Lebron on what it takes to play for as long as he has at a high level that the average fan may not understand: "It starts way before you get on the floor. They see us once the game is going the popcorn's been popped and the lights are brighter. It takes so much more like sacrifice and discipline and things over the course if you want to be really great at this and if you want to do it for a long period of time. It's so many hours that you got to commit to it. There's so many things that you maybe want to do that you can't if you want to be great but everybody's journey is different. MSNOW host Luke Russert on the Politico article about Graham Platner: “I don’t see how he can be the nominee for senator in Maine for the Democratic Party.” “Well, I think something that jumped out to me in the article, which I just read, is that the person who made the accusations was very conflicted about coming forward, and primarily because she said she very much supported Platner’s politics and believed in his messaging and didn’t want to hurt him politically, but also felt it necessary to see the full scope of the person, and I think that’s something that is going to have to be wrestled with. If these allegations are true, to this extent, I don’t see how he can be the nominee for senator in Maine for the Democratic Party. I think there’s a lot of people who might look at this out of the gate and say, well, Ken Paxton in Texas is is terrible, and the Republicans are putting him up, and he is someone who has had all sorts of legal issues and infidelity issues, etc. I think what you have here, though, is a pickup opportunity is incredibly important in Maine for the party if they want to get control of the Senate, but also somebody who there is a belief that he may have gotten through the storm on this, but now is looking that it’s significantly worse than what was advertised, and especially for a party that was so intertwined with Me Too, and believing women, it looks very hypocritical if there is not, I think, a real examination of him moving forward.”

Woke up to severe rain before 5am this morning. Got a flash flood alert about 6:00. What is falling from the sky right now? It’s more than just water. It’s easy to see with the naked eye but trying to capture it on video is not easy. You might think everything is just a rain drop but these small particles aren’t falling like the rain is, more like floating to the ground. If it was winter I might assume it’s snow but it’s not. On this clip everything that looks like a line is rain. Watch the speed it falls and compare it to the small particles that are traveling much slower. Some of the small bits are flying sideways and up. That’s not rain.
