Here's that remarkable quote from JD Vance during the #NewsNation #VanceTownHall about civility: "We've got to be better at communicating and talking to one another. The biggest thing I worry about and we talk threats to democracy -- that's a term that you hear a lot -- to me, the biggest threat to democracy is the rising tide of censorship. The idea that we should be trying to silence our fellow Americans rather than persuade them and talk to them. That's always going to -- that's always going to lead to people being pissed because they don't like being told what to think or what to say. They like to talk to one another and that one thing that I'll always commit to. As your vice president for the next four years, I'll always try to talk to people. We'll go out there and do events with people who disagree with us. We'll answer questions from people who don't always see eye to eye, but I think if we set the tone from the top, the leadership of this country is all about communicating with one another, I think that's how we start to heal the divide, but we all have a role in it. And one final point I'll say about this. You know, don't get too personal all the time, but you know, one of the things I've seen, especially from, you know, some of my wife's friends and some of my friends is they disagree with us on politics sometimes they'll get very personal about it. And, if you're discarding a lifelong friendship because somebody votes for the other team, then you've made a terrible, terrible mistake and you should do something different. Like, don't -- don't cast aside -- like, most of my family obviously is going to vote for, you know, Donald Trump and JD Vance and if they're not, actually, I need to talk to them. But -- but I've got friends who like me personally -- acquaintances who aren't necessarily going to vote for me. That doesn't make them bad people. And you can't -- this is my important advice, whether you vote for me, whether you vote for -- for Donald Trump, whether you vote for Kamala Harris, don't cast aside family members and lifelong friendships. Politics is not worth it. And I think, if we follow this principle, we heal the divide in this country."

A century ago, Germany’s democracy was hijacked by a bombastic and charismatic tyrant — and in this five-minute video, you’ll learn how he did it. Why did I produce this? Because I believe that history is speaking to us, and all too often, those who refuse to learn from it are doomed to repeat it. As you watch, imagine filling out a Bingo card filled with Germany 1933/USA 2024 parallels: big rallies, rage-filled and hateful rhetoric, simple answers promising quick and easy solutions to complicated problems, empty promises of a great-again future, scapegoating outsiders, and political enemies silenced on day one. And notice the caring wisdom and concern from my German friends as they share these lessons from their dark history. It’s hard to understand how Trump could, on the eve of a tight election, paint a picture of Liz Cheney before a firing squad by actually saying, “Let’s put her with a rifle standing there with nine barrels shooting at her, OK? And let’s see how she feels about it when the guns are trained on her face.” You can’t get into the mind of a dictator with an insatiable appetite for power — but you can recognize the playbook they all seem to follow. Just watch this clip. It’s excerpted from my hourlong public television special “The Story of Fascism in Europe,” which is streaming free (and ad-free) at If you care about our democracy and love our country, it’s hard to stop watching. When I produced this in 2018, I hoped this day would never come in our country. But November 5th is upon us. Please share this with anyone in your life who might need a reminder that the stakes are high...and this is very real.

