@YahkiAwakened Muscle tissue is built with proteins, amino acids, etc.. Muscles are mostly water, but they need carbs to fill the glycogen within them.. Really we need proteins for many different functions.. There is a point where there is too much or too little.

@YahkiAwakened The rise and fall of human cultures directly contradicts this. Access to protein ALWAYS results in dominance of said culture. Protein is the most nutrients dense thing can eat. Followed by fat, THEN carbs. Hence, vegetarians eventually all have major skeletal issues.
