Yesterday The Sameer Project did a special initiative. We delivered 150 food parcels, some including fresh vegetables, to families that have severely ill members and need nutritious food to fight their diseases and survive. The Ensan camp in Deir Al Balah homes cancer patients and those experiencing kidney failure. These individuals must remain physically strong to endure their treatments, when they are even available in Gaza. Each parcel was $52 after commission, while the toughest cases received parcels that were an additional $125 after commission, demonstrating just how expensive fresh food is now. Each $52 parcel contained: 2 cans of green peas, 2 cans of chickpeas, 2 cans of beans, 1 bottle of sauce, 1 kilo of lentils, 1 kilo of rice, 1 liter of cooking oil. We sourced: tomatoes, cucumbers, eggplant, courgettes, peppers, lemons, potatoes, spinach, and cauliflower for the 10 most serious cases. Bringing the total for these parcels up to $125. But this distribution was extra special to us because it was to honor the memory of two of our volunteers’ mother who passed away from cancer. She is so proud of her M boys that work tirelessly to support Gaza and contribute so much to the operations of The Sameer Project. Rest in beautiful Paradise, Shaheen ❤️

The sellers most likely to pick up the phone. 5/ Conversion readiness scoring that measures how likely a parcel is to get rezoned for industrial use based on what's already been approved around it. 6/ A composite acquisition score (0-100) with configurable weights. Every fund has different criteria. Drag the sliders and the entire map re-ranks in real time. 7/ Active listing integration pulling 2,100 listings from public sources so you can see what's already on the market alongside off-market opportunities. 8/ A document generation suite that produces institutional-grade investment memos, slide decks, and automated intelligence briefs. Click a parcel, click export, hand it to your investment committee. 9/ Alert monitoring for zoning changes, ownership transfers, and new listings that match your criteria. Figure 03 just finished an 8-hour work livestream, imperfect, but already good enough to replace a lot of repetitive warehouse labor. 🤖 Brett Adcock put a team of F.03 robots on a factory-style package sorting task for a full shift. claude playing TFT -- i ran it for two games and it improved in-context from 0 to 3/30 rounds won. it figured out "3-starring" on its own (buying pairs to upgrade units) which is a core mechanic of this game and hasnt been instructed on how to play besides asking it to "play tft and win" comparing this cua agent to OpenAI Five's result from 2017 which is a different game, model(a big LSTM), had access to Dota's API outputted a discrete action at 4.6hz this cua agent runs at 0.15hz considering it takes anywhere from 2-15 seconds to think(0.07hz without), and is just pixels in, any mouse/keyboard out... and (potentially) wasnt trained on TFT specifically but not sure despite this 2-15s seems to be fine for a turned based game like TFT but in prior videos like league/minecraft is considerably harder for a cua agent to do since by the time you take a screenshot the game state may have changed and you've wasted 7 seconds thinking, and another 7 seconds thinking about the new game state, and catastrophically failing like that. the intention here is not to play TFT or league with a bot. please dont use it as such
