🐨 When it comes to marriage, people feel rushed and pressured. There are realistic parts too. Especially for women, it seems like society and the media keep putting pressure on them. On all of us, really. I just wish people could live in their own way There’s no right answer. But I think, if someone can’t stand being alone, would getting married really make that better? Because even when you’re married, there are times you want to be alone too. People are contradictory like that So I think someone who can be okay on their own can probably do well when they’re with someone too. And the same goes the other way around. If you get married just because you’re lonely, as a way to solve or escape it, that’s a bit questionable As for kids, I don’t really know either. Even raising myself feels like a handful. And children, well, they don’t turn out the way you want them to. When I think about how much I made my parents worry when I was young. If I had a kid like me? Oh man, how exasperating would that be. Sure, they might be adorable too, but still There’s no single answer. People who are married can only speak from that side, and those who aren’t can only speak from theirs. It’s something the two sides can’t really know about each other. So we should take other people’s stories as just that—their own In a way, I think those of us born in the 1990s are the 1st generation in Korea for whom marriage became an option. So I believe we should follow our own choices Of course, right now I’m a good son. Honestly, I don’t think there’s anyone as filial as me these days. But when I was young, I really gave my parents a hard time. You’d be surprised. Someday I’ll interview them so you can hear just how much trouble I caused. That’s why I treat them well now. It’s the law of cause and effect I guess I went a bit too deep talking about marriage, but well, it’s something worth talking about. After all, how much content do we really have in life, right? Things like hobbies, travel, there’s no single right way for those either Still, I think it’s important to nourish both body and mind. Exercise and reading can bring a lot of good things to a person. I don’t believe anything is an absolute must, but if something comes close to being 100% good, it’s probably reading and exercise because those things don’t lie So yeah, getting married doesn’t mean you’ll be completely free from loneliness. I don’t think it would

💔 AFTER 12 YEARS OF SUFFERING, IT WOULD BE UNFAIR TO LET HER STORY GO UNSEEN. Please SHARE her story so the world can see what a working donkey can silently endure. And if someone would like to SPONSOR her diagnostic tests and prolonged treatment, please come forward. 🙏🫏 Until today, she was still being made to work—almost blind, dehydrated, walking painfully on overgrown and cracked hooves, with a partially luxated shoulder. We may never know everything she endured, but her body carries the evidence of years of hard labour. Our vets and equine specialists are concerned that prolonged pressure from heavy loads and poorly fitted harnessing may have caused chronic damage around her neck and shoulders—not only to the skin, but potentially to deeper soft tissues and structures beneath. Her owner also told us that her front legs became trapped in deep mud while carrying a load, which may have caused further trauma. Today we started treatment, gave her IV fluids and encouraged her to drink. ❤️ Tomorrow, further examinations and diagnostics will begin to understand the full extent of the damage to her shoulder, limbs and eyes. She has suffered unseen for long enough. Please don’t let her story remain unseen too. 💔 And she arrived without a name. ❤️ What should we call this beautiful girl? Please leave your name suggestions in the comments—we would love you to help choose the name she will carry into her new life. 🫏 🔁 SHARE + FOLLOW her journey. 🌐

full story of jihoon’s pov of jeongwoo falling at the airport. guys its very long but jihoon was so detailed its so funny 😭 he could not stop laughing while telling the story 🐶 we were getting out of the van at the airport. it was me, Junghwan, Jeongwoo and maybe Ruto was there too? there were four of us in the van. Jeongwoo and I were talking while getting out. 🐶 but actually this story is only funny if you can see it with actions. it doesn’t hit the same when I just say it. next time i’ll do a live with my face camera on and i’ll act it out for you. the physical comedy is what makes it so funny 🐶 so I got out first -> Jeongwoo -> Junghwan. as I was stepping out, I turned around and was saying something “jeongwoo dhsbsjwbsjs”. 🐶 jeongwoo was still talking to me while getting off the van. the van was pretty high and had steps. as he was coming down, the sheet slipped and he almost fell backwards. he managed to save himself tho. how should I illustrate this… 🐶 ok this might not be the best example, but imagine you’re walking along the Han River and someone is riding a bike toward you from the opposite direction. then suddenly that person falls off their bike. 🐶 at first you’re like “oh? are they okay?” thats the first thing that comes to mind. but later once you know they’re okay and you think back on it.. when someone suddenly faces danger, you know the instinctive expression and body language they make while trying to escape that situation? 🐶 like that desperate look and movement right before they’re about to fall. you all know what I mean right? 🐶 thats exactly what Park Jeongwoo did 🐶 Jeongwoo’s tall. he’s around 180 cm tall. and while he was talking to me, he suddenly went “OHOHHHH 😮” while flailing around for about two seconds 🐶 it was just his body’s instinctive reaction to avoid getting hurt. I saw all of that. 🐶 at first I was startled too because it would’ve been bad if he’d actually fallen backwards. 🐶 but Jeongwoo’s flailing was just really funny. he seriously flailed. so I was about to go “OH! jeongwoo-ya” but then he suddenly let out this huge sigh, and started acting as if nothing had happened. pretending to be completely natural and completely fine 🐶 the mat had slipped outside the van, so he suddenly dusted it off, neatly put it back where it belonged, and behind him Junghwan was just watching with this expression like “what is he doing?” 🐶 then all of a sudden, in the calmest voice, he said to Junghwan 🐺 junghwan-ah, be careful 🐶 he suddenly became Doyoung. I seriously thought his soul had switched with Doyoung’s 🐶 one second he was chatting with me about random things, then he almost fell, got the scare of his life, and after that sudden danger passed, he became unbelievably calm. too calm 🐶 he quietly cleaned everything up by himself, then went “Junghwan-ah, be careful~~” and acted as though nothing had happened. 🐶 then he turned back to me and continued naturally 🐺 ah hyung what were you saying? 🐶 he was trying so hard to act natural. seeing all that, I seriously couldn’t stop laughing. its so funny. I went, “Jeongwoo-ya…” and immediately started teasing him 🐶 the moment he realized i noticed, he got embarrassed. I think he wanted everyone to just let it slide and pretend it never happened, but because I pointed it out, he got embarrassed and started laughing too 🐶 evee since then, it’s become a meme between the two of us. even when we’re just walking somewhere completely flat grounds with no obstructions, one of us will suddenly go “WHOOAAAA. jeongwoo-ya, be careful~~~” 🐶 thats just become our inside joke. while walking he’ll randomly go 🐺 WHOOAAAA 🐶 what?? 🐺 hyung, be careful~~~ 🐶 thats become our meme. seriously though it’s one of those stories that’s only really funny if you can see the reenactment.

I asked the Safeguarding Minister, Jess Phillips, if she'd considered the impact that mass migration has on the safety of women and girls. She said that there's no reliable data on this issue. But that isn't entirely true. There is indicative data, and it is damning. It's true that people from any country, or culture, can be violence towards women and girls, including sexually. It's also true that, regardless of a person's background, we should come down hard on those who commit violent or sexual abuse. However, we should also recognise that not every culture has the same attitudes towards women and girls. In some cultures, for example, it's seen as indecent for a woman to walk around without her hair covered. In most cultures, it’s normal for men and women to be segregated for some things (like getting changed); in some cultures, men and women are segregated for many more things. In some cultures, physical and sexual violence towards women is commonplace. When men from those cultures come to this country, those are the cultural assumptions they bring with them. This makes intuitive sense. Why would we expect people to suddenly adopt British norms, habits, and behaviours, immediately upon arriving here? Particularly when so many people in the British state are unwilling to recognise that different cultures have different norms in the first place? That's not to say that everybody from these cultures poses a threat to women and girls. And of course, some of those people may have wanted to come here to get away from those very cultural expectations. But what we often see is that, 'per capita' (or per person), people from certain nationalities are more likely to commit certain types of crime when they come to the UK. That's particularly true in the case of illegal migrants, who are disproportionately likely to be young men - the group most likely to commit violent or sexual crime. Back in October, Labour MPs voted to block the release of detailed migrant crime data, which would have given us the full picture about how likely different migrant groups are to commit certain crimes. Some nationalities might be more likely to commit crime than British nationals. Others might be less likely. But at least we'd have the data, which would allow us to have an informed debate about this. However, thanks to the hard work of campaigners and journalists, we have some indicative data about the rates at which different nationalities commit crime, including crime which disproportionately targets women and girls. For example, data obtained from the Ministry of Justice last year showed that two nationalities, Afghans and Eritreans, were more than 20 times as likely to be convicted of a sexual offence than British nationals. This data showed that Afghans had a conviction rate for sexual offences of 59 per 10,000 people, while Eritreans had a conviction rate of 53.6 per 10,000 people. British nationals, on the other hand, had a conviction rate of 2.66 per 10,000. People have since disputed those figures. They say that, since the population figures used to work out this data are taken from the 2021 Census, we're likely to be undercounting the number of Afghans and Eritreans in the country. But even if that's true, the rate of conviction for sexual offences would still be much higher amongst Afghans and Eritreans than amongst British nationals. If this indicative data is wrong, then the Government should publish the full figures. Their failure to do so is a choice. We can collect a person's nationality when they're arrested, when they stand trial, and when they go to prison. People deserve to know what impact mass migration is having on the safety of women and girls. We need to be able to tell the truth about the fact that not every culture treats women in the same way, and that when people arrive here, they often bring that cultural baggage with them.

Hello everyone who follows Ukraine and wants to help. I am currently fundraising for a non-lethal aid in form of excavators and engineering equipment for Ukraine. (Donation link in the end) The fundraiser has stalled 100/120k goal, with only 20k left to collect so I would like to add a small video and explain the importance. Please watch the video to understand in which conditions these machines work, and how thick vegetation is, and that no other machine can work in such conditions. It’s literally working inside the bush under the tree without breaking the branches. Fortifications that these machines built are not those huge centralized bunkers for battalions. The size of the position is usually for a 5-20 men. While this seems small and insignificant, a good concealed position with dedicated and determined personnel can be an impenetrable fortress for the enemy. Our excavators are designed to build exactly that, their ability to work in a tight concealed areas without breaking the cover of leaves have proven to be decisive in building fortifications. What’s funny is that initially most of the engineers and commanders are skeptical of these machines, because they aren’t popular and unfamiliar in Ukraine. It takes time, first two weeks after getting the equipment they learn on practice how to apply machine capabilities, after a month they start calling and praising it saying they never expected such productivity and ability to work in tight spots. A month later all neighbors of that unit start calling and asking for similar machines. I know this isn’t a sexy drone, but this is a non lethal boring machine that saves lives. While it’s hard for me to quantify the impact, it’s no rare for me to receive a message from someone saying that they were recently under heavy artillery and drone attack but they felt safe because the enemy didn’t know their exact position and their bunker is deep enough to withstand direct hits. I think that this is a low hanging fruit of the life saving for Ukrainian defenders. Donation link:

jihoon’s sleep paralysis is so bad that he went in and out of it more than 10 times during his massage today :( he couldnt even sleep and get some rest even if he had the time to :( i feel so bad :( 🐶 right after I got back to Korea, I went to get a massage. while I was getting the massage, I ended up getting sleep paralysis. 🐶 u know how it is, right? when you get sleep paralysis, you wake up - fall asleep - get sleep paralysis - wake up - fall asleep - boom sleep paralysis. over and over. u know you’re trapped in that cycle, but you can’t escape it because you’re so tired that you keep falling back asleep 🐶 im like “ah im probably gonna get sleep paralysis again” but at the same time you think, “maybe this round will be different” 🐶 but no, I got sleep paralysis so many times. I seriously got stuck in an endless loop. I was trying so hard to snap out of it, like moving around and struggling, and then when I finally woke up, the massage therapist was like 👩🏻 oh? are you okay? is this position uncomfortable for you? 🐶 so I pretended it was that and went “ah yeah im okimokimok” 🐶 then I fell asleep again, and it happened again. I’d move around, wake up, and they’d ask me if im okay. i say yes. this happened like three or four times. 🐶 then later they put something warm on me. but when they did, I suddenly got kind of scared because I was already in that weird state, so I asked, “how long does this stay on for?” and they said about 7 minutes. by then I’d already had sleep paralysis like four times in a row. every time it happened, i’d wake up - sleep paralysis - wake up - sleep paralysis just over and over. 🐶 anyway, after it was all done 👩🏻 does your body feel okay now? 🐶 oh yeah yeah my body feels great. yes yes I think I feel really good 🐶 my manager said he could give me a ride, but since the other hyungs had just gotten back to Korea too, I was like, “no everyone go home and rest. its Sunday anyway, I’ll go by myself.” 🐶 so I was dragging myself home thinking, “should I just lie down and sleep right here on the street?” but it was so hot today, and the back of my neck was burning from the heat. I pulled myself together and got home. 🐶 honestly, I was planning to sleep. I thought I’d sleep for like three hours after getting home, but I just couldn’t fall asleep. And seriously, this is torture. the suffering of insomnia is real. people who can actually sleep when they want to sleep are seriously amazing. 🐶 I really tried today. I turned on the styler, lay there with my eyes closed for like forty minutes, but in the end I couldn’t sleep. so I was like, “okay if it’s gonna be like this, i’ll just start a livestream! okay”

Drama update for wowtwt: ever since being doxxed by Drohgoh a new challenger has appeared! I guess this is a TWITLONGER! 😂🤠🤡 Meet 𝕔𝕪𝕣𝕣𝕚 ♡ ...a mentally ill chronically online alcoholic 32 yr old grown woman (she pretends to be younger to get male attention) who wants to "ruin my life" because I yelled at her on stream while she was drunk saying stupid shit! Cyrri is a sociopathic fatherless attention seeking former "drug dealer" (so quirky loool) egirl who manipulates her ex boyfriend into paying her rent while shit talking him to eboys online. She claims to not be like the other girls! Lots of those around these days huh? Anyway, at first she was threatening me in twitch chat and then started slandering me to mutual friends and viewers lying about me anyway she could to try to get people on her side and farm sympathy by calling me a "creepy stalker pedo" (she copied drohgoh's slander) and then saying that i tried to "dox" her and threaten her. She then started "crying" while laughing on her stream saying that i was doing stuff to her, it was pornhub tier acting. She also threatened to release edited recordings of me to make me look bad...ok dont care bitch LOL. My wow guild was also getting doxxed and harassed (to fuck with me) and Cyrri was encouraging the doxxers because she knew it would get me gkicked since no guild wants to deal with that. She has no proof of anything because I never did anything so I dont give a fuck at all about her slander. The reason I'm making this post is because she crossed a line. A crazy line. Since Drohgoh leaked my information, a lot of malicious individuals have been threatening me and my family. My elderly mother has been harassed on the phone by Cyrri's associates. Cyrri is so mad that I hurt her ego on stream that she has gone to insane lengths to try to "ruin my life" including having her friends (simps) threaten to send my mother ILLEGAL PHOTOS (yes that kind) and say that I'm involved with that stuff. Maybe she'll try to SWAT me next? Who knows what this psychotic bitch will do! Cyrri and her internet terrorist associates want to fuck with me "until he kills himself or stops streaming" but I won't be doing either of those things. Fuck you Cyrri and fuck your simp ass cringe dark web internet terrorist simps. Stay mad you fatherless degenerate alcoholic🤣 DO NOT CARE LOL U WANNA THREATEN ME U WANNA FUCK WITH MY FAMLY? U WANNA SEND MY MOTHER ILLEGAL SHIT? U WANNA SEND THE SWAT TEAM TO MY HOUSE? SEND ME SOME DOORDASH TOO PLEASE! I WILL JUST SHIT TALK U AND UR CRAZY FRIENDS apple "apple" "luvapple" on discord (INTERNET TERRORIST SENDING ILLEGAL SHIT TO MY FAMILY) KEEP SIMPING FOR A BRAINDEAD EGIRL THAT WILL NEVER TOUCH YOU LIL BRO! KEEP PLAYING ROBLOX ALL DAY CHEATING IN CS HVH WHILE THREATENING TO FRAME PEOPLE FOR CP U FUCKING DEGENERATE CUCK! FBI I DONT GIVE A FUCK I AM GOING LIVE IN A BIT TO DEEP DIVE INTO THIS DRAMA MORE AHAHAHAHA IS THIS SCHIZO ENOUGH FOR YOU ALL? IS THIS WHAT THEY CALL A CRASH OUT? FUCK YOU here are some twitch chat logs and a short clip from the night of the drama after I yelled at her on stream, she doesnt care how she "paints" me... *trigger warning* slurs in clip 🤡

4 mistakes I avoided that helped me build this natural physique. Building an impressive natural physique is hard. But if you make these 4 mistakes, you’re making it unnecessarily harder. 1. Cutting too early If you’re only 1–2 years into training, stop thinking about getting shredded. Your first few years should be heavily focused on building muscle. Because when you eventually get lean, you need enough muscle underneath the fat to actually look like a bodybuilder. Otherwise, you’re not going to look “shredded.” You’re just going to look like a skinny guy with abs. Build the muscle first. Then reveal it. 2. Starting your deficit too aggressively The biggest mistake I see is people immediately slashing calories. Don’t. Start with the smallest deficit that produces a measurable response. Give your body time to respond. If fat loss slows or stalls, then intervene. You don’t need to go from maintenance straight into starvation mode just because you’re impatient. 3. Treating 1.6 g/kg of protein as a universal rule 1.6 g/kg can be perfectly adequate in many situations. But it isn’t a magic ceiling. As you become leaner and the deficit becomes more aggressive, I prefer to progressively increase protein to improve the odds of retaining maximum lean mass. In some of my deeper cuts, I go as high as ~3 g/kg. And I never stop training hard. Because during a deficit, your primary objective isn't to build as much muscle as possible. It is to retain as much of the muscle you worked so hard to build. Protein and resistance training are your insurance policy. If calories need to come down further, I would rather make those reductions predominantly from carbohydrates and fats while keeping dietary fat at a sensible minimum. 4. Thinking “I need to eat less” before thinking “Can I move more?” This is probably the biggest one. Before dropping calories again, ask: Can I increase my steps? Can I add some cardio? Can I improve my sleep and recovery? Can I increase energy expenditure without unnecessarily reducing food? There is more than one way to create an energy deficit. Calories are a tool. They shouldn't always be your first lever. Avoid these four mistakes and your chances of building an impressive natural physique go up dramatically. Build the muscle. Cut strategically. Protect the muscle. And don't confuse suffering with progress. Want to build muscle at 30, 35, 40, 50+? DM me. I’ll help you build it strategically.

When I woke up this morning, Mister didn’t want to get out of bed. I figured he was just exhausted from our fun and exciting day yesterday. But when he still didn’t get up and come do his usual morning routine by the time I’d made coffee, I started getting a little concerned. VERY unusual for him. He’s usually so energetic and excited to go do our morning gardening together, etc. So I got him out of bed and brought him to the livingroom and sat him on the couch with me. He was acting really strange and super lethargic, just curled up in a ball, and his little body kept spasming and twitching. When I tried to stand him up, his little lags just wouldn’t seem to work. So I knew something just wasn’t right with him. 😢 I called the vet and rushed him to Thompson Falls. As the vet was asking me all the questions, before she took him back to examine him, she said, “I have to ask you a hard question; CPR, or do not resuscitate?” Holy cow, that’s when I lost it and just started crying. I said, “Yes, of course resuscitate!” 😭 So then with so much fear and anxiety, thinking the absolute worst, I waited, while they did some blood tests and x-rays, etc. It was at that point that I asked y’all for prayers. I was so freaking scared and sick to my stomach. Mister had to get an IV and some medicines, as it appears he was having some gastrointestinal issues, which was making him not drink any water. So basically he’s a little blocked up and gassy. (Which is what was causing the spasming) And I feel just awful, because it’s most likely from me giving him basically whatever he wants to eat. 😢 (as well as from him eating small parts of his toys.) 🫤 So we have some medicines for him to take for 4 days, and hopefully he will be back to his sweet, mischievous self in no time. 🤞🏼 So after an unexpected $500 veterinary visit 😣, he is still very tired and lethargic, but the spasming is gone, and he seems to be on the mend. 🙏🏼 We basically just need him to have a good💩now. And after spending the whole day at the doggy doctor, we’re gonna take it real easy for the rest of the evening and just cuddle together and watch some puppy shows on the animal channel. 🥹 Thank you all for your thoughts and prayers for my sweet little guy. 🙏🏼 I’d be absolutely devastated without him. 🥲♥️

