Kudos to the NPF on this This may sound illogical to many, but for any one with their thinking cap on, I don't believe kidnapping is carried out solely by the so-called Bandits. I suspect many locals are deeply complicit, with sudden, unexplained wealth too easily written off as "Yahoo-Yahoo" Today, claiming to be a Yahoo or G-boy attracts far less suspicion than to be a kidnapper. If investigators dig deeper into some of these unexplained fortunes, they may uncover a much bigger part of the kidnapping ecosystem.
