𝐏𝐚𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫 𝐀𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐌𝐢𝐬𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 & 𝐅𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐒𝐚𝐟𝐞𝐭𝐲 𝐕𝐢𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 It has come to the notice of the authorities that Cheese Analogue products (made from vegetable fats and non-milk ingredients) are being sold as Paneer, Malai Paneer, or Milk Paneer without proper declaration, amounting to misbranding and consumer deception. FBOs are procuring... Cheese Analogue from manufacturers and from states such as Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra, and Andhra Pradesh, and selling it as paneer. The same product is often marketed under misleading labels like “Low Fat Paneer”, “Medium Fat Paneer”, or “Fresh Paneer”, or sold without manufacturing details, batch number, or expiry date. In some cases, FBOs unknowingly order paneer but are supplied Cheese Analogue as a substitute. Manufacturers supply these products with labels declaring “Cheese Analogue” and disclaimers such as “not responsible for loose sale” and “contains no dairy fat”; however, at the retail level, FBOs misrepresent or knowingly sell them as paneer to increase profits. It is also observed that some manufacturers and retail shop owners are operating without valid FSSAI licenses. Certain FBOs are procuring Cheese Analogue in bulk and repacking it under misleading labels such as “Premium Paneer” without licence, proper declaration, or traceability. Inspections have revealed adulteration practices including addition of starch, excess water, non-milk fats, use of poor-quality or synthetic milk, and non-food-grade substances, along with violations such as absence of mandatory labelling, invalid licences, and unhygienic storage. Seizure of Adulterated and Misbranded Products: During raids conducted yesterday, approximately 45 outlets and 8 manufacturing units were inspected, and about 825 kg of suspected adulterated/misbranded products were seized. These practices pose serious health risks including food poisoning, allergic reactions, and consumption of inferior and unsafe products. Strict enforcement drives are ongoing, and samples are being collected for analysis. Violations will attract stringent legal action. Public Advisory: Purchase paneer only from licensed vendors, check labels and expiry details, avoid loose/unlabelled products, and report violations. Warning to FBOs: Ensure proper declaration of Cheese Analogue, maintain mandatory labelling and valid licences, and avoid repacking or selling analogue as paneer; violations will invite strict legal action. Analogue paneer (paneer made with palm oil) is spreading across India, and here are 3 simple tests to find out if your paneer is real or not! 1) 𝐃𝐚𝐥 𝐭𝐞𝐬𝐭: boil paneer, add toor dal, and wait for 10 minutes. If the water turns red, urea may be present in your paneer. 2) 𝐋𝐚𝐛𝐞𝐥 𝐭𝐞𝐬𝐭: the ingredient list of analogue paneer will have “starch” and “palm/vegetable oil” written. 3) 𝐈𝐨𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐭𝐞𝐬𝐭: Put a few drops of iodine on the paneer. If it turns blue, it is analogue paneer. Analogue paneer is around 210 Rs. per kg whereas real paneer can go up to 450 Rs. per kg. So it’s no surprise that most street vendors and many restaurants opt for analogue paneer to cut costs. Unfortunately, analogue paneer is legal according to FSSAI. Great News! 🚨 Restaurants now have to disclose whether they are serving Real Paneer or Analogue Paneer in Maharashtra. Maharashtra restaurants will be heavily fined if they miss mentioning this on their menus! India’s restaurants and street vendors are filled with analogue paneer, since it is cheaper. Last year I did a lab test for 10 paneers. I chose branded, dairy, restaurant and street paneers. All of the restaurant and street paneer failed in the test, and were analogue paneer. Real paneer is made from milk but analogue paneer is often made using vegetable oil and starch, which has much lower protein. I think every state in India should adopt this rule, not just Maharashtra! Let’s Make India Healthy Again!

