@smilesalotlady_ Only possible in a friction free universe. Friction will damp the motion at every repetition of the cycle and eventually the motion slows down and stops.

President Tinubu also understood this, which is why he promised to fix power, but he has yet to succeed. Any Nigerian politician who cannot fix power but can collect taxes is not serious about development.