My first test with the new Gemini Deep Think 3 🔥🔥🔥 Build a complete Three.js scene in a single HTML file that renders a fully 3D interior room indistinguishable from a classical oil painting hanging in a museum. The Painterly Rendering System Write custom GLSL shaders that replace all standard rendering with oil paint simulation. Every pixel must feel painted by hand. The system needs these layers working together. Brushstroke normals. Generate a procedural brushstroke normal map using layered directional noise at varying scales. Large bold strokes for walls and floors following the plane direction. Small delicate strokes for fine details like metal and glass. Circular strokes for rounded objects. The brushstrokes must catch sidelight and cast tiny shadows into their grooves exactly like real impasto paint on canvas. Paint thickness. Use parallax occlusion mapping to give highlights genuine physical thickness. Where the original painter would load their brush with white or yellow to hit a bright highlight, the paint should visibly sit above the surface. In dark shadow areas, the paint should appear thinner, letting canvas weave show through slightly. Color palette. Restrict the entire scene to a historical oil palette. Titanium white, naples yellow, yellow ochre, raw sienna, burnt sienna, burnt umber, raw umber, ivory black, vermillion used sparingly, and a muted blue-grey. No modern saturated colors. All color mixing should feel subtractive and warm. Edge treatment. No hard edges anywhere in the scene. Object silhouettes must soften and blur slightly as if the painter's brush feathered where one form meets another. Implement this as a screen-space edge-detection pass that blurs based on depth discontinuity and overlays brushstroke texture at boundaries. Canvas texture. The entire final image must have a linen canvas weave overlay rendered with its own normal map that interacts with the scene lighting. As you orbit, the canvas tooth should glint differently. This sells the illusion more than anything else. Varnish layer. Apply a post-processing pass that simulates aged oil varnish. A warm amber tint that is slightly uneven, thicker in corners and thinner in center. A subtle gloss reflection that shifts as you move the camera. Very fine craquelure, hairline crack patterns, visible only when you zoom in close. The Scene. A Dutch Golden Age Study. Model everything procedurally with no external assets. A small intimate room with rough plastered walls in thick paint, warm grey-ochre. A single tall window on the left wall. Leaded glass with thick mullions letting in one dominant shaft of warm light. The window glass should have slight imperfections like bubbles and waviness visible in the paint treatment. A heavy dark wood table positioned center-left. On the table place a brass candlestick with a half-melted candle where the wax drips are modeled and painted with naples yellow impasto highlights. A pewter plate with a half-peeled lemon, the peel curling off the edge of the plate, the exposed fruit flesh a jewel of thick yellow paint catching light. A partially unfolded letter with a broken red wax seal. A small glass of dark wine catching a single highlight. A dark velvet cloth draped from the table edge falling in heavy folds to the floor. The velvet should have that characteristic oil painting treatment where shadows go almost black and the fabric catches light in soft broken highlights. The floor is wide dark wooden planks painted with long horizontal brushstrokes. Against the back wall, barely visible in shadow, a tall wooden cabinet with a few old leather-bound books leaning against each other. A single beam of light from the window cuts diagonally across the scene illuminating floating dust motes painted as soft tiny dots of naples yellow, not CG particles. The rest of the room falls into rich warm shadow. Lighting One dominant directional light from the left simulating window light. Warm, strong, with soft VSM shadows. A very subtle fill from the right in cool blue-grey at perhaps 5% intensity. No ambient light. The shadows should be genuinely dark and warm. This is Vermeer lighting. The contrast between the luminous light-struck areas and the deep velvety shadows is what makes the painting breathe. Post-Processing Chain Render pass. Painterly edge softening pass. Canvas texture overlay pass. Varnish and aging pass. Heavy vignette like a dark gallery frame encroaching. Very subtle bloom only on the brightest impasto highlights. Film grain that mimics canvas tooth texture rather than photographic noise. Interaction OrbitControls with very slow damping at 0.02 and limited orbit range so you can look around the painting but not flip it upside down. Slow zoom. The feeling should be like leaning closer to a painting in a museum and discovering more detail. The Standard When someone opens this file and takes a screenshot, people should genuinely argue whether it is a photograph of a real oil painting or a digital render.

