A lot of RP unfriendly names and people who are clearly there just for the streamers but behind all that is a bunch of people who want to RP. Role playing is very much alive on the server if you find the right communities.

joined up on crusader strike before even knowing it was the stream server. so far ive run into a fair share of toxic people/non RP'ers but the RP has been insanely good and having an abundance of new faces around it is always a plus. i think having this be the stream server with a choice to roll on a identical non stream server has been amazing for the community

Huge props to Esfand and his community for being the only streamer I've seen actually perform any sort of RP after choosing the RP server. Most people I've tried talking to, or even in the general town chats simply won't reply. Everyone just spamming LFG channel 24/7

Very few people in that video are there for the RP, with non-RP names, and are entirely there for the streamer. My view is the streamers themselves are largely all cool and into RP, but their communities, generally speaking, flatly aren't.

A lot of streamers and fans of those streamers only RP ironically. Acting as if they are talking infront of their class at school as they are trying not to laugh as their friends are and not get in trouble. Not all RP has to be serious, but it should at least be taken seriously

I always had a problem when big streamers would pick a server and basically take it over and change the environment but this is how you do it right. Assimilation is always better than Gentrification.
