Angel Zapet-Alvarado, an illegal alien from Guatemala, had been driving drunk at nearly 115 mph before he was pulled over, ASP says. Zapet-Alvarado managed to grab Trooper Duncan's taser and throw it into the road before kicking her multiple times in the head and climbing on top of her. Sutton intervened and afforded Duncan the opportunity to discharge a round that grazed Zapet-Alvarado's head. He is currently being held in Benton County Detention Center. FULL STORY:
