She wants a weak man she can control ๐Ÿ˜น โŒWhat she says doesnโ€™t matterโ€ฆBe in the best shape as possible Your spouse might say they love you exactly the way you are. And thatโ€™s a great thing. But that doesnโ€™t mean your physical fitness shouldnโ€™t matter. A strong relationship isnโ€™t just built on emotions, loyalty, and time together. Itโ€™s also built on energy, health, confidence, and longevity. Even if your partner never pressures you to stay in shape, maintaining your fitness is still part of showing up as your best self in the relationship. When you prioritize your health, you bring more to the table. More energy to enjoy life together. More confidence in yourself. More discipline in the way you show up as a partner, a leader, and a man. Fitness also protects the future of your relationship. Taking care of your body today increases the likelihood that youโ€™ll still be active, capable, and healthy decades from now. It means being able to travel together, stay adventurous, and avoid becoming limited by preventable health issues. And the truth is, attraction in long-term relationships isnโ€™t just about looks. Itโ€™s about effort. When your partner sees that you care about your health, your strength, and your longevity, it reinforces that you still value yourself and the life youโ€™re building together. Your partner may never demand that you stay fit. But the responsibility to maintain your body is still yours. Because being strong, healthy, and disciplined doesnโ€™t just benefit you. It strengthens the quality, longevity, and vitality of the relationship youโ€™re committed to building. ๐Ÿ’ช via KingsofLegacies

The success of Indiaโ€™s energy diplomacy under the leadership of PM Sh Narendra Modi Ji bears positive results even as the world is faced with serious geopolitical crises. Our energy imports continue uninterrupted even as supply chains choke. We are able to ensure easy availability of fuel for our citizens even as countries worldwide struggle to make energy ends meet. We are able to do this because India has diversified its import basket to 41 sources from the basket of 27 that existed in 2014. India not only secured its energy needs, but emerged stronger, more resilient, and better prepared for the future. While many countries struggled with shortages and soaring prices, India protected its citizens because we planned ahead, diversified supply chains, strengthened strategic reserves, expanded sourcing options, and took difficult decisions when required. PM Modi Jiโ€™s vision has never been limited to managing crises. His vision is to use every crisis as an opportunity to build the future. Indiaโ€™s ethanol blending programme has grown from approximately 1.5% to the threshold of a 20% blending economy. Flex-fuel technology is creating new opportunities for consumers and farmers. E85-compatible vehicles will provide more fuel choices, lower operating costs, and reduce dependence on imported crude. At the same time, India is positioning itself at the forefront of the global clean-energy transition. Through the National Green Hydrogen Mission, the country is laying the foundation for a new energy ecosystem that can power industries, create jobs, attract investment, and strengthen energy independence.

๐Ÿ‡ท๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ณ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ณ India and Pakistan, China and India, all seated at the same table in Kyrgyzstan this week. The SCO is 25: Ten members, roughly half the planet. China, Russia, India, Pakistan, Iran, Belarus, and Central Asia are meeting while Ukraine still burns and Iran is at war. Guterres is there, and ErdoฤŸan is around the edges. This is no longer a quiet regional club. The SCO is often described as a counterweight to Washington, but it isnโ€™t a unified anti-U.S. bloc: its members have competing strategic interests, different relationships with the West and, in some cases, longstanding tensions with each other. That makes the summit significant, as China and Russia may want a more multipolar world with less U.S. dominance, while countries like India have strong incentives to preserve strategic independence rather than simply choose one geopolitical camp. On Monday, China and Russia pledged to push the SCO toward a bigger role in โ€œglobal governance,โ€ where Putin offered to make Russia-China visa-free travel permanent after tourism jumped 43%. Meanwhile, India is playing a different game. Modi hugged Putin, invited him to BRICS in New Delhi, and still told him the world has to leave โ€œendless warโ€ behind. He told Iranโ€™s Pezeshkian India will back efforts at lasting peace. Translation: keep Russia for energy and defense, refuse to join a China-Russia camp, talk to everyone. That is the real summit; India and Pakistan in one room, China and India with an open border dispute, Iran hunting cover, Central Asia wanting Chinese cash without becoming a Chinese province, and Kyrgyzstan trying to turn anniversary talk into funds, corridors, and counterterror machinery. The SCO cannot replace the West, but they can watch three things: whether the Bishkek Declaration names terrorism and the Iran war in language everyone can live with; who actually gets time with whom; and whether any real money moves. Speeches are cheap, but routes, gas, and financing are how an order shifts. These guys ultimately may not trust each other... but they showed up anyway. Source: France 24 YT / Writer: Val

