I mean, she seems unpleasant. But that is awful service.

No she is not. She placed an order and they have no CS skills and did not give her the stuff she paid for.

Ya know, I have to defend this one. She has a very valid point. I understand her frustration.

She’s not great either but she’s also not wrong.

If I pay for something and don’t get it, you best believe I’m cutting the line..I paid and waited already, why should I have to go to the back of the line for your mistake???

As a manager for a restaurant that was unacceptable service. I would be handing out write ups. HOWEVER she was just as unpleasant to deal with 💀

Some people think too highly of themselves. If you have to record your miserable day your a miserable person

She is 100% unpleasant but it's also 100% justified when the "I demand $20 an hour" employee can't be bothered to read, check their work or fix their mistakes timely. I worked fast food and waited tables as a teen, zero excuses for this employee.

She's setting a stellar example for her child.
