Sense of Urgency In Season vs Off Season During the offseason in development, coaches can be a lot more patient with players as they continue to grow in different areas. In Season however, at high school and above, it’s winning time. There is much more of a sense of urgency for players to produce in games. The season is usually a rollercoaster and parents/players need to understand that playing time and minutes may fluctuate based on team needs (especially if you’re not the top 2 or 3 players on a teams.

Today I visited Issa Amro عيسى عمرو 🇵🇸 in occupied Hebron, whose house was under attack by settlers terror gangs which even attempted to set it on fire. When I arrived, the occupation forces blocked our passage and even refused to allow Issa to enter his own house. This is just a glimpse of what life under occupation looks like. But we didn't surrender and after intense pressure managed to enter the house and hold the meeting. There has been a misconception online that we have switched to a 4-2-3-1 in the last two games. That’s not true. It’s the same 4-3-3 and 4-5-1 we have played all season. Woltemade is playing LCM. My thinking as to why it seems we aren’t is because of the freedom Eddie offers our players within the structure. Woltemade is allowed to move and receive between the lines, just like Willock (when he plays LCM) is allowed to hold width and use his pace in wide areas.