Jimmy speaking up about LOL tickets resale prices: “some prices just don’t make sense… even if you can afford it, maybe hold back a bit.” 🎫 💸 JIMMY AT HUAWEI SIAM PARAGON #HuaweiSiamParagonxJimmy #LOLFanFest2026 💬: What’s your next plan? 💜: The next plan is LOL. 💬: How’s that going? 💜: First of all, I’m happy for everyone who got a ticket. But I’d like to use this space to warn the fans: for those who didn't get one and are looking to buy resold tickets at prices that just... don't make sense... I mean, it’s your money, and if you're happy to pay, I won't stop you. But I personally feel that when the price becomes nonsensical, you really shouldn't pay. I want to look out for the fans on that. 💬: There were people who grabbed a ticket and jacked the price up to six figures! 💜: Honestly, I’m not happy about the prices climbing that high. I understand it’s a basic social mechanism, high demand and limited supply. Market forces work that way for everything, not just concerts. I used to be a "sneakerhead," and when limited shoes came out and prices doubled or tripled, I was willing to pay. But when the price is like... 🤨 [calculating] ...30 or 40 times the original? Even if you have the money, you should hit the brakes a bit. 💬: So you feel it’s just not worth it to pay six figures? 💜: Yes. Honestly, it is a huge event, but we also have Live Streaming available. And let’s be real, this won't be the last time you ever see us. I understand it’s a big deal and everyone wants to come support their favorite artists, but I think I can speak for all the LOL boys when I say: some things just aren't reasonable. I want fans to keep that in mind. 💬: Do you feel "down" or discouraged when fans comment saying they couldn't get a ticket at all? 💜: Personally, I don't feel down. Like I said, it’s supply and demand. There are fans who did manage to get them, and if I were sad, it wouldn't be fair to them. We should congratulate them! All of us in LOL will just focus on doing our absolute best to make the show worth the wait and worthy of this incredible response. 💬: What’s your take on how to handle people who resell at such inflated prices? 💜: 🙂‍↔️ I honestly don't know how to solve it. We’ve already been discussing this with friends and the management. We sit down and ask, "How do we deal with this?" Someone suggests one way, but it might disadvantage one group of people. Another suggestion might hurt another group. If anyone has a great solution, please share it! We’re listening. If it’s a good idea, we’ll improve things for the next event. If the executives see a comment with a viable method, I’d be very happy to hear it. 💬: So the LOL gang isn't just staying silent about this issue? 💜: I think the executives have seen this from the start. It’s not just GMMTV; every company selling concert tickets is trying to deal with this. It’s just that the perfect solution hasn't been found yet. 💬: How’s the preparation coming along? 💜: Right now, the behind-the-scenes team, choreographers, and show creators are starting to consult with the artists. We’re currently in the song selection phase. 💬: Are you guys pitching your own ideas? 💜: Yeah, there’s some of that. We’ve talked about wanting to do things a certain way this year. 💬: So it's all in the preparation stage? 💜: We’re still in the discussion phase with the team. 💬: Nothing set in stone yet for the performance? 💜: 😊 Yes. The exact show structure isn't crystal clear yet, but the theme is very distinct. It’s the racing theme, right? We're working on the show now.

[Trans] WIN WITH KAWS HOLIDAY (1) 🎤: Let’s talk about your #souri macarons that have been selling out every single day! 🐰: Thank you to everyone for your interest. At the stores, we’ve been trying our best to manage things because, honestly, we weren’t prepared for this level of demand and didn’t expect it. Both our front-of-house and back-of-house teams have been working really hard together. 🎤: It’s become a market sensation now. 🐰: Yes, we can’t produce enough in time. The orders came in unexpectedly, and we didn’t forecast it. I really feel for the production team because they’ve had to work late nights. We truly want everyone to get a chance to try them.🩷 🎤: So what are you doing to meet the demand? 🐰: We’re already ramping up production, but it’s not something that can be done instantly. There are processes involved, and we also have to order more ingredients. Some of those take months to arrive. 🎤: Did you ever think it would become this big? 🐰: Never. All of us have been working at our fullest from the beginning to make the best product possible, something that makes people happy when they eat it. When people enjoy it and spread the word, that’s the biggest reward for us. 🥹 🎤: What do you say to customers who complain about the wait? 🐰: Our inbox is overflowing right now. I just got off a call with the team that they can’t keep up with the messages. We’re adding overtime to get through every message. Usually, we work in shifts, but we’ve had to call in extra help. We’re also trying to get orders out as fast as we can. 🎤: No one’s about to pass out from the workload, right? 🐰: We’re close! 😅 #CentralEmbassyXWinMetawin #winmetawin

To the Stubborn BabeBies of FayeYoko… Let’s take a moment to look back on the beautiful & rollercoaster journey we’ve shared with FayeYoko over the past 1yr & more. We came together from every corner of the globe, united by one thing: our love for FayeYoko. It wasn’t just the LGBTQ+ community...straight fans, kids, & many first time fangirls, fell for FayeYoko...We fell even harder after the BTS🙃 BabeBies have shown what true fandom looks like... loyal, kind, passionate, & fiercely supportive. Even when 9Stars gave very little effort in promoting FY, we took it upon ourselves to trend, vote, & defend them tirelessly. We didn’t stop there... we also supported 9Stars & Wan, helping raise the budding company’s profile & acknowledging Wan's role as CEO...all for the love for FayeYoko! But when it came time to stand up for FY, we didn't hold back. We transformed into warriors, confronting the same company & its owner for the harm they caused. BabeBies, no matter the outcome, you’ve ensured you’ll be remembered in GL history for years to come...for being a strong-hearted fandom that stood up for your idols & for urself against injustices! Thank you for being such an Awesome, cool, brave & inspiring fandom!💓😎 Wan is the biggest looser on all this mess created by her...She has not just lost The Golden Couple, but The Golden Fandom!😎 And Let’s never forget: FAYEYOKO DIDN'T WALK AWAY FROM EACHOTHER...THEY WERE FORCED APART BY WAN!🤬 And what we saw wasn’t just fan service...our ship was Real💞🤧 FayeYoko filled many empty hearts, brought love, laughter, & light into so many lives.Even if they aren’t together now & can’t collaborate at the moment, we will continue to stand against those who caused this pain...ensuring no other artist or fan is ever disrespected or taken for granted the way we were by the same company & Owner! Strong-Hearted Fandom, NEVER FORGET, NEVER FORGIVE, & NEVER GIVE UP!!! NINESTAR FINAL SEASON #StandAgainstNinestar #FayeYoko #ฝ้ายโยโกะ #BabeBies

Ok, enough is enough!! I can’t stand the lies anymore!!! I’m not referring to subjective opinions or analysis. I’m talking about facts, 100% objective, undeniable facts. Does truth even matter anymore? Well, I guess we can’t blame people for their ignorance unless we make sure the facts are accessible to them, so I’ll do my best. Hopefully this post can be useful to others who face the lies on campuses, on the streets, and even in parliaments across the globe. So let’s get to it. Lie by lie. Watch the video. Let’s see, what lies did I miss? I’m sure there are many more but if you have a half a brain in your head, you’ll read this carefully and realize you’re being fed lies and propaganda by a globally recognized terrorist organization. You’re choosing to believe the lies. Stop buying the lies and use your brain. None of what I wrote above is my opinion. These are all hard facts backed up by indisputable evidence. If you don’t accept any of the above facts, there are only really three choices. 1- You’re ignorant and refuse to learn history. 2- Your intelligence level prevents you from understanding facts. 3- You are a good ol’ fashioned Jew hater and have now successfully found a way to disguise your hatred of Jews by making things up to vilify the Jewish people. So which one is it? Stop believing lies. Stop spreading lies. Open your eyes. Believe what Hamas tells you when they say they want all Jews dead and then, they’ll come after all infidels. Stop dismissing and discounting their words. I hope this equipped you with some facts for you to let your Ivy League college friends know that they’re siding with actual genocidal lunatics who will absolutely come after them next. Good will always prevail and that’s why Israel will be here in 50 years while Hamas will join ancient Egypt, the Romans, the Greeks, the Nazis, and anyone else who has tried to annihilate the Jews. They are long gone but the Jews and their homeland is here, strong, united, and 100% set on sending Hamas straight where they belong. Stand with Israel.

JUST IN: Cracker Barrel releases statement following the backlash to their new logo, says they appreciate how much people "deeply care" about them. Cracker Barrel admitted they "could've done a better job sharing who we are and who we'll always be." Here is the full statement: "A promise to our guests. If the last few days have shown us anything, it’s how deeply people care about Cracker Barrel. We’re truly grateful for your heartfelt voices. You’ve also shown us that we could’ve done a better job sharing who we are and who we’ll always be. What has not changed, and what will never change, are the values this company was built on when Cracker Barrel first opened in 1969: hard work, family, and scratch-cooked food made with care. A place where everyone feels at home, no matter where you’re from or where you’re headed. That’s the Cracker Barrel you’ll always find. The things people love most about our stores aren’t going anywhere: rocking chairs on the porch, a warm fire in the hearth, peg games on the table, unique treasures in our gift shop, and vintage Americana with antiques pulled straight from our warehouse in Lebanon, Tennessee. We love seeing how much you care about our ‘old timer.’ We love him too. Uncle Herschel will still be on our menu (welcome back Uncle Herschel’s Favorite Breakfast Platter), on our road signs, and featured in our country store. He’s not going anywhere— he’s family. While our logo and remodels may be making headlines, our bigger focus is still right where it belongs… in the kitchen and on your plate: serving generous portions of the food you crave at fair prices and doing it with the kind of country hospitality that brightens your days and creates lasting memories. Meatloaf, chicken n’ dumplings, country fried steak, sides that taste like Sunday supper, and yes, the world’s best pancakes, they’re all still here, with a few new dishes joining the menu. Whether you’re a long-time fan or first-time guest, we want you to feel at home around our table. We also want to be sure Cracker Barrel is here for the next generation of families, just as it has been for yours. That means showing up on new platforms and in new ways, but always with our heritage at the heart. We take that responsibility very seriously. We know we won’t always get everything right the first time, but we’ll keep testing, learning, and listening to our guests and employees. At the end of the day, our promise is simple: you’ll always find comfort, community, and country hospitality here at Cracker Barrel. Uncle Herschel wouldn’t have wanted it any other way. Thank you for caring so much and come see for yourself the country hospitality that makes Cracker Barrel feel like home.”

On Thursday last week I drove with my daughters Kigali and they can’t stop talking about it. But here’s how it started: These ladies have been asking for a birthday 🎂 present since June and I kept pushing them forward. I don’t believe in the idea of buying gifts 🎁. So it happened that holiday coming to an end yet I had an urgent church meeting to attend in Kigali. Thursday evening, I go home and tell them pack ur bag 💼. We’re going somewhere. I didn’t tell them where. We set off at 2am and drove slowly. Reached Mbra in the morning nga beebase otulo Tuli: They had never traveled at night such long distances. Woke them up, freshened up, had breakfast 🥞, we hit the road again. (It’s not me who was driving. I can’t drive long distances) From Mbra to ntungamo, to Kabaale and to the Gatuna boarder. I told them pick ur passports line up for clearance. We’re entering another country.😊 RWANDA🇷🇼 They couldn’t believe it. They had never imagined that one can drive from a country to another just like that. After the clearing we entered Rwanda 🇷🇼 and we hired another driver who drove us to Kigali. The girls had never seen cars driving on the LEFT. It was crazy to them. They saw the hills. They saw rocks and all. We reached Kigali at about 5pm. And I told them, Happy Birthday 🎂. This is ur birthday present. The following day we went to visit that Kigali Eco Park and did some fun games. I went for my ministry meeting and made them meet some of my friends. Yesterday evening we set off to return. As we were driving back, I asked them to compare Kigali and Kampala and they started on it as I listened. When all was said : I told them when u go visiting in rich man’s home and u see it clean and awesome, it doesn’t make it urs. Your country is home. It will always be yours however dirty and disorganized it it is. God made u Ugandan for reason. Love ❤️ Uganda 🇺🇬 with its disorder until u grow to make it better. We’re now driving back home.