Listen, green juicing - should you do it, or leave it? Never mind the video attached, its just for entertainment purposes. The video shows a woman who goes to an [organic] farm and plucks fresh green leafy veggies, adds turmeric, lemon and ginger and makes a "green juice" which is claimed to be tasty and healthy. But what I would really want to discuss today, is if you really need to "green juiced detox" for wellness. No opinions here, no hearsay, just pure science of it. Green juicing is a detox practice. But none actually knows what is getting detoxed. An organ? An organ system? The body? No idea. The whole body is already getting detoxed by liver and kidneys and they do a wonderful job of it. Similar to "who watches the watchmen," line, should you "detox the detoxers?" For that, one must realize that detox is not a legit medical science word or practice. Detox is a wellness quackery term created to expand business oppurtunities. You have detox powders, detox tablets, detox capsules, detox practices (such as massages, oil pulling through nose, enemas, exposing anus to the Sun called 'sunning,' and so much more) and yes, detox juices. Detox is there is grab your hard earned money. A green juice or any type of detox for that matter does not help you prevent or treat any disease known to humans. The only thing getting detoxed with a detox is your bank account. The dubious practice of detox. Products that promise “detox” are a sham. Yes, all of them. Now the green juice thing. Be careful of what you put in there to blend, because your real detoxers - the liver and kidneys have to work extra to relieve you from the stress of it all. Green leafy veggies blended together is a dangerous thing. Many green veggies are rich in oxalates - like spinach, lettuce, celery and beetroot. Excess of oxalates can harm your kidneys if they get overwhelmed with the work-overload - like in this case where a woman developed kidney failure after green juice cleanse. "Green Smoothie Cleanse" Causing Acute Oxalate Nephropathy This is not an isolated incident. There are many reports in published medical literature that has reported kidney injury and kidney failure due to green juicing. Here are some of them. ➡️Oxalate nephropathy due to 'juicing': case report and review ➡️Acute Oxalate Nephropathy Caused by Excessive Vegetable Juicing and Concomitant Volume Depletion ➡️Acute Kidney Injury in a Patient Engaged in Vegetable Juicing And that is not all - sometimes, fresh green juicing, especially directly from the farm (like what the lady in the video does) can transmit really weird parasites - like that was seen in Korea. Many people developed an infestation from flatworms that affected their livers due to green juicing. See here: Green vegetable juice as a potential source of human fascioliasis in Korea But lets come to the real stuff. Does green juicing do anything beneficial at all, to human metabolism and hence wellness? A randomized controlled study (which is a very good design methodology to identify effectivenss of an intervention) showed that green juicing was an absolute waste of everyones time. The authors stated that "Together with an analysis of previous works, we suggest that green juice did not cause an improvement in metabolic function and there is a need for further research on this issue." Bummer! If you are going to do a Green juice to "detox" your body, know that you are wasting your time and resources and potentially exposing your real detoxing organs to toxic danger. Stay informed, and stay safe!

EXCLUSIVE: CHARLOTTE, NC - 15-Year-Old Girl K*lled When Illegal Immigrant Runs Stop Sign — Partial Charges DROPPED While Victim Was Still in Coma… Now He’s Walking Free! If you weren’t angry before, you’re about to be. Count the disappointments in how this was handled. We have obtained the audio clips from the 9-1-1 calls made from November 24, 2025, when Julio Cesar Xocop-Vicente, a 40-year-old illegal immigrant, ran a stop sign and struck 15-year-old Amber Paris so hard that, according to a witness, her body flew into the air. Vicente immediately fled on foot after the collision without checking to see if she was alive. He later told authorities he ran “due to his immigration status.” Paris suffered two broken legs, a severed artery causing internal bleeding, and serious injuries to multiple organs. She was immediately hospitalized and placed in a medically induced coma. She passed away a month later. Vicente was arrested the following day, November 25, at his apartment. He was charged with driving without a license, reckless driving, and felony hit-and-run. He was released shortly afterward on $10,000 bail, despite being a clear flight risk. While Paris was still in the hospital fighting for her life in a coma, Vicente’s charge of driving without a license was DISMISSED on December 2, 2025. Paris succumbed to her injuries and passed away in mid-December, which should have led to upgraded charges including felony d*ath by vehicle or manslaughter. However, no charges have been updated, and Vicente remains free. If this didn’t anger you enough, consider this: Vicente has an extensive criminal record: - 2019 — Driving without registration - 2019 — Failure to secure a passenger under the age of 16 - 2019 — Speeding - 2019 — Driving while under the influence - 2019 — Driving without a license - 2022 — Driving while intoxicated - 2022 — Driving without a license - 2022 — A*sault on a female In the 2022 DWI case, he failed to appear for his hearing and violated probation. For the 2022 a*sault on a female charge, his bond was set at only $500, which he was permitted to pay in cash as an accommodation. Why was he never deported? Why was he free before this crash? How is he still walking free now? Where is the outrage for Amber Paris? She would likely still be alive if he had been deported after even his first offense. Instead, we accommodate repeat criminal offenders while the innocent pay the ultimate price. *Audio was edited by the department to protect officers and witnesses. All receipts can be found in the thread.

