The city is being split into zones and you must apply for a permit to drive between zones and even then only 100 times per year. Commute permits, outside the city permits, its control control control….and for what? They’ll say to reduce congestion, pollution but they’re taking away peoples freedoms to solve an imaginary problem. Very scary indeed.