HEY😡STOP THAT PRIVILEGE FLEX AND POOR SHAMING BULLSHIT😤 This is straight up bullshit . What the hell is wrong with you❓ A girl opens up about what she’s actually going through in Rwanda 🇷🇼, and instead of showing even a drop of empathy , you’re out here bullying her❓ Seriously? That’s foul . You’re really talking about “free education” like it means something? ❌ Stop lying to yourself. Yeah, it’s “free,” but the quality is trash . Most kids coming out of public schools can’t even hold a real conversation in English or French. The only ones who make it are the few whose parents have money 💸 for private schools. You got lucky , plus you’re abroad ✈️ where you get to practice English every day, and now you’re running your mouth like you earned it all alone. Miss me with that . Then you have the nerve to tell her to do diaspora-type jobs, cleaning toilets , making beds , washing dishes . Are you dumb or just disconnected❓In a country where families are going to bed hungry , who exactly do you think is paying someone to wash their dishes❓Your whole argument is reckless and out of touch, and honestly, it’s embarrassing 😤. And selling sugar cones on the street❓ Are you serious? Don’t you see security beating up pregnant women just for selling fruit in the name of “cleaning the city”❓But here you are suggesting street vending like it’s safe or realistic. That’s wild. Then you top it off by telling her to “just go abroad” . Like visas grow on trees and travel money falls from the sky. If it was that easy, everyone would’ve left already. Why should people be forced to run to other countries just to survive 💔 when they have their own country❓ Why can’t the government put policies in place that actually support the youth❓ And let’s be real,if Rwanda was really that great for young people, you’d be there building it too , not preaching from overseas . So yeah, if you don’t have anything helpful or compassionate to say to someone who’s clearly struggling , do everyone a favor and shut your dirty mouth 🤐.

MUNICH PEACE RALLY. 16th February 2025 Friends, Germans, citizens from all over, sisters and brothers, We once had a dream. It was the dream of what Europe could have been: Not a single market, a single currency or a common budget. No, we dreamt of Europe as a Peace with Justice Project. That dream has gone, it evaporated in the cold hard light that woke us up. Fifteen years ago, a bankers’ crisis led to austerity for the majority across Europe and massive money printing for the few. It was the End of Justice and the beginning of Europe’s long winter, of Germany’s long winter – the winter of deindustrialisation, stagnation, of a vicious class war waged against the majority in every country. And before we knew it fascism and war were in the air - again. To stop the victims of their austerity from questioning them, the ruling class terrorise you. You heard Herr Pistorius, Germany’s defence minister, say that Putin is the new Hitler an we, peace activists, are Putin’s appeasers – his useful idiots. I ask Mr Pistorius, Mrs von der Leyen, Mr Mertz: “If you truly think that Putin is no different to Hitler, then why are you not sending allied soldiers immediately to take Moscow and drag Putin through a New Nuremberg Trial or at least force him to commit suicide in a Moscow bunker? Do you not see how cowardly it is to send weapons to Ukraine and to expect exhausted Ukrainians to take Moscow, or even the Crimea?” The truth is that our rulers do not really think Putin is the new Hitler. After all they did excellent business with him for decades. No, they are in the business of a never-ending, extremely profitable – for them – war. That’s what they want. Having failed to invest in the technologies of the future, in our social infrastructure, Europe’s ruling class is banking on guns and bombs, on drones and iron domes. And they want to spend your money on them. And if this means endless deaths in the killing fields of Ukraine, they don’t give a damn. Friends, Germans, demonstrators from all over, comrades, since we were here last year, there have been two major developments: The International Criminal Court has acknowldged the genocide of Palestinians and issued arrest warrants for the Israeli PM and his former Defence Minister. And Donald Trump has returned to the White House openly advocating the completion of the Palestinians’ genocide. Why am I talking about Palestine again here in Munich? Why this fixation with Palestine? First, because if this were 1938 and it was the morning after Kristallnacht, we would have only one duty: to defend the Jewish people from Nazi pogroms. Today we have a similar duty: to defend the Palestinian people from genocide. Butthere is also another reason: What started in Gaza does not stay in Gaza! Such brutality cannot be contained, especially when our leaders gave the supremacist settlers the green light to commit genocide with our weapons. With their flag projected on our Parliaments, the ideology of supremacism was reinforced here in Germany, in the Netherlands, in Greece, in Spain, in Italy. You can see this in the polls and I fear you will see it on election night soon. Eighty years after defeating the Nazis… Eighty years since the peoples’ representatives gathered in the United Nations to proclaim NEVER AGAIN,… it is happening AGAIN! With our governments’ blessing… By allowing international law to die in Palestine, they killed international law everywhere, including here in Germany. For international law either applies to everyone or it applies to no one. This is why we are here in Munich today. To say once more: NEVER AGAIN! ANYWHERE! To tell the fools in government · who behave as if the despicable crimes of the Holocaust can be washed clean in rivers of Palestinian blood, and · who think that the authoritarianism of Putin will be stemmed by piles of the dead bodies of more and more Ukrainians, that we are here to stop them – that we are here to seize the day, today, so that, tomorrow, we can dream a new dream of Peace with Justice. Carpe DiEM!

