Maybe some coaches will chime in on this…. But this is how I’m seeing it right now. I think you’re going to see more and more two way guys coming on the scene in college baseball. Here is why. The rosters are going down to 34 man rosters. You will be needing 2-4 guys who can eat up an inning or two and be able to produce in the field and at the plate. Those numbers may be even higher than that. Years ago when a college told you- you can two way, it typically meant we are brining you in, youll have a short leash and your most likely going to be a PO. Now it’s a legit thing. Schools will need much more versatility- If you can pitch and hit AND play multiple spots on the field. Your stock will rise this year and years beyond. It’s just a matter of can you develop both and do both safely with the load on the arm. Bobcats open on the 13th at home!!! #slammarcos #baseball #twowayplayer #beisbol #pitcher

🔥METAPLANET MOON MATH🔥 Metaplanet had a 568.2% BTC Yield last year. Their small size helped. Even assuming they never trade at a huge multiple, and assuming a much lower BTC Yield, the returns are still ridiculous over the next 5 years. 1× mNAV returns with a 75 % BTC Yield + 30 % Bitcoin CAGR over the next 10 years are flat-out insane: Year 0: 35,102 BTC, $2.64 Year 1: 61,428 BTC, $6 Year 2: 107,500 BTC, $14 Year 3: 188,125 BTC, $31 Year 4: 329,218 BTC, $71 Year 5: 576,132 BTC, $161 Year 6: 1,008,231 BTC, $366 Year 7: 1,764,405 BTC, $833 Year 8: 3,087,708 BTC, $1,894 Year 9: 5,403,489 BTC, $4,310 Year 10: 9,456,106 BTC, $9,804 Halfway through the decade gets you as 61x here with those inputs. Lots of unknowns with this trade, keep in mind that they aim to have 210,000 BTC by end of 2027 and this is projecting about half that with 107,500. 75% BTC Yield for 10 years also will not happen. If you look at the results from this input, years 5-7 is where it starts to get ridiculous. Strategy was able to achieve more than Metaplanet's Year 5 number in a harder currency and by trailblazing... but getting around 1 million Bitcoin by year 6 will be much tougher with prices being higher past 2030. W/ the 75% BTC yield input I think this is a somewhat reasonable result for the first 5 years. Still small enough for plenty of yield. Of course, you could imagine a multiple. Or an even higher BTC Yield initially, then lower. Or a steeper BTC CAGR. Adjust whatever inputs you want. All I know... We’re going a LOT higher, kids. $MPJPY

There’s a reason Craig Breslow traded a Boston legend like Chris Sale for Vaughn Grissom. He believes in him. The upside is real. Grissom debuted at 21 y/o with Atlanta while skipping AAA. • He owned a career .287/.339/.407/.746 slash in 236 MLB PA prior to being traded • Career .312/.404/.463/.867 slash with a 134 wRC+ and 11.1% BB/14.4% K in the minors • Mashes LHP… career .289/.346/.381/.727 slash, 102 wRC+ in the majors • Called-up for Boston’s last 8 games: slashed .330/.370/.417/.787 with 2 XBH and a 117 wRC+… also had 2 three-hit games down the stretch • limits K and whiff rates, walks a good amount, & commands the zone… all things this team needs out of a RHH - in 2024 (AAA): 19.2% K, 15.2% BB ‼️ Let it be known, the Grissom people saw (or think they saw) last year isn’t the Grissom we will see next year. He joined a new team. Strained not one, but BOTH of him hamstrings. Didn’t have a full Spring Training. Then recovered, got the flu, and reportedly lost 10+ lbs. Recovered again, dominant AAA, and finished the year off strong in the majors. 2024 was hard for him, and despite the many struggles above, he proceeded to ball out. That’s a wild season. I’d love to land Alex Bregman, but Vaughn Grissom is a guy who should be penciled in at 2B for this club on Opening Day. People see -0.2 fWAR and a .190 AVG and scream “bust.” I see a 24 y/o kid with a chip on his shoulder and loads of potential ready to bounce back in the biggest way next year. I can’t wait to see what Vaughn Grissom can do in 2025.

