Today, I took the Speaker and Honourable members of the Anambra State House of Assembly on a tour of some key projects in the heart of the State capital. I particularly enjoyed seeing the awe on their faces as we moved from the Solution fun city to the new Government House and Governor’s lodge. This could not have been possible without their altruistic cooperation towards “Project Anambra”. Together, we shall continue to work for the good of our people. May Anambra continue to win!

Yesterday, I met with Michael Ervin, Political and Economic Chief at the U.S. Consulate General, to discuss deepening collaboration through the Commercial Investment Partnership. We focused on infrastructure, agriculture, and the digital economy, exploring ways to translate commitments into tangible benefits for Anambra. We also took him on a tour of the newly commissioned Government House complex and Solution Fun City, a recreational hub featuring an amusement park, water park, and country club. I am proud to highlight our commitment to technological advancement through the Solution Innovation District, driving growth in the digital economy. This visit strengthens our partnership with the U.S. Mission and positions Anambra at the forefront of subnational collaboration. May Anambra continue to win!

I extend my heartfelt gratitude to the 3,172 delegates of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) who voted for me to contest for a second term in office in the upcoming governorship election on 8 November 2025. Your trust and support mean the world to me. I commend the peaceful and orderly conduct of our primary election, a true testament to APGA’s commitment to democratic principles. I also acknowledge the officials of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), led by the Resident Electoral Commissioner (REC), for their diligent monitoring of the process. To the good people of Anambra, I am deeply grateful for your unwavering support for APGA. As I have always said, APGA is Anambra, and Anambra is APGA. With this project, the four major cities of Anambra will at last be linked by modern dual carriageways, completing the Anambra Beltway and unlocking faster, safer, and more seamless movement for everyone. Yesterday, in continuation of my community campaign tour of Awkuzu, Nteje, Umueri, and Onitsha, I spoke to our people from the depth of my heart. I reminded Ndi Anambra that if any government had truly worked for the people, they would not need to buy votes. Those who failed in office are now weaponizing poverty, but I urge you: do not sell your conscience, do not mortgage the future of your children for money. A new thing is about to happen in our state. With your support, I will serve with the fear of God, provide free healthcare, create jobs for our youths, tackle insecurity with CCTV surveillance and better-equipped vigilantes, and revive industries so our people can thrive again. Sadly, this present administration has failed us. They recklessly emptied the treasury to buy votes in the last by-election, and today they reduce our people to paying taxes with Aka Ọdọ in this 21st century. Ndi Anambra deserve better. This election is bigger than me; it is about the dignity of our people and the future of our children. Together, we will make Anambra rise again. Anambra ga-adi mma ozo!