“Tariffs Built America. Free Trade Hollowed It Out.” It's time to stop apologizing for putting our people first. Most people today have no idea what a tariff really is—or what role it played in building this country. The word has been twisted, smeared, and thrown around by globalists as if it’s a sin against “free markets.” But let me ask you this: 🔹 Did America rise to greatness by importing everything from China? 🔹 Did our ancestors cross oceans, carve out cities, build factories, raise barns, and fight wars just to become dependent on foreign labor and cheap junk? No. America was built on strength, sovereignty, and yes—tariffs. Before 1916, we had no income tax. The federal government was funded almost entirely through tariffs on imported goods. Our founding fathers—Hamilton, Lincoln—understood something we’ve forgotten: ➤ Tariffs didn’t just generate revenue. They protected our industries. ➤ They made it costly for foreign nations to dump cheap products here and destroy local competition. We weren’t protectionist—we were pragmatic. But over the past 50 years, something changed. Washington elites sold us a lie: "Free trade is always good. Let the market decide." While they got rich, America got gutted. 🔻 70,000+ factories closed 🔻 Entire towns decimated across the Rust Belt 🔻 Our youth pushed away from trades into debt traps called universities 🔻 “Learn to code” replaced “learn to build” Meanwhile, China, India, and Mexico kept massive tariffs on us—and we let them. They subsidized production, devalued labor, and shipped it all into America… with our permission. That’s not “free trade.” That’s economic surrender. President Donald J. Trump Trump understands this. His plan isn’t extreme—it’s common sense: ➤ Parity. Reciprocity. Fairness. We don’t want a global trade war. We want an even playing field. 🎙️ In this 🔥 clip, Charlie Kirk sits down with Victor Davis Hanson to explain what’s really at stake. ▶️ In the clip here, Victor Davis Hanson lays it out plain: “We’re not waging a trade war… we’re ending the one they’ve been winning for decades.” This isn’t just about economics—it’s about survival.• A nation that can’t build is a nation that can’t defend itself. • A nation that can’t feed itself is a nation that’s one shipment away from collapse. • A nation that can’t employ its men will watch them lose purpose, pride, and family. We can bring industry back. We can make Made in America mean something again. But first, we must stop apologizing for wanting to protect our own. I believe God gave us this land not to exploit it, but to steward it—to build something worth passing down. It's time to stop listening to the experts who sold us out. And start listening to the wisdom of our ancestors. 💬 What do YOU think? Should we return to fair trade and national production? Drop your thoughts. Let’s talk. 📺 Full Interview in the First Comment 🎙️ Featuring: Charlie Kirk & Victor Davis Hanson

