Ascension WoW has just released a 30 minute overview for their new Classic Plus server, which they describe as "Beyond Classic Plus." Up until now, Ascension WoW has managed to avoid significant legal ramifications from Blizzard. However, with their ever growing catalog of content, it might prompt Blizzard to take notice if they haven't already.

Asmongold notices Blizzard conveniently sued every classic plus server right before Blizzcon "Blizzard has taken down Turtle WoW and Ascension WoW. Both of these are classic plus servers. Blizzcon is in three or four months." "Coincidences... I don't know what to think. What a convenient reality. What are the odds of that?"

𝐂𝐇𝐈𝐍𝐀 𝐓𝐎 𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐄𝐈𝐕𝐄 𝐍𝐄𝐖 𝐂𝐋𝐀𝐒𝐒𝐈𝐂 𝐖𝐎𝐖 𝐄𝐗𝐏𝐄𝐑𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐂𝐄 A few months ago, it was announced that Blizzard would release a new Classic WoW experience for the Chinese region. While details were initially limited, we can now confirm that the Titan Reforged server will include the Classic, The Burning Crusade, and Wrath of the Lich King expansions, with all raids scaled to 25 players at level 80. Although there’s no official release date, it seems the launch is not too far away for the Chinese player base. Shoutout to Jake'n'Bake for the initial scoop.

Who killed Mists of Pandaria Classic? TBC Anniversary..Or Blizzard? more and more guilds are disbanding, and most of the cutting edge guilds have left. tbc anniversary has certainly taken players away, but there's a bigger, deeper problem players are pointing to. in their recent "state of azeroth" show, blizzard refused to give any information, any news about what will happen to MoP players. we didn't get WoD classic, or an announcement that this would be the last "classic" game. we got something worse. radio silence. until blizzard confirms what is going to happen after mop, the player exodus is going to continue.

I just read my first classic book outside of school and it was incredible. The Picture of Dorian Gray is a classic for a reason.

Asmongold regrets enabling the Blizzard harassment scandal "I feel kind of bad about this. At the time I was very much in favor of the Blizzard harassment scandal. There was not a lot of evidence to the contrary, but I do kind of feel bad that I was a part of this and I enabled it to the degree that I did." "The truth is usually gray. It's not black or white. There probably were weird things happening at Blizzard, but it probably wasn't the breast milk factory sexual assault extravaganza that everybody made it out to be."

A trans person murdered praying Christians, and the Democrats' response was to attack prayer and defend the trans community. It was a classic Leftist victim/perpetrator reversal. They associated the victims of a horrific tragedy—praying children—with their political opposition.

FASCINATING Classic+ news is coming out of China. Blizzard isn’t just testing Classic+ with the Chinese market. it appears to be designing the game with Chinese players in mind. this time, unlike previous Classic releases, China could have a major say in what the game becomes. Numerous surveys have been sent to Chinese players, Titan Reforged has been a huge success for NetEase, and Chinese BlizzCon being promoted as the biggest WoW event in the country’s history is set for October 16. Combined with plans for a simultaneous global release and the timeline is starting to come together. Some players will dislike China’s growing influence over Classic+, but the financial incentive for Blizzard is obvious. (200M+ in free money per year and growing) Full video on the Classic+ China Leaks 🧵👇

Any fans of this classic 90s shooter still around? Forsaken (1998, Probe Entertainment) It had full six-degrees-of-freedom (6DoF) movement, stunning lighting effects, a massive arsenal of primary and secondary weapons with power levels, and excellent multiplayer supporting up to 16 players on PC. Not much more you could ask for from a classic FPS. Sadly, it doesn’t get mentioned much these days, despite its technical brilliance. So, here it is, a little glimpse into the late 90s.

𝐇𝐀𝐑𝐃𝐂𝐎𝐑𝐄 𝐂𝐋𝐀𝐒𝐒𝐈𝐂 𝐒𝐓𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐌𝐄𝐑 𝐁𝐀𝐍𝐍𝐄𝐃 Hardcore Classic WoW streamer, ahmp, has been temporarily banned on Twitch. The supposed reasoning behind the ban was for 'Cheating in a Multiplayer Game' despite Ahmpy live streaming his speed leveling progress on Twitch. Blizzard Just ENDED Private Servers (at least for 2026..) a federal court just shut down Turtle WoW permanently. blizzard filed a copyright lawsuit, won on all seven counts, and the cease and desist order bans them from ever making a successor.. is it just blizzard protecting their IP? or cynically..a money grab to get more subs before classic+? Either way, this is the strongest legal action Blizzard has EVER taken against a private server.. it sends a clear message, if you're playing on a private server in 2026, your character could vanish overnight. at least for now, the only reliable place to play Classic WoW is on the official servers What do you think, did Blizzard go too far? or is this exactly what needed to happen?

It’s 35 years since the great Saint & Greavsie gave us their Christmas special, and it was one of their all-time classic episodes. With Jimmy Greaves suffering from flu, they brought the Spitting Image Greavsie puppet into the studio, with Peter Brackley doing the Greavsie voice. With loads of laughs and gags, it was an all-time classic. RIP Lads.