HOT ROD CHARLIE He has no Sunday Silence in him. No King Kamehameha, either. And among the stallions who carry neither of those two giants, the one I personally can’t stop thinking about is HOT ROD CHARLIE. I’ve been turning one question over and over in my head: how does Equinox generate speed so efficiently? And what if one answer is almost brutally simple—what if it lies in a body that’s sharp and thin, like a razor? Not “muscle-bound macho.” But a frame pared down to the extreme—narrow through the front, running as if on a single line, wasting nothing, letting no speed leak sideways. I understand the objections. There are plenty of skinny, flimsy-looking horses, and most of them aren’t good at all. But when you look at where the absolute endpoint seems to be—Kitasan Black, Equinox, even Sunday Silence—it makes you wonder if, in the end, this is what it keeps converging toward. Most dirt G1 horses, I think, are built like logs: massive through the chest, thick and powerful. But Hot Rod Charlie is different. He’s thin. He stands 166 cm at the withers, yet he has almost no width. Even the manager at Shadai Stallion Station can only smile wryly and say things like, “His physique and his results don’t match,” or “He’s hard to explain.” That mismatch—that sense of “something doesn’t add up”—is exactly what Sunday Silence was. That seemingly unreliable, narrow body may be proof that he wasn’t simply a power-type dirt horse at all, but something closer to a speed mutant: a horse sustained by exceptional cardio capacity, spring, and an efficient, economical action. The odds are tiny. As the Yoshida family—who represent Shadai and Northern Farm—have said, Sunday Silence was a once-in-a-century miracle, “a horse like that will never appear again.” And yet, even while saying so, why do they keep buying horses from all over the world? Katsumi Yoshida gives a blunt reason: “Because it’s scary.” Somewhere in the world, he says, the next Sunday Silence could be born without warning—and if that happens, the advantage they’ve built could evaporate in an instant. Hot Rod Charlie is, for now, the most recent imported stallion the Yoshida family has brought in. So why did they bring him? Maybe they sensed, in Hot Rod Charlie, that same fear: the possibility—however remote—that the next Sunday Silence could appear out of nowhere. A second Sunday Silence isn’t going to just stroll into existence. Of course not. But perhaps Hot Rod Charlie is an investment—an insurance policy—meant to reduce the risk of being blindsided by that kind of horse. His fee is 1.5 million yen—cheap by the standards of Shadai Stallion Station, where elite stallions gather. And this year, his first crop will debut. The unknown ability that even they call a “mystery.” I think the chance that Hot Rod Charlie becomes a second Sunday Silence is almost nonexistent—but that’s exactly why it’s a lottery ticket. If it hits, the upside is absurdly explosive.

[ condition update ] 🐻‍❄ In short of what happen with me is an inflammation on heart muscle from a virus infection which still cant be identified yet. The symptoms I experience are painful breathing, heart racing, tight chest, difficulty breathing, kinda thing. I’m told not to overwork my heart because it could make the inflammation gets worse. That’s basically in short. As for the details, it was 4-5 days ago, I started feeling uncomfortable in my chest, it felt tight and I had trouble breathing as well. Anytime I did something, like exercising or walking on a treadmill, my body felt hurt, and my heart rate went up way higher than usual. It’s normally around 100, but it went to 150 even when I was just doing little activity. It felt off, so I thought I might have caught some kind of infection. The other day I made a doctor appointment in the hospital as I got some free time. I was told to go to internal medicine doctor and was asked about what I’ve been experiencing. I had fever, waking up found tightness in chest at one night, a nausea, but nothing came out. I just felt like about to vomiting but nothing came out at all, so I thought it was unusual. At that time, my face went all pale and lips went all purple already, which why I decided to go to the hospital. Once I was in the internal medicine, well, they did some screening. I said I have low fever, painful breathing, body and muscle pain, so I was sent to ENT because I experience a ringing in my ear as well, I then sent to do a hearing function test. Right ear was normal, while my left ear was.. what’s it called.. ringing in ear. My left ear hearing function drops down one level. It’s not that serious but since it’s related to inner ear, and it's a part of nervous system, right? If it’s affecting that, the doctor afraid it could lead to permanent hearing function loss. Yeah, that part is concerning. So I was prescribed steroids to be consumed to prevent further inflammation and damage more than this. Not sure if I’m explaining it right, but that’s what I remember. I’m not a doctor, lol. And then, after I got the steroids and back home, I had work to film on the next day. I was like, why I feel so tired going for work at 6 in the morning, why my body feels this exhausting, just bending over to grab something or doing other things made me feel like I was gonna pass out. Thought I was just old lol. But at that time I felt unwell, my chest felt tight, and I felt exhausted. That day, I kept working even though I was exhausted. I felt like I don’t wanna work anymore, it was tiring, even just walking up the stairs, I had to stop and take a break. I couldn’t do it, it felt so tiring. When filming, just stepping my legs already felt tiring that I didn’t want to step my legs anymore. So that day decided to see a doctor, focusing to check my heart as it felt tight and was racing, and I had pain when breathing as well so I decided to see a heart specialist doctor but I arrived there at 2 PM and there was no available appointment anymore. Also, the Echo or ECG machine was all used so I had to schedule an appointment for the next day. I went there in the afternoon. Blood pressure and other test was normal, around 110-160, and it’s normal. Pulse is normal. Blood pressure was okay. And what else, yeah that’s it. I had an ECG, the result came out normal. I’ve