her chest, and shouts one powerful final line: “가자!” She immediately launches forward off the rooftop edge into another leap just as the clip ends. End on the feeling that the action is continuing beyond the cut. IMPORTANT RULES: - one continuous drone follow shot only - no cuts - no teleporting - no cloning - no multiple villains - only one black-suited villain - no giant web canopy - use only thin functional tether lines - no franchise logos - no copyrighted chest symbols - preserve the uploaded identity consistently - action must stay realistic and momentum-driven - rooftop fight must be short, sharp, and readable - final shout must be “가자!” NEGATIVE: no cartoon, no anime, no game-engine look, no fake CGI stiffness, no floating, no weightless hovering, no random disconnected acrobatics, no city-wide web canopy, no superhero logo, no copyrighted spider emblem, no extra enemies, no masked villain, no armored villain, no cloned villain, no empty city, no dark night setting, no rain, no slow motion, no blurred identity, no outfit drift, no face drift, no extra limbs, no broken anatomy, no unrealistic hand deformation, no collision with buildings during swings, no messy unreadable fight.
