Yet another custom node by Mr. Pozzetti. Its actually Depth Anything V3, but with additional features attached. The main one that interested me was multi-view to splat or 3D. Basically photogrammetry! Its got plenty of stars, so it should work!

Excited to share a new vibe coded prototype: an interactive lesson on ants and their habitat, designed for elementary school students. AI allowed me to finalize this demo quickly. Some educational details still need review, but the main chambers of an anthill are all represented. Everything was made in Omma AI , a Spline product. What's inside: - 3D models created with Omma, all I needed was one image of the anthill's exterior and another of its cross-section to generate both 3D models - Clouds done with sprites - A custom shader mask to reveal the inside of the anthill This was a really fun one to work on!

Prandtl Rotations describe the motion of a gyroscope's rotor around its principal axes. Introducing World-Builder. A game that lets you prompt anything in to existance. You can make vehicles (anything that traverses air, land, or sea), you can build buildings, or weapons. Literally anything you can imagine. I saw people like Matt Shumer one-shotting games, but I don't think that's the future of games. I think the future of gaming is true world-building. BUT, the one-shotted games showed me that I think technology is finally at a place where we can experiment with what the UX of world-building games actually is. I've been building it between meetings, but its actually pretty fun and everyone at tenex is testing it out! If you want to play it, test it out with me, and maybe even contribute to it, let me know!

I've been working on the implementation of custom animations for weapons. Its been kind of annoying to make it work properly because of hand placements but for the most part most of the weapons works correctly. I feel like that would be something cool for Ubi to add on more weapons or maybe for Memento skins just like the MGS C7E skin with its custom reload animation.

Mute no longer counters Grim, but this makes no sense from either a gameplay perspective or narrative based one. One of the arguments for this change has been that a ping is something that only exists for us as players, and the operators of course wouldn't see a magical ping appear. Therefore there's not anything for it to actually block That's a fair argument, but if you go back to Operation Brutal Swarms lore, we can see that Grim actually gets his info via his phone, which relays the tracking data from the bees. A phone that would realistically have its communication jammed by Mute, both if he is standing in a jammer, or if the bees are. (and it can believed every attacker would get this to their phone too) So its fair to argue that pings themselves exist outside of the game and its interactions, but that only leaves a narrative side, which also doesn't work in favour of the change Grim should 100% be countered by Mute.

This occurred as President Trump encouraged these groups to take on the Iranian regime. A leader of one of those groups told CBS News' Holly Williams that they're in contact with the U.S., but have not yet received direct support.

I can’t believe I’m saying this, but ABC may actually be right that The View should keep its equal-time rule exemption. Since I don’t like to torture myself, I haven’t watched a full episode of The View. But based on the viral clips I’ve seen, it looks like a news show. If that holds true for the full program, it should be exempt. However, ABC is wrong to accuse the FCC of violating its First Amendment rights by just looking into whether The View fits that definition. The FCC has every right to investigate. Just like The View has every right – IF it talks mainly about news – to have terrible coverage.

So when the video of Sam Mugumya leaked last week, the military (and the state) instead of releasing him is threatening me. Anyway, sometimes it’s even hard to tell if it is the military or the state because of the decentralized impunity… but I have received a couple of calls; one from someone that said works with “special forces” identified himself as Elly Tumwine and was demanding to know who gave me that video. I told the person that even if I knew its source my training as a journalist wouldn’t allow me divulge sources but I didn’t even know its source because I got it from social media. The person insisted that I was the first to share it and that they have technology to show that. A couple of days later I received another call. This time there were no introductions but the person said they are concerned about my life although they “like the work I do” but publishing that video of Mugumya “was not wise”. Yesterday, I was told (by a different person that doesn’t know about these calls) of a plan to abduct me because the video I shared has caused so much anger and led to some reshuffle.. I am both informing the state that is supposed to protect its citizens of these threats and Ugandans. #SaveSamMugumya #JusticeForSamMugumya

It relied more on story, puzzles, and adventure elements than on blasting through hordes of alien creatures or following the genre-typical "kill 'em all" narrative. The main character, Gordon Freeman, never speaks, yet the world reacts dynamically to his actions. Valve had never made a game before Half-Life, but they transformed an established genre (Doom, Quake, Duke Nukem 3D) by adding story depth and moving away from pure shooter action. I played World of Warcraft for many, many years (stopped around early Cata days). The one thing that stood out to me more than anything was its massive size. It was literally a world. And it felt huge because you had to explore everything by foot (to start with anyway). This might be a hot take but I always felt that some of the magic got lost with the flying mounts and teleports later on. The upgrade from walking to getting your first mount was nice (it felt like a real milestone) but the flying mount and teleports turned a once massive world into a set of waypoints. I know it's all under the umbrella of convenience but I felt that the world really started to shrink and lost a big chunk of its charm. It wasn't about exploring anymore, it was about getting to the next dungeon or raid as fast as possible, relegating everything else to secondary importance, including all the little details, NPCs, caves, coastlines, mountains, and everything that that was once so wonderful to explore.

Finally got around to making a response to this. its very clear that dragon is the best play there and its insanity to call it anything else To full clear or not to full clear I hope people actually listen to my response as its a more clear and concise view and really sad people were misconstruing my point and just spewing nonsense without looking at the facts about camp exp/gold/timers.
