RobotEra’s M7 is working at China Post’s Guangzhou logistics hub, feeding and sorting parcels on live lines. This is the right first job for humanoids: repetitive, physical, structured, high-volume, and easy to measure. Figure’s F.03 ran a 200-hour public sorting test and handled nearly 250,000 parcels. RobotEra’s system is being used for parcel feeding, package orientation, and exception handling, with peak throughput reported around 1,200 parcels per hour. The demand side is obvious. China handled nearly 199 billion express parcels in 2025. Guangzhou alone processed about 21.9 billion parcels, more than enough to turn sorting into a brutal labor and throughput problem. The U.S. has a different pressure point. Parcel volume is smaller, but warehouse labor is much more expensive, so a robot that can work long repetitive shifts has a cleaner ROI story if uptime, maintenance, and deployment cost hold up. The hard part is not the demo. It is barcode orientation, soft bags, crushed boxes, recovery after errors, battery swaps, fleet coordination, and keeping the line moving when nobody is filming. Sorting is still only one link in logistics. The bigger test is whether these robots can move from conveyor work into loading, unloading, picking, exception handling, and eventually the last mile — where the environment stops being friendly. That is the real question now. Not whether humanoids can sort packages, but whether they can earn the next job after sorting.

Yesterday The Sameer Project did a special initiative. We delivered 150 food parcels, some including fresh vegetables, to families that have severely ill members and need nutritious food to fight their diseases and survive. The Ensan camp in Deir Al Balah homes cancer patients and those experiencing kidney failure. These individuals must remain physically strong to endure their treatments, when they are even available in Gaza. Each parcel was $52 after commission, while the toughest cases received parcels that were an additional $125 after commission, demonstrating just how expensive fresh food is now. Each $52 parcel contained: 2 cans of green peas, 2 cans of chickpeas, 2 cans of beans, 1 bottle of sauce, 1 kilo of lentils, 1 kilo of rice, 1 liter of cooking oil. We sourced: tomatoes, cucumbers, eggplant, courgettes, peppers, lemons, potatoes, spinach, and cauliflower for the 10 most serious cases. Bringing the total for these parcels up to $125. But this distribution was extra special to us because it was to honor the memory of two of our volunteers’ mother who passed away from cancer. She is so proud of her M boys that work tirelessly to support Gaza and contribute so much to the operations of The Sameer Project. Rest in beautiful Paradise, Shaheen ❤️

I posted that I built a land acquisition intelligence platform that looks at 1.5M parcels of land across the I-85 corridor for data center and industrial conversion potential. My DMs blew up, had over 130 real estate folks reach out. So I wanted to walk through some of my favorite features in the product, and show you the UI we built. ALL of this was done with Claude code. 1/ A full-screen map explorer rendering 1.5M parcels as vector tiles across 14 North Carolina counties. Click any parcel and get zoning, ownership, tax history, and acreage instantly. 2/ Proximity scoring to every I-85 interchange, power substation, transmission line, and gas pipeline. The parcels closest to infrastructure light up first. 3/ A farmland confidence score (0-100) that cross-references tax programs, land use codes, and acreage heuristics so you're not wasting time on parcels that look like farmland but aren't. 4/ A motivated seller detection engine that flags out-of-state owners, estates and trusts, tax delinquency, long hold periods, and declining assessed values. The sellers most likely to pick up the phone. 5/ Conversion readiness scoring that measures how likely a parcel is to get rezoned for industrial use based on what's already been approved around it. 6/ A composite acquisition score (0-100) with configurable weights. Every fund has different criteria. Drag the sliders and the entire map re-ranks in real time. 7/ Active listing integration pulling 2,100 listings from public sources so you can see what's already on the market alongside off-market opportunities. 8/ A document generation suite that produces institutional-grade investment memos, slide decks, and automated intelligence briefs. Click a parcel, click export, hand it to your investment committee. 9/ Alert monitoring for zoning changes, ownership transfers, and new listings that match your criteria. The platform watches the corridor so your team doesn't have to. Happy to record a longer video when I'm done.

At a launch event themed "Born to Bot, Bot to Family," the company also introduced its World Unified Model (WUM) architecture, a training framework that combines vision, language, action and physical prediction within a single system from the outset. X Square said the model is intended to help robots operate in the far more unpredictable setting of a home, where tasks, layouts and interactions vary from moment to moment. "Robots in factories and in homes are completely different. In factories, they repeat the same action 10,000 times without variation. In a home, however, they need to perform 10,000 different actions, each unique and non-repetitive. Therefore, the challenge of a truly intelligent robot lies not in repeating a single action, but in the ability to execute new, untrained movements within unstructured environments. Deploying robots in the home is one of the most significant technical hurdles of our time," said Qian Wang, founder and CEO of X Square Robot. WALL-B is the first real-world implementation of the World Unified Model architecture. Unlike modular systems that train perception, language and control separately, X Square Robot said World Unified Model optimizes those capabilities jointly from the very beginning. The company said that allows physical prediction — including force, friction and collision dynamics — to emerge as part of the model itself, rather than being layered on afterward. One of the patients that The Sameer Project had supported continuously was little Saadallah who sadly passed away last December from malnourishment. Eight months later, and in more dire times, his only brother is also malnourished. claude playing TFT -- i ran it for two games and it improved in-context from 0 to 3/30 rounds won. it figured out "3-starring" on its own (buying pairs to upgrade units) which is a core mechanic of this game and hasnt been instructed on how to play besides asking it to "play tft and win" comparing this cua agent to OpenAI Five's result from 2017 which is a different game, model(a big LSTM), had access to Dota's API outputted a discrete action at 4.6hz this cua agent runs at 0.15hz considering it takes anywhere from 2-15 seconds to think(0.07hz without), and is just pixels in, any mouse/keyboard out... and (potentially) wasnt trained on TFT specifically but not sure despite this 2-15s seems to be fine for a turned based game like TFT but in prior videos like league/minecraft is considerably harder for a cua agent to do since by the time you take a screenshot the game state may have changed and you've wasted 7 seconds thinking, and another 7 seconds thinking about the new game state, and catastrophically failing like that. the intention here is not to play TFT or league with a bot. please dont use it as such

It still blows my mind that we can create promo videos for brands in 1 hour. I recently worked with an upcoming fabric brand to integrate AI into their processes. Feeling confident in the tools, I thought, "Why not draft up a promo video with them?" I selected a few images from their website, generated more to fit the theme, and ran them through Image-2-Video in Runway. One hour later, we had a promo video. 🤯 A year ago, something like this would have never occurred due to the logistics and resources needed to do such a project.