Iran launches symbolic missile attack against Israel, which retaliates strongly After Iran launched a symbolic attack against Israel in protest against the attacks on Beirut, hours later it was Israel's turn to retaliate, this time indeed with violence and hitting more than 10 targets in Iran, including Tehran airport and Tehran, Isfahan, Tabriz, Kermanshah, Karaj, and some other areas in western Iran. Israel used air-launched ballistic missiles from Iranian airspace and also dared to launch cruise missiles from ships stationed in the Mediterranean. The White House said the US had no part in the attack; however, strangely, American tanker planes were seen in the air. Refueling whom? It wasn't my motorcycle. There are two questions at this moment: One is that since the Iranian retaliation did not hit targets in Israel in a significant way, it is very likely that Iran still has a serious problem with the refurbishment and upgrade of its long-range missiles. And the other is that perhaps the US has not only reinstated THAAD radars and others but also added more batteries brought from Asia that were positioned in advance in the corridors. Be that as it may, the current situation forces Iran to retaliate and show that it possesses real means of inflicting damage on Israel. There will be no ceasefire in Lebanon in the way Iran desires, simply because Israel saw the quantity of missiles that Hezbollah accumulated in a short period of time and will not allow that again. Israel has its own agenda, its own interests, and they are completely antagonistic to the peace plan that has been discussed. Trump is trying to save his political skin, but Netanyahu will impose his agenda and Trump will be dragged along by it. But while Trump isn't dragged along, Iran seems to be wanting to settle scores with Israel, launching a new wave of missiles along with Yemen, which, by all accounts, has also decided to launch missiles against Israel. Tripo AI is releasing its Project Eden model, which works very differently: The model builds the world first, and then renders it based on that map. That map holds the real state of the world: the geometry, every object, where things are, what's already happened. The picture you see on screen gets generated from the map. This architecture flips the whole thing. Now, you get the following: 1. The world stops forgetting. Leave, come back, and the toy is still on the table because it lives in the map, not in the last frame you saw. 2. You can edit the world, and those changes persist for anyone who enters later. 3. Multiple people and AI agents can coexist in the world and see it from different perspectives. This is early research, but it's looking really promising. Unusual Activity at the Tunnel Linked to the ENTC Facility in Esfahan - prior to US Strikes An unusual development has occurred at the tunnel connected to the ENTC facility in Esfahan. As no analysts or official IDF statements have addressed this so far, I decided to take a closer look. In the satellite images below, three main entrances to the underground complex can be identified. This facility is part of Iran’s uranium conversion program, where yellowcake is transformed into UF6 gas for subsequent enrichment at Natanz or Fordow. It is likely that this complex also serves as a storage site and possibly a redundancy facility for the surface-level operations. Based on low-resolution satellite imagery taken between June 17 and 22, the following observations can be made: Entrance 1 – Earthworks were detected along the northern approach to the entrance on June 20, followed shortly by similar activity on the southern side. It appears that the entrance itself was covered in the process. Entrance 2 – Earthworks began near a small adjacent opening and quickly extended to cover the entire access route, with the asphalt becoming fully concealed. It seems this entrance was also covered. Entrance 3 – The activity here is less clear. Earthmoving was observed along the access route, and in the latest image, the path appears significantly darker. It is uncertain whether the entrance was covered, but this remains a possibility. There is no indication that this tunnel was struck in the salvo of Tomahawk missiles launched by the U.S. Navy, although some media outlets reported that the site had indeed been hit. In summary, this tunnel — while not an enrichment facility — is connected to Iran’s nuclear program and appears to have survived the Israeli-American operation. The status of the equipment located beneath dozens of meters of bedrock remains unknown. Player 2 can try and super counter that first charged attack and if he fails he’s got another 2 chances at super counter after you follow up the