Blizzard just put up the white flag on selling loot in TBC. There's a russian guild on spineshatter selling ALL the loot, all raid the items in the Burning Crusade, for cash on a Discord server. They advertise it in-game. They stream it. They show the financial cash transactions on their stream and spreadsheets. but Blizzard's big action when they learned of this wasnt bans, it wasnt even a slap on the wrist. they just..removed their guild name so they have to make a new guild. Blizzard just signaled that you can sell whatever loot you want in this game, because they can't stomach losing 30 or 40 players worth of sub money.
