I'm intrigued. How how do you draw a stroke and "auto bind" it to your rig!?

You can parent any object with a specific bone of a rig :). And if you want more you can rather use a lattice that is deformed by the rig

So, in Blender, all elements are shaped with 3D objects and then you draw over the top of them with 2D lines? I really like the 2D feeling. I am asking because I am a beginner in Blender.

That’s not the only way but it’s one method yeah. You can also have a blender file with 2d drawings only
