I used to work 70 hours for Infosys , Infosys charged all that time from client but paid me same salary and no hike when year end. May be he is suggesting that young employees burn their life so that his dividend increases.

Absolutely rubbish, Indian IT worker already works 15-20 hours more compared to global IT market and get paid merely 15% of global salary standard for the same work. Absolute ridiculous and unwarranted!

if youths work 70 hours a week with only 45 hrs( it's not the case 90% of the time as we always work more than 9 hours) He can sit and enjoyy the profits . he wants to suck more and more and more blood from employees for the companies profits and that is not at all enough.

Everybody is ready ready for working 70hrs. a week @narayanmurthy but only for personal growth and not for the country or the company's growth. Have you ever thought of employees growth ? It's a big NO. You can see from your salary package which has never change since last 20 yrs
