This is one of those 'Peak America' things that, as a British guy, I just love about your country. The size of America allows for this type of amazing and unique adventure. It's just one of those things you can't really do in the UK.

You really understand grandkids when you've got two... and realize real quick, one is not like the other. One of them sits nicely, uses their manners, and could probably host a tea party for royalty without breaking a sweat. The other one? I'm pretty sure if I turned my back for five minutes, they'd reorganize the house, the dog, and possibly my entire belief system. One says, "Grandma/Grandpa, may I please have a cookie?" The other is already eating it... and negotiating tor two more. I love them both the same-but let's just say one of them came with an instruction manual... and the other one came with a warning label. 😂❤️

Say hi to Jenna Teeman from Circle and Arc, yesterday I spent time with her and Sam talking about Arc and its potential but Sam is not on X, I will surely get him to sign up X I'm sure he will love it 😂 We laughed, shared stories, took videos and enjoyed the moment. It’s been a long time coming, but I’m nearly done with what I’m calling the ⚡️ElectronLCD⚡️ This is a general purpose LCD driver for low resolution RGBS video inputs (specially designed for the Sega Nomad, but other video sources are accepted as well). Currently supports 3.5” and 4” displays (IPS and non-IPS) at 320x240p. A powerful OSD engine has been developed with individual setting options for modifying the video output as well as quickly switching to known-good presets. Thanks to iFixRetro for all of your guidance throughout this project! If all goes well, then I’m expecting to have these available for purchase at the end of September.

Obstacle courses go far beyond: "just letting kids play" It's unfortunate that we don't have more forward thinking and creative coaches working with young athletes. Often times I see little kids doing little adult training instead! Obstacle courses are a great choice when working with younger pre-adolescent athletes. While many coaches view obstacle courses as “just letting the kids play” or just “running races with things in the way”, the experienced coach knows that any activity can be manipulated to get a desired training effect. Obviously for the youngest of children just “letting them run” an obstacle course at their own pace or racing against a friend is highly engaging and extraordinary for cardiovascular conditioning but we can also use obstacle courses as a task-oriented opportunity to train other elements like mobility, strength, speed, balance and coordination using variety and diversity of movement. Lets take a look at some examples: 1. Mobility obstacle course 2. Crawling/Climbing Obstacle course 3. Motor skills obstacle course 4. Jumping obstacle course A coach can use these exercises as a stand alone activity or combine them in an infinite number of variations to develop a wide range of athletic skills. #LTAD Anyone interested in learning more about youth athletic development DM me for details on courses.

I like the Hammer Strength iso-lateral chest/back machine as a change-up for lat pull downs. I keep the weight a little lighter. Go for a big stretch at the top (I don't do this on regular lat pull down) but the weight needs to be light enough you can retract and pull the weight down when you transition. If in doubt, don't go for a big stretch at the top and stick with normal lat pull down movement! Stay Stronk!

I had so much fun making these and really putting the mochi minky to the test!! These are a bit different than the usual stuffed pawpads I offer. I usually don't stuff them nearly this much haha but it's now an option for the future 😁