next two vanishing assaults. Step 4 - Flick Up followed by rush attack (⬆️+🟪) so UP first than SQUARE almost simultaneously but fast! on hit. It sounds silly that it has to be on hit but it is literally how it is done so (same time you get hit is the time you input ⬆️+🟪) Step 5 - Never break this rule: you and your friend can only damage each other with successful Super counter. A little tip to reset the vanishing assaults mid vanishing assault combo sequence. - So say player 1 has connected a charged smash and a(1) vanishing assault, And player 2 did not succeed in executing super counters, what should happen next is player 2 should vanish the 2nd Vanishing Assault of player 1 by pressing (🔴) instead of attempting Super Counter (⬆️+🟪), and once player two knocks back player 1 with a successful 🔴 counter player 2 should now press 🔺to do 2 vanishing assault combos, whilst player 1 attempts doing (Super Counter), and if player 1 fails to super counter the first vanishing attack player 1 should press 🔴 on the 2nd attack, now making it so that player 2 has to attempt super counter.. 😭😂💀 I know complicated but it really isn’t. The entire battle can be of you two simply super countering each other! Me and my friend did this for a few hours to build muscle memory and reaction speed because what’ll notice is you have to be fast to react to super counters or else you will take tons of damage. Apparently, I saw this video online and I decided to share. What this worker is applying is called bitumen, or what many of us know as bituminous coating. Most people think a wall is a solid, impenetrable block, but in reality, it is more like a sponge. Concrete and blocks have microscopic pores that pull water from the earth through a process we call capillary action. This thick black substance is the shield that stops that water from climbing up into the house. It is not about making the wall look good because this part will be buried under the dirt forever. It is about creating a skin that water cannot breathe through. When do you need to do this? The need for this arises because the soil is a very aggressive environment. Water is not your only enemy.. The ground also contains salts and sulfates that want to eat away at the cement. If this moisture finds its way to the steel bars inside the columns, those bars will start to rust. And when steel rusts, it expands, and that expansion is what cracks the concrete from the inside out. This coating is the only thing standing between your foundation and that kind of slow destruction. Thats is why if you see wet patches at the bottom of your walls inside your house, it usually means someone skipped this step or did it poorly during construction. You can apply this anytime you are building parts of a structure that will stay in contact with the ground. It is common in areas where the water table is high or where the soil stays damp for most of the year. This is a one-shot opportunity. Once you backfill the soil, you can never go back to fix it without a lot of expense and a lot of digging. It is about having the foresight to protect the heart of the building while it is still exposed. Please don’t ignore this if you need to. If you ignore it now to save a bit of money, you will be funding the future decay of your own home. I hope this helps.

We just launched our biggest creator partnership to date. We're excited about it. It's done really well so far. A few of our big bets for this year and beyond are: - creator obsession - partnerships - In real life community activations - sampling - overall brand building Something that is definitely newer to us, and we're definitely late getting into, but the best place to start is today. We launched a product with a well-known creator last week. That has gone really well and will unfortunately be out of stock on a bunch of shades soon. We did an in-person event with her at, 8 months pregnant today at one of our stores. It was our first time ever hanging blister packs to sample. We had a bunch of blister packs and a bunch of agile trucks, plus some other out-of-home. It's all a big content play, but also building community and introing people to the brand and getting samples in as many people's hands as possible. We just bought a rivian and wrapped it for sampling events. Hoping to give away 7 figures in samples this year and next. We started with 1 but I’m gonna pull the trigger on a few more once we see signs of traction. We’re opening 12 stores this year and doubling down on IRL, community, and sampling. We have another brand partnership in a few weeks with a big IRL component as well. Excited to learn new things and keep pushing into building a brand, community, and meeting people IRL.

