The House and the Senate will hold separate votes on a War Powers Resolution on Thursday, sponsored by Representatives Ro Khanna and Thomas Massie and Senators Tim Kaine and Rand Paul respectively. Ro Khanna (D-CA) says, "I'm always open to new intelligence." Rep.
