After a long delay the first government chartered rescue flight for British citizens who had been stranded in the Middle East has landed in the UK. The plane from Oman's capital city, Muscat, was due to arrive yesterday but was delayed due to what the Foreign Office called "technical issues." Those on board were among the most vulnerable, including the sick and the elderly. But with thousands of Brits still trying to get home to safety, passengers told GMB they were surprised to see that the plane wasn't full. Jay Akbar reports from Stansted airport.

The Nigeria Police Force prosecutor was challenged today over his unethical and improper discussions with the Registrar of Justice, M. S. Liman, in which ways of revoking my bail were discussed. This misconduct followed our lawyers’ apparent intention to formally request that Justice Liman, who has unjustly seized my international passport since January, recuse himself from the case due to manifest bias. The cop notices that there are some other expensive items in the garage that were not taken and makes a comment that it seems strange a thief would leave it behind. After taking the statement from the owner, the cop goes to speak to a neighbor who has a whole different story to tell about the golf cart.