NEW: JD Vance and Joe Rogan discuss old-school liberals who support free speech like Elon Musk, Robert F. Kennedy Jr, Tulsi Gabbard 🌺, and Chamath Palihapitiya leaving the Democratic Party. ROGAN: "When Elon Musk purchased Twitter it changed the entire game. Now you have this Wild West uncensored version of social media that's run by a super genius madman with all the money in the world. Without him, we're in a lot of trouble... Then you have Michael Shellenberger and Matt Taibbi; they go into the Twitter files, and they find industrial-scale censorship. "And it turns out all the things they were saying were either lies or incorrect, and there are no repercussions, and no one on the left has any problem with it, and the people who have a problem, their solution seems to go to the right. They don't even think you can reform the left. Like Tulsi Gabbard becomes a Republican, and people abandon these, I can't talk to you people." VANCE: "I'm doing an event with Tulsi Gabbard tonight in Pennsylvania. I love her. She's awesome. She basically decided the left could not be reformed, and that's what happened with Bobby Kennedy and a lot of old-school liberals. They believe in the fundamental right of people to speak their minds, and the Democrats don't believe in that anymore. The entire modern Democrat party grew up in an era where there was consensus. They grew up in a high social trust era. A lot of them are trying to reimpose that social trust from the top, not recognizing that social trust came organically from the way American society worked. "If you have people trying to reimpose it from the top, it degrades the very social trust you're trying to create. I've seen family members of mine who got really radicalized by saying wait a second, should we be masking 3-year-olds in our schools? They would get kicked off Facebook because a person with 900 Facebook friends dared to question the prevailing narrative, and again, they ended up being right about it. I actually think what the left is doing is degrading social trust by trying to create it from on high. A lot of great things that we do come from high levels of social trust, but you've got to reestablish it organically. You can't try to force it on people."

Here is Robert De Niro’s full statement about how Donald Trump should NEVER be president again: “I’ve spent a lot of time studying bad men. I’ve examined their characteristics, their mannerisms, the utter banality of their cruelty. Yet there’s something different about Donald Trump. When I look at him, I don’t see a bad man. Truly. I see an evil one. Over the years, I’ve met gangsters here and there. This guy tries to be one, but he can’t quite pull it off. There’s such a thing as “honor among thieves.” Yes, even criminals usually have a sense of right and wrong. Whether they do the right thing or not is a different story — but — they have a moral code, however warped. Donald Trump does not. He’s a wannabe tough guy with no morals or ethics. No sense of right or wrong. No regard for anyone but himself — not the people he was supposed to lead and protect, not the people he does business with, not the people who follow him, blindly and loyally, not even the people who consider themselves his “friends.” He has contempt for all of them. We New Yorkers got to know him over the years that he poisoned the atmosphere and littered our city with monuments to his ego. We knew first hand that this was someone who should never be considered for leadership. We tried to warn the world in 2016. The repercussions of his turbulent presidency divided America and rattled New York City beyond imagination. Remember how we were jolted by crisis in early 2020, as a virus swept the world. We lived with Donald Trump’s bombastic behavior every day on the national stage, and we suffered as we saw our neighbors piling up in body bags. The man who was supposed to protect this country put it in peril, because of his recklessness and impulsiveness. It was like an abusive father ruling the family by fear and violent behavior. That was the consequence of New York’s warning getting ignored. Next time, we know it will be worse. Make no mistake: the twice-impeached, 4-time indicted Donald Trump is still a fool. But we can’t let our fellow Americans write him off like one. Evil thrives in the shadow of dismissive mockery, which is why we must take the danger of Donald Trump very seriously. So today we issue another warning. From this place where Abraham Lincoln spoke — right here in the beating heart of New York — to the rest of America: This is our last chance. Democracy won’t survive the return of a wannabe dictator. And it won’t overcome evil if we are divided. So what do we do about it? I know I’m preaching to the choir here. What we’re doing today is valuable, but we have to take today into tomorrow – take it outside these walls. We have to reach out to the half of our country who have ignored the hazards of Trump and, for whatever reason, support elevating him back into the White House. They’re not stupid, and we must not condemn them for making a stupid choice. Our future doesn’t just depend on us. It depends on them. Let’s reach out to Trump’s followers with respect. Let’s not talk about “democracy.” “Democracy” may be our holy grail, but to others it is just a word, a concept, and in their embrace of Trump, they’ve already turned their backs on it. Let’s talk about right and wrong. Let’s talk about humanity. Let’s talk about kindness. Security for our world. Safety for our families. Decency. Let’s welcome them back. We won’t get them all, but we can get enough to end the nightmare of Trump, and fulfill the mission of this “Stop Trump Summit.”

Wow. Here’s Robert De Niro’s full statement about how Donald Trump should NEVER be president again: “I’ve spent a lot of time studying bad men.