also just get physical check up recently and the result were almost the same when compared. But since I still didn’t feel well, I wanted to know what’s wrong with me so I asked for a blood test. It’s a blood test that focusing on troponin and CRP level, which are enzymes in blood cells that indicate heart issues if the levels are high. After my blood test, I waited an hour for the results. When they called me, they said my symptom is serious, it’s a heart disease. Normal troponin levels are below 1 for healthy human, but mine was 3800, which is extremely high, so I had to be admitted. This is an enzyme level in the heart muscle cells. If heart muscle is damaged or its cells break down, the enzyme will mix into the blood and can be detected in the blood indicating a heart problem, so I need to be admitted for further examination with echo. It’s an ultrasound for heart. The result saying that there’s an inflammation in my heart as predicted by the doctors. The heart muscle is really swollen and… [takes deep breath] oh I’m tired already. It's enlarging which makes my heart race and feel tight and uncomfortable. That’s what they said. It’s not working the way it should, which is why I get tired so easily. So it answers everything. After the echo I took a rest and got therapy regimen… as what I understand, consuming steroid can suppress the immune system, right? They help reduce inflammation while the body fights the virus. It’s reducing the inflammation, right? But they said steroids alone weren’t enough because my troponin levels were way too abnormally high, so I got an injection instead. [deep breath] I got injected last night for only three dosage because I had to work today in the morning.asked the doctor to discharge me cause I had to work first. But the decision was taken with condition. I got injected three dosage in the morning and did another blood test which show a result of a decrease in troponin level from 3800 to 1600. Doctor said it was probably 5000 before this and it keeps decreasing to 3800, and to 1600, So if the work isn’t too hard physically, I’m allowed to go, I then go to work. Today at work I was only standing around and talking around. I can stand and talk, but I can’t do any heavy work as it’ll will make my heart work hard and affecting the recovery, I then have to walk slowly. But even so, I can’t even walk fast tho, I get tired easily. Yeah, that’s all. It’s not like I’m completely bedrotting or something, it’s just heart muscle problem, so… fighting ✌🏻

Donghae Fr0mm 🐯: I’ve missed you all. I wanted to see you through a live broadcast. As for today’s filming spoiler… We filmed a D&E commercial. Eunhyuk left first, and I came a little later in the afternoon. We filmed together afterward, and I finished last. Now I’m heading home. Today, everything turned out really pretty and handsome, so I think you can look forward to it. 🐯: Do you all not like this curly hair? If you don’t like it, I’ll just cut it all off. 🐯: As for my waist, I had an MRI, and I also got quite a lot of injections. This time the treatment was pretty intense. After that, I’ve been taking a break from exercising, though I worked out for the first time in a while today. Not being able to exercise is driving me crazy. But fortunately, I feel like it’s gradually getting better. 🐯: Someone said today marks 521 days since subscribing to Fromm. Thank you so much. I’m sorry. I’m not sure how the other members use Bubble or Fromm, but I don’t really have ongoing conversations there. How should I explain it? I just post little things… What I ate… What I did… I share one or two little updates like that. So I keep thinking, “I should communicate more.” I’ll work harder. Now that filming is over, I’m hungry again. 🐯: You want me to cut my hair? I don’t have any muscles to show anymore. They’re all gone now. Last time during my Taipei concert, someone filmed my stomach and said it looked cute. There was a lot of talk about my tummy. But that’ll be gone soon. I’ll get back to my original self. You like my soft little tummy? I can keep it like that anytime. I love eating so much. Actually, my stomach is completely normal. Really, it’s as normal as it gets. Everyone has a little bit of that. 🐯: Watching football has been so much fun. In Korea, World Cup matches are usually so late at night that I don’t really watch them. I planned to watch only the first half and then sleep, but it was so exciting that I ended up watching the second half too. I was cheering for them. And they won. 🐯: You all keep talking about an encore concert. If I do an encore…Will you all really come? You’re all so busy. Would you actually be able to come? I’m going to keep dancing until I’m 80. I debuted as a dance singer. A dance… Don’t do an encore? Alright. If you all tell me not to, then I won’t do one. 🐯: Do I really have to do an encore? Of course, my health comes first. I also believe my health should always come first. Because only if I’m healthy can I dance and sing in front of you. But at the same time… When people ask why I keep adding more concerts. Whenever I read comments like that. My heart hurts a little. It makes me sad. Because of course I want to prepare the best concert possible and present it to you as a gift. I want to invite you with a performance that’s made well. But so many people tell me they couldn’t see it, Or that they want to see it. When I read or hear those things…Rather than thinking about how tired my body is… What stays with me is hearing all of you say that seeing my concert made you happy. And as I always say, I want to bring all of you joy and happiness. 🐯: If I simply say, “I’m tired, so I’ll only do two shows.” Then once that time passes, it’ll never come back. More than anything…I just want even one more person to be able to see it. That’s the biggest reason. 🐯: When someone tells me, “I was so happy after seeing your concert.” Or, “I was so happy listening to your music.” Yes, my health comes first. But even so, I still hope one more person can experience that happiness. Honestly, even if I’m in pain, seeing all of you happy is what makes me happiest. That’s why, if you truly tell me not to do it, then I won’t. But if you really want it, I can absolutely do more. So please continue sharing your opinions with me. ⬇️