๐Ÿ‡น๐Ÿ‡ผ SPACEX JUST LAUNCHED TAIWANโ€™S FIRST HOME-BUILT SATELLITE SpaceX fired up its Falcon 9 rocket from California and gave Taiwanโ€™s brand-new Formosat-8 satellite a ride to space. This isnโ€™t just some shiny tech toy. Itโ€™s the first fully built-in-Taiwan satellite meant for serious business: watching Earth, tracking disasters, and showing the world that Taiwanโ€™s space game is no joke. The satellite, named โ€œChi Po-linโ€ after a famous Taiwanese aerial photographer, is the first in a planned constellation of eight. Itโ€™ll orbit at 561 kilometers above the Earth and snap high-res images for everything from urban planning to spotting deforestation. And no, itโ€™s not just science class stuff. This thing helps with disaster response, climate monitoring, and yes, national security. About 84% to 86% of the satellite was built using Taiwanese-made tech, a huge leap for a country trying to grow its space independence. Taiwanโ€™s space agency (TASA) plans to launch a new Formosat satellite every year until 2031. When itโ€™s done, Taiwan will have its own sky-eye network scanning Earth like a sci-fi movie come to life. While some countries still rent satellite time or import the tech, Taiwan is doing it DIY-style. This is not only about building cool hardware, itโ€™s about making sure theyโ€™re not depending on anyone else when it comes to critical data from space. And props to SpaceX for being the go-to launch partner for countries that actually build their own satellites. Elonโ€™s rocket crew keeps proving that if it fits in the payload bay, theyโ€™ll get it to orbit fast, smooth, and with a cloud of fire. Sources: Al Arabiya English, RTI Taiwan, TVBS, Taiwan News

I just explored the new and I have to say, itโ€™s a game-changer for the #ShibArmy! This redesign feels like a bold leap into the future of the Shiba Inu ecosystem, creating a unified, interactive hub where everythingโ€”Shibarium, NFTs, DeFi tools, and moreโ€”comes together in one seamless experience. The new interface is sleek, mobile-friendly, and incredibly intuitive. Navigation is effortless, making it easy for both seasoned users and newcomers to dive right into the heart of the ecosystem. From exploring the technical wonders of Shibarium to engaging with the creative energy of NFTs, everything flows in a way that feels natural and connected. What stands out is the community focus. The platform doesnโ€™t just bring tools and features togetherโ€”it brings people together. Social features and customizable interfaces make it feel like a space built specifically for the #ShibArmy, emphasizing collaboration, connection, and shared growth. The community hub is already becoming a central space for participation, and I can only imagine the impact it will have as the platform continues to grow. That said, itโ€™s important to note that some sections are still under construction. While I couldnโ€™t explore everything yet, itโ€™s exciting to see the clear potential for whatโ€™s coming. Features like the developer showcase, enhanced tools for creators, and deeper integrations are clearly in the worksโ€”and I canโ€™t wait to see them fully realized. Even in its current state, the platform is a strong reflection of Shiba Inuโ€™s vision for the future. From decentralized identity solutions to wallet integrations, itโ€™s clear is not just keeping up with Web3 innovationโ€”itโ€™s pushing the boundaries of whatโ€™s possible. This is more than just a websiteโ€”itโ€™s a foundation for something much bigger. The redesign perfectly balances the playfulness that made Shiba Inu famous with the professionalism and innovation that will carry it into the future. Thereโ€™s so much more to come, and Iโ€™m thrilled to watch it unfold. If you havenโ€™t checked it out yet, take a lookโ€”itโ€™s a glimpse into the future of Shiba Inu and beyond. ๐Ÿš€ ๐Ÿ‘‰ #Shib #ShibaInu #Web3 #Shibarium

Make Benz wants that the censorship industrial complex that stopped getting funded when Donald Trump cut USAID did not stop operating The NGOs and โ€œcensorship classโ€ got jobs in the European Union, and are in a sense waiting until Democrats regain power This is serious โ€œThe censorship industrial complex, government, private sector, nonprofits and media all working together to pull their own levers. Instead of having the government directly put its finger on the trigger, they would have university centers, nonprofits, sue the dirty work or the government. What that ended up resulting in was a very serious push by the hearts and minds of the American people and the election of Donald Trump to scale back an incredible amount of that infrastructure at the NGO layer that resulted in the closure of USAID, the shutdown of the state Department's global engagement center that resulted in hundreds of millions of dollars of censorship grants being cut to the NGOs. While we've cleaned up so much in the United States, there is a censorship class in exile who are not out of jobs. They've simply gotten jobs in Europe with the EU, and that remains the main theater of battle. And on that note, I'm honored to announce that this week I've actually begun to work with the administration on a transparency drive about the nature of those NGOs so that the American people can have more visibility about what they've been paying for to create it in the first place.โ€ These people are still very much working for censorship and right now itโ€™s only the Trump Admin stopping them in America

India's mobility revolution has entered a new chapter. ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ณ Today, along with Shri Nitin Gadkari Ji, we witnessed the launch of Hero MotoCorp's Splendor+ and HF Deluxe Flex Fuel motorcycles, capable of running on ethanol blends from E20 to E85. This is far more than the launch of a new vehicle. It is the convergence of India's energy security mission, our commitment to clean mobility, and our resolve to build an #AatmaNirbharBharat. Over 300 million two-wheelers ply on Indian roads today. Imagine the impact when even a fraction of them begin running on fuel produced from Indian farms rather than imported crude oil. A decade ago, ethanol blending in India stood at just 1.5%. Today, India has achieved 20% ethanol blending, one of the fastest energy transitions anywhere in the world. The benefits are immense. โœ… Reduced dependence on imported oil โœ… Lower foreign exchange outgo โœ… Cleaner transportation โœ… Additional income opportunities for our farmers Every litre of ethanol blended into fuel reduces India's import burden and strengthens our energy independence. Our farmers are no longer only Annadatas. They are increasingly becoming Urjadatas, contributing directly to India's energy future. The scale of this opportunity is extraordinary. Even if flex-fuel vehicles account for just 1% of annual petrol vehicle sales, they can generate demand for nearly 4 crore litres of ethanol every year, resulting in payments of around โ‚น266 crore to distilleries, savings of approximately โ‚น195 crore in foreign exchange, and direct economic benefits of nearly โ‚น160 crore flowing to our farmers. Having witnessed Brazil's successful flex-fuel journey firsthand, I have seen how transformative this technology can be for an entire nation. Today, India begins writing its own success story. A future where Indian vehicles are powered by Indian innovation, Indian farmers, and Indian energy. The road ahead is cleaner. The road ahead is greener. The road ahead is more self-reliant. And that journey has begun.

๐Ÿšจ๐Ÿšจ๐ŸšจDefending Ukraine's Skies๐Ÿšจ๐Ÿšจ๐Ÿšจ ๐ŸšจA More Cost Effective Way For Comprehensive Coverage For Ukraineโ€™s Air Defence๐Ÿšจ Ukraineโ€™s skies have become one of the most heated contested battlegrounds in Europe. With relentless missile and drone attacks targeting cities, infrastructure, and civilians, effective air defence has become nothing short of a lifeline. Currently, Ukraine relies heavily on a limited number of high-end Western systems, including just six Patriot missile defence systems out of the promised 25.... For an example to the issue, Patriot air defence, while extremely capable, come at an extraordinary cost. Each Patriot system costing $1.1 Billion USD!. And an insane cost of $3 million and $5 million per missile, making their sustained use a massive financial burden, even with allied support. Additionally, other advanced systems, like the British Sky Sabre, have been deployed to provide valuable coverage. The SAMP/T system, which combines high-end radars and Aster missiles, has also contributed to Ukraine's defence. However, despite these critical contributions, Ukraine still lacks the scale of air defence needed to blanket its most vulnerable regions and protect all critical infrastructure effectively. If we want to protect Ukraine, we need something thats sustainable. Enter Gravehawk: A Game-Changing, Affordable Solution Purpose-Built for Ukraine. The British-developed Gravehawk air defence system which is quite literally 1,100 times cheaper that a Patriot air defence system. The Gravehawk air defense system has been specifically designed for Ukraine, prioritising both mobility and flexibility. Housed in a standard freight container, it can be effortlessly transported on the back of a truck, enabling rapid deployment or continuous mobility as required. A key advantage of the system is its separate control module, allowing operators to stay mobile and secure while overseeing its operations. The entire Gravehawk setup can be efficiently managed by a small, five-person team, with two members dedicated to reloading the system. While the potential Sky Shield Initiative could see a coalition of willing nations deploy 120 fighter jets over Ukraine, an effort supported by the hashtag #SkyShieldNow, there remains a critical need for reliable air defense as a last line of protection. This is especially true when these jets are deployed, as they will need to cover not only key Ukrainian cities and civilian infrastructure but also important areas for the coalition of willing, such as troop encampments and air bases. Ukraine already has two operational Gravehawk units on the ground, with an additional 15 systems scheduled to arrive before the end of 2025, thanks to a joint UK-Denmark initiative. Gravehawkโ€™s strength lies in its simplicity and strategic brilliance, it repurposes Soviet-era R-73 (AA-11 Archer) air-to-air missiles, of which Ukraine already possesses in massive stockpiles. Alternatively the Gravehawk System can also use NATO AIM-9 Sidewinder Missiles which could also be supplied. These missiles are short-range, infrared-guided, and capable of taking down fighter jets, helicopters, drones, and even low-flying cruise missiles. When combined with the Gravehawkโ€™s modern sensors and ground-based launch systems, they become a potent tool for defending Ukrainian cities and front lines whilst making easy work of incoming Shahed drones. But perhaps the most critical advantage is cost. Each Gravehawk system per-unit cost of approximately ยฃ933,333, a fraction of the price of most NATO-standard systems and under 1 Million pounds, which in military defence terms is next to nothing. To put this in perspective: one Patriot battery costs upwards of $1.1 billion, 1,100 times more expensive, with each launcher and radar component adding millions more on top of this cost. Simply put, the Gravehawk provides massive defensive value for a tiny fraction of the cost with incredible capabilities. This should be a wake-up call. An air defence system in which we could purchase more than 1,100 of for the same price as 1 Patriot system... It's insanity for the Patriot to be one of the main considerations. If the UK and its allies are serious about helping Ukraine build an integrated air defence shield, then scaling up Gravehawk deployment should be a top priority in line with other western air defence systems available. Itโ€™s fast to deploy, low-cost, uses existing Ukrainian munitions, and is battle-tested in real-time. This is the fastest and cheapest route to widespread air defence coverage, not only to protect lives today but to lay the groundwork for a secure and sovereign Ukraine in the years ahead. I respectfully urge the British government, including the Prime Minister and all relevant officials, to expand and scale up the Gravehawk program. By increasing the number of systems available, we can provide Ukraine with the critical air defense capabilities it needs to protect its people and secure its future. ๐ŸšจIf you are reading this, and this is something you would support and believe is in Ukraine's best interest, I would appreciate it very much if you could like, repost, comment or bookmark this post so it creates traction to be seen. This is one-shot assembly: you show examples of what to build, and the robot just does it. (see original post: To share more on how this works, the robot is controlled in real time by a neural network that takes in video pixels and outputs 100Hz actions. The video below is part of the raw input passed directly into the model. I also like this view (at 1x speed) because it shows more of the (I think very cool) subtle moments of dexterity near the fingertips ๐Ÿ‘Œ One-shot assembly seemed like a dream even just a year ago โ€” it's not easy. It requires both the high-level reasoning of "what to build" (recognizing