Here is an idea: If the main challenge is to build a trap for whatever pops out of the vac, so that it does not go back… I think it could be a time trap built from circular lasers twisting the cavity's spacetime and shifting it slightly back in time. Whatever is extracted from the vac and sent into this kind of trap will be shifted back in time, so that it would not be able to return, because it would still be there - and two particles cannot occupy the same state…