Had an awesome time with Mark Haywood and the $edm.v team on the site tour! The DFO permit is a near term major catalyst, which upon receiving will be followed by the final production decision. The water at the polishing pond after the tailings pond is astoundingly clean and loaded with fish, and tested as much cleaner than the water of the local streams and rivers. DFO permits are very rarely not granted, and $EDM.v's thoroughness and hard work is sure to be rewarded. The provincial government of Nova Scotia is also very supportive of the project and is eager to see them enter production. EDM's cash flow for next year will likely be greater than the current mcap, only to continue ramping up to double or greater than the current mcap. Very few juniors are this close to cash flow with such a small capex needed for restart, which will be financed with debt and paid back in around half a year. $edm.v should be 3-4x higher now, at 0.5x NPV, and even higher once the DFO permit is received this summer, 0.7-0.8x NPV. Right now we are trading near 0.10-0.15x NPV when you adjust for the DMS update, current metal prices, as well as doubled Gypsum prices, which is crazy cheap for how advanced the project is. Another impression from the tour is how solid and well made the 2700tpd mill is. It was built by Imperial Oil, a multi billion dollar company, who put in a lot of extras. There are about 5-10m CAD in replacement and maintainence parts on site from the previous opperators, still in original packaging. All of this is just the base case projection, it doesn't include the $gold optionality. Once the mine is in production and the main put is drained, they can go back to where the last producers will pulling ore and resuming mining high grade gold, which left off at 20k to 60k ounces a year based on a rough back calculation from the left over concentrates. This gold is proven via production and recovery, its absolutely there, and the team is actively working on defining the extent and quantities of it. Tuesday, April 14, 2026 at 6:52 AM: What you have witnessed yesterday and this past weekend across California and parts of Southern California is the birth pains of an El Niño development and the ongoing escalation the warming of the Pacific torrential rains came through the San Fernando Valley with such strong, thunderstorms that it caused significant flooding in the Sherman Oaks, Universal City area around 1:05 PM - 1:35 PM yesterday on April 13, 2026. This powerful storm packed winds gusts of over 50 mph and it’s a true testament that we are no longer in a pattern that brings rain in just winter time but is now extending into April and May and beyond with that said we have another storm on the heels that will be arriving very quickly on April 21 - 27, 2026. The next storm will also bring more heavy rain, thunder, and lightning, and yes, more snowfall to the local mountains. As the Pacific continues to warm, the weather will become more drastic with extreme heat waves and more unusual severe rain events for California. This situation will get quite scary if it continues to verify by the end of October and November with the super El Niño development and the atmosphere connecting something that we’ve not seen since 1982, 1997/ 1998. The main Marshall Islands low axis is already gearing up for this major event this year which you’ve seen an example already. The flooding in the Hawaiian islands. Typhoon Sinlaku has now hit the Guam region with a category five status this early in April all due to the warming of the Pacific and the emergence of El Niño. #CAwx

Tuesday, April 14, 2026 at 6:52 AM: What you have witnessed yesterday and this past weekend across California and parts of Southern California is the birth pains of an El Niño development and the ongoing escalation the warming of the Pacific torrential rains came through the San Fernando Valley with such strong, thunderstorms that it caused significant flooding in the Sherman Oaks, Universal City area around 1:05 PM - 1:35 PM yesterday on April 13, 2026. This powerful storm packed winds gusts of over 50 mph and it’s a true testament that we are no longer in a pattern that brings rain in just winter time but is now extending into April and May and beyond with that said we have another storm on the heels that will be arriving very quickly on April 21 - 27, 2026. The next storm will also bring more heavy rain, thunder, and lightning, and yes, more snowfall to the local mountains. As the Pacific continues to warm, the weather will become more drastic with extreme heat waves and more unusual severe rain events for California. This situation will get quite scary if it continues to verify by the end of October and November with the super El Niño development and the atmosphere connecting something that we’ve not seen since 1982, 1997/ 1998.
