عقدنا إجتماعاً مشتركاً مع المجلس الرئاسي برئاسة فخامة رئيس المجلس محمد حمدان دقلـ,و في حضور عدد من الوزراء . وبحث الاجتماع أولويات حكومة السلام خلال المرحلة المقبلة خاصة ترسيخ دعائم الحكم اللامركزي وتعزيز الأمن والاستقرار وتوفير الخدمات الأساسية للمواطنين والعمل على تسهيل إيصال المساعدات الإنسانية إلى جميع المحتاجين . نحن مصممون على العمل بإرادة لا تعرف الكلل، وعزم يصنع المستحيل، وسنواصل مسيرتنا في البناء والتطوير ومعالجة جذور الأزمات التاريخية المتراكمة . والتحديات التي نواجهها ليست سوى محطات نستمد منها قوة دفع جديدة لتحقيق أهداف الشعوب السودانية في تأسيس وبناء الدولة السودانية الجديدة . We held a joint meeting with the Presidential Council, chaired by His Excellency the President of the Council, Mohamed Hamdan Daga,lo, in the presence of a number of ministers. The meeting discussed the priorities of the Peace Government in the coming phase, particularly the consolidation of decentralized governance, the strengthening of security and stability, the provision of basic services to citizens, and efforts to facilitate the delivery of humanitarian assistance to all those in need. We are determined to work with tireless resolve and a will that makes the impossible possible. We will continue our path of construction and development, addressing the roots of the accumulated historical crises. The challenges we face are nothing but stations from which we draw new momentum to achieve the aspirations of our peoples in establishing and building the new Sudanese state.

We discussed together the developments in southern Syria, particularly the situation of minorities. During the meeting, I warned of the grave danger of dealing with the so-called Jolani terrorist regime, which commits serious violations against minorities. I handed the Ambassador a comprehensive file on the humanitarian situation and the severe violations taking place, including a detailed dossier on the kidnapped individuals with names and information. I requested French support to protect minorities and to strengthen their voice in international forums. During the meeting we discussed critical defense priorities, including Ukraine’s air defense capabilities, preparations for the winter period, and the expansion of long-range weapon use against Russian military targets. Additionally, we focused on efforts to increase the production of strike drones, cruise missiles, artillery shells, and air defense systems. Secretary Austin reaffirmed that the U.S. will continue its security support as part of the ongoing defense agreement between our countries. He also shared plans to convene a new Ramstein format meeting to coordinate further aid with international partners. I emphasized the importance of our recent negotiations with President Biden, during which we talked about our Victory Plan and continued efforts to strengthen Ukraine’s defense.
