My #1 reason for disengaging FSD is I want to go a slightly different route but there’s no good way to do it. -Dropping a pin adds it as a stop. -Grok will sort of do it but add a stop. FSD disengagements are always navigational at this point. Ashok Elluswamy Elon Musk Tesla

But this is EXTREMELY IRRESPONSIBLE, it’s called FSD (Supervised) for a reason because the driver needs to be able to take over in case of an emergency. WARNING: ⚠️ ‼️ Please be very careful with FSD Supervised v14.1 Lite (HW3) when you get it, particularly with going in reverse. It’s called Supervised for a reason. This raises a really good question. Does HW3 even have the ability to allow this to be improved? If not, I’m afraid Tesla will need to add some very bold and obvious disclaimers for people using FSD. Otherwise accidents will be inevitable.

Nothing But Nets: Tesla FSD v13.2.9 Aces 520-mile Trip Without Interventions On Thursday, I completed my return drive from Des Moines to Minneapolis, with FSD Supervised v13.2.9 flawlessly handling the 260-mile journey without any issues or interventions. Both legs of the trip totaled 520 miles, all driven autonomously by Supervised FSD. I could fly this route, but using FSD is a no-brainer.