#Pune: #FDA Seizes Suspected Adulterated Food Stock Worth ₹37.61 Lakh Across Seven Locations Pune, July 13: The Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Pune Division, has seized food stocks worth ₹37.61 lakh during a special enforcement drive conducted across seven locations under the state-wide 'Safe Food, Safe Drug, Safe Maharashtra' campaign launched by Food Safety Commissioner Tukaram Mundhe. The inspections were carried out between July 8 and July 12, during which officials seized 92,541 kg/litres of various food products over suspected adulteration and labelling violations. Samples have been collected for laboratory analysis, and further action will depend on the test reports. Among the major actions: * Sangli: FDA officials inspected Malti Agencies on Kupwad Road and collected samples of paneer and lassi. A total of 121 kg of stock worth ₹28,300 was seized over suspected adulteration and labelling deficiencies. * Kolhapur: At Balaji Bakers in Hatkanangale, samples of pista, orange, pineapple and mango cookies were collected. Around 86 kg of products worth ₹29,960 was seized for suspected labelling violations. * Pune: A milk tanker (MH 12 VB 4700) transporting milk from Ajinkyarana Milk Industries, Sangola (Solapur), was intercepted. Officials collected samples and seized 28,498 litres of milk worth ₹11.39 lakh on suspicion of adulteration. Since the milk was perishable, it was destroyed. * Pune: Another milk tanker (MH 16 CC 5001) transporting milk from Priyadarshini Milk Collection Centre, Ambilwadi, Ahilyanagar, was inspected. Authorities seized and destroyed 24,498 litres of milk worth ₹9.79 lakh after collecting samples. * Pune: FDA officials inspected Yashoda Milk and Milk Products, Junnar, collected samples of A2 Gir Cow Milk (DK Brand) and regular cow milk, and seized 1,806 litres worth ₹81,270 due to suspected adulteration and labelling violations. The unit has been ordered to suspend operations until further orders. * Solapur: A surprise inspection at Ajinkyarana Milk Industries, Sangola, found multiple violations, including the absence of purchase and sale records, operating without a valid licence, and breaches of food safety regulations. Officials collected samples, seized 37,532 litres of milk worth ₹15.01 lakh, destroyed the stock, and ordered the chilling centre to cease operations until further notice. In a separate action in Satara district, acting on confidential information, the FDA raided a cattle shed owned by Dilip Bhimrao Bhosale at Hol village in Phaltan taluka. Officials allegedly found whey permeate powder, spray-dried instant tea/coffee creamer, and other substances being used for milk adulteration. An FIR (No. 415/2026) has been registered at Phaltan Police Station against five persons, including the cattle owner and powder suppliers. Further investigation is underway. The FDA stated that strict action against food businesses operating without licences, violating food safety regulations, or selling adulterated and substandard food products will continue. During the operation, one individual, Pattala Ashok, was apprehended for running the unit without a valid license and for engaging in the manufacture and sale of adulterated, unhygienic, and expired ice cream products, in violation of provisions under Cr. No.118/2026, U/Sec. 125, 318(4) of BNS, Musheerabad Police Station. The inspection revealed that the unit was involved in large-scale production and distribution of substandard ice cream products of various flavours, including Mango, Vanilla, American Nuts, Butter Scotch, Dry Fruit, Strawberry, Cream & Cookies, Special Flavours, and Malai Kulfi, along with small “Pepsi” ice cream packs. These were being supplied to wholesale and retail markets under misleading claims of quality. It was further observed that expired ingredients such as Pineapple and Custard Apple flavouring agents, along with synthetic food colours, were being used in the preparation process, posing significant health risks to consumers. The premises were maintained under highly unsanitary conditions, with improper storage and handling of raw materials and finished products, rendering them unfit for human consumption. A substantial quantity of adulterated ice cream products, synthetic food colours, and expired flavouring agents, collectively valued at approximately ₹1,75,000/-, were seized during the raid. The apprehended individual along with the seized material has been handed over to the SHO, Musheerabad Police Station, for further investigation and necessary legal action. The operation was carried out under the supervision of senior officers of the Task Force with the assistance of H-FAST and local police staff.

The inspection revealed that the unit was involved in large-scale production and distribution of substandard ice cream products of various flavours, including Mango, Vanilla, American Nuts, Butter Scotch, Dry Fruit, Strawberry, Cream & Cookies, Special Flavours, and Malai Kulfi, along with small “Pepsi” ice cream packs. These were being supplied to wholesale and retail markets under misleading claims of quality. It was further observed that expired ingredients such as Pineapple and Custard Apple flavouring agents, along with synthetic food colours, were being used in the preparation process, posing significant health risks to consumers. The premises were maintained under highly unsanitary conditions, with improper storage and handling of raw materials and finished products, rendering them unfit for human consumption. A substantial quantity of adulterated ice cream products, synthetic food colours, and expired flavouring agents, collectively valued at approximately ₹1,75,000/-, were seized during the raid. The apprehended individual along with the seized material has been handed over to the SHO, Musheerabad Police Station, for further investigation and necessary legal action. A cease and desist notice dated March 16 alleges that Dr. Santosh made defamatory statements on social media about products, including ORSL and its rebranded version ERZL. The notice states that the companies are science-based and compliant with the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006, and asserts that their claims are backed by scientific evidence and regulatory approvals. Referring to ongoing regulatory and legal developments, the notice cites proceedings before the Delhi High Court, stating that the court had observed that the products in question were ‘not adulterated or unsafe for use’ and that the dispute was limited to branding aspects. The notice denies claims that erstwhile ORSL products continue to be sold or that ERZL is being marketed as an ORS substitute, stating that distributors have been instructed to return or relabel older stock in compliance with FSSAI directions. His QCI devised the “India Conformity Assessment Scheme (i-CAS) - Halal” as an official certification scheme for Halal products, processes and services. The (i-CAS) – Halal regime requires compulsory appointment of so many Muslims by Companies and Businesses that seek Halal Certification for their products, processes and services. The Government of India enacted the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006, “to consolidate the laws relating to food and to establish the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India for laying down science based standards for articles of food and to regulate their manufacture, storage, distribution, sale and import, to ensure availability of safe and wholesome food for human consumption and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.” It is a comprehensive secular legislation providing for legal regime to ensure manufacture and supply of clean and healthy food. Under the said Act, certification of food Items by the statutory body Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) is mandatory, and as such it guarantees quality of food items. Unlike the FSSAI, the QCI is not a statutory body and has no legal authority. The purpose of its creation was entirely different from that of FSSAI. Yet, under the unholy patronage of RSS-BJP-Modi, Adil Zainulbhai more or less nullified the Act of Parliament namely, the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 and the statutory body Food Safety and Standards Authority of India, by giving official recognition and primacy to Halal Certification under the aegis of Quality Council of India. India is a constitutionally secular country. When the Parliament has provided a comprehensive secular legal regime for certification of food quality, etc, how can the Government undermine and negate that Parliamentary mandate by bringing in a religious regime (Halal Certification) through backdoor? Finally, I do not blame Adil Zainulbhai because he merely used the opportunity of the official position to promote his religious (Islamic) interests. WATCH | Hi Please Share. These are the conditions that workers endure at Indarama Gold Mine in Kwekwe. We write with heavy hearts as Zimbabwean workers employed at Indarama Ming Chang Mine, Kwekwe. We are not against investment or mining. We want to work, build our country, and provide for our families in dignity and safety. Right now, that dignity is being taken away. These are the conditions we face daily, and we are speaking out because internal reports have led to victimization instead of solutions: 1. Safety Violations - PPE Denied & Sold to Workers Workers are being made to operate underground and in hazardous areas without proper Personal Protective Equipment. When PPE is available, it is sold to employees instead of being issued freely as required by the Mines and Minerals Act and Factories & Works Regulations. We are expected to buy our own helmets, boots, gloves, and dust masks from the wages we barely survive on. 2. No Clean Drinking Water or Sanitation The entire mine has no clean, potable water for workers to drink. Many of us are forced to drink shaft water. There are no functional toilets on site. This is a serious health and dignity risk. 3. Poor Wages, No Grading Structure Employees are underpaid with no clear grading or salary structure. There is no transparency on how wages are calculated, no promotions, and no career path for most general hands. 