She's also a child like other children here. Those guys are not crying. Those children are not crying. They welcomed her. Now the staff are walking us out because of my baby. No problem. Let's go, family." In a follow-up post which was shared via his handle #folorunshobodmas on Tuesday, the father offered an update, noting that the situation was later addressed by senior mall staff. A charge of premeditated murder was added against the mother Keneilwe Portia Shalaba (32), who was previously facing charges of human trafficking, conspiracy to commit robbery and making a false statement to the police. It is alleged that on 10 November 2024, the mother of the child took the child to the sangoma and requested him to kill her child because she was not happy with the gender of the baby and was tired of hiding it from her family that in fact, the child was a girl. The mother then allegedly fed the baby poison and after the baby died it is alleged that the two took the child and buried her body in a shallow grave in Waterpan After investigations by the police, the sangoma was arrested on 29 May 2025 and he subsequently made a confession and pointed out to the police about where the body of the child was buried. In court, the matter was postponed to 05 June 2025, for legal representation for the sangoma. The state intends to oppose his release on bail. The court previously denied the mother's release on bail.

Award-winning maskandi artist Khuzani Mpungose is off the market Pictures of Award winning Maskandi Artist Khuzani Mpungose marrying his wife Nonduduzo Mathenjwa from Mhlabuyalingana in the far north of KwaZulu-Natal (KZN) have emerged. The Umjolo singer hitmaker's wedding was held in the Zunguness Boutique in Pinetown outside Durban in KZN on Thursday evening. The wedding was held in a private ceremony where his family, friends and his close media industry friends were invited. Insiders who attended the wedding told MDN News that the attendees were not allowed to take videos and pictures. "We are not allowed to film anything. There are bouncers everywhere and we have to respect the will of Khuzani since it's his big day," the source said. MDN is in possession of a video of the pastor who was presiding over the wedding telling the attendees that Khuzani and his wife Nonduzuzo were pleading with them not to take videos and pictures as the vows were taken. Khuzani is expected to perform the traditional wedding called Udwendwe on Monday at his Mandaba homestead in Nkandla. 🎥 ILANGA
