As soon as he is willing to use violence, especially violence that could kill someone, like throwing a large rock at them, he loses the protection that comes with being a child. At that point, the priority is to stop him before he seriously hurts someone. Once he has been stopped, he goes back to receiving the protection appropriate to a child. But if he does not change his ways, that boy is going to end up either in prison or dead.

I didn’t see enough context to know for sure. But the context I did see showed me a kid who was just trying to stand his ground to remain at a playground he had every right to be at without some grown ass man fucking with him, which I suspect he was doing. The adult child sounded and appeared like he regularly smoked crack.

Since most people don't know any form of self defense; they don't know about the "Standing Arm-Bar". You can put a young puke like this, in one; and hold them there until the cops/authority gets there. Once you get the puke into it; they are stuck. You can use leverage to make them very uncomfortable! It is a great way of controlling an evil doer; without actually harming them. The more you know.........
