This is an excellent example of @MassDems continuing to push their agenda no matter what the cost for Massachusetts taxpayers or damage done to the economy. @MassGovernor is pulling a @JoeBiden and burning the state down knowing full well she won’t be back after this disastrous term.

@maura_healey Look at these adders to electricity “delivery” bill. These obscenely expensive bills, enrich the MA politicians & their donors, while harming citizens. Need additional nat gas pipeline capacity (40% of electric generation).

They are pressuring everyone to switch to solar energy, but the middle and upper-middle classes bear the brunt of it. Lower-income households often get solar panels nearly fully subsidized or receive financial aid for gas, while the middle and upper-middle classes are offered no support. On top of that, solar panels in MA cost twice as much as they do in neighboring states like New Hampshire and Rhode Island. Meanwhile, politicians and their allies pocket incentives from the green energy industry. It’s a blatant scheme to strangle the middle class.

Here’s the problem with Trenton’s electric car mandate: They’re forcing people to buy EVs while utility bills are already through the roof. More EVs = more demand = higher bills for everyone. Our grid can’t handle it. Energy experts are warning us. But Mikie has doubled down on this failed policy— and actually said it will cost New Jerseyans “an arm & a leg, but if you’re a good person, you’ll do it.” Who says that?! We need to stop the mandates that make life more expensive for working families and bring back common sense. Unfortunately, common sense isn’t so common for my opponent.