4. Inhumane Accommodation Workers are housed in small rooms built from sacks, tents, and plastics, directly on bare ground.There is no proper housing that meets basic health and safety standards. We sleep in overcrowded, unsafe structures exposed to weather and illness. 5. Victimization & Unlawful Dismissals As workers, we elected representatives to formally write to mine administration to raise these issues for resolution. Instead of dialogue, anyone who raises a concern is dismissed with immediate effect. Employees are being fired without due process, without hearings, and without reason. Fear has replaced safety. Our Plea: We are Zimbabweans. We want to work. But we cannot work safely, legally, or humanely under these conditions. We therefore humbly plead for urgent assistance and investigation from: 1. Ministry of Mines & Mining Development- For safety and compliance inspections 2. Ministry of Labour & Social Services- For labour law, wages, grading, and unfair dismissals 3. Ministry of Health & Child Care- For water, sanitation, and occupational health risks 4. His Excellency, the President- For intervention to protect Zimbabwean workers We are not trying to damage the mine. Bengaluru Hotels Under Scanner; Rotten Chicken, Reused Oil Seized in Luxury Hotel Kitchens,Skyye Lounge Kitchen Sealed at UB City Bengaluru Acting on the directives of Health and Family Welfare Minister U.T. Khader, the #FoodSafety Wing carried out surprise raids on several eateries across #Bengaluru on Sunday, exposing severe hygiene lapses and regulatory violations in some of the city’s top establishments. Officials seized and destroyed 132 kilograms of unfit food articles along with 15 litres of reused cooking oil that failed to meet health standards. The kitchen of #SkyyeLounge, 16th floor, #UBCity, was sealed for unhygienic maintenance. Inspectors reported that meat and beef stored there was rotten and covered with fungus. Expired dairy products, including milk and curds past their date by ten days, were also found. During the coordinated drive,officials uncovered alarming conditions in premium hotels, including rotten meat, expired vegetables and heavily reused cooking oil. The Health Department released a detailed list of penalized establishments and the food items confiscated. 1. Skyye Lounge, UB City : 51 kg of food articles were seized, including 45 kg of rotten #chicken and #beef, and 6 kg of vegetable cutlets. Additionally, 15 litres of used cooking oil were confiscated. 2.Royal Chain Hotel: 55 kg of meat was destroyed, comprising 50 kg of duck and 5 kg of fish. 3. Madras Kitchen : 5 kg of expired green peas. 4. Tescon Hote : 5 kg of mushrooms. 5. Senchez Hotel : 10 kg of food was seized, including 3 kg of fish and 7 kg of cake, potatoes and tacos. All items were declared unfit for consumption and destroyed immediately as per safety protocols. The Health Department has issued strict warnings to the offending establishments, stressing that further violations of the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 will invite severe penal action, including possible suspension of operating licenses. Had a mega VC with all SI and above rank officers of all wings under the DGP, officers numbering about 6500 attended. After initial remarks about Govt’s observations and expectations, I spoke about the changing challenges of the department from tackling Maoism and routine crimes to Narco-Cyber-Traffic related issues troubling the public and how we need our orientation and thinking. Informed them about the creation of new wings for traffic and road safety, for Tech team to adopt latest technologies, a vigilance and enforcement task force to control revenue leakages and anti food adulteration wing as cancer cases rise in #Telangana. Outlined the duties of SPs and CPs as leaders of their units, the need to go back to basic policing of doing their crime meetings , visits and inspections of police stations and other units, ensuring adequate day and night patrols, reaction to dial 112 calls, community policing allotting 3-5 pm as visiting hours uniformly across the state for public to meet them, protocol standards vis a vis political representatives. Exhorted them to work as Captains of their units and Lead and maintain highest standards of integrity without which their efforts will be of no use. Then spoke at length about duties of the SHOs who are the main people who make or break the department and listed all their duties and responsibilities. Also detailed the duties of the SI s who are not SHOs , the DSP s, Addl SP s as supervisory officers. Touched upon the role of Battalion and AR commandants and the AC s and RI s in maintaining force motivation and welfare. Interacted with some SI s , Insps ,SP s and CP s of remote areas. All in all, it was very satisfying that I could get my thoughts across at one go to the entire force.

By the end of the 1980s, Nigeria had fully transformed from a major exporter of agricultural products into a major importer of food because of your evil work in Africa. IITA was founded and funded by the Rockefeller family/Foundation, the major financier of “EUGENICS,” a murderous and demonic mind. The Rockefeller family, Standard Oil (its core business empire), and the Rockefeller Foundation (founded 1913) have faced longstanding accusations of corrupt or unethical practices. These span ruthless monopoly tactics, labor violence, eugenics funding with Nazi-era ties, and political scandals.
