This is exactly why the allegations deserve an independent investigation. The questions are too serious to be dismissed as politics. If E20 was genuinely introduced in the public interest, then the government should be able to explain its impact on fuel prices, sugar prices, farmers, consumers and E10-compliant vehicle owners. Let the CBI examine the evidence and follow the money trail. If there is no wrongdoing, the investigation will establish that. Great work Sir. We all Indian are suffering in multiple ways due to Ethanol push. Rice and sugar prices have hiked by 20rs. Our vechiles are started showing knocking. Our hard earned taxes are burned in giving them subsidies and God knows in how other ways we all are affected.

Thanks for raising your voice on this issue. Surprisingly the Min for Highways and Road is more vocal than the Petroleum Minister and this isn’t without a reason. Most of the sugar factories are owned by politicians. As usual the common citizen suffers. Govt busy in fooling us.
