This is all speechfying, public relations stunt and publicity stunt by Rtd General Chiwenga. Rtd General Chiwenga was implicated in industrial corruption of the blood diamonds of the Eastern DRC (1998-2003) .Moreso Rtd General Chiwenga is also implicated in the grand sleaze and pilfering of blood diamonds of the killing fields of Chiyadzwa diamonds (2007-2013) Rtd General Chiwenga is equally as corrupt as any other senior ZANU PF leaders. Therefore, whenever you see any ZANU PF faction speechfying about corruption, it's all about trying to opportunistically win the public goodwill.
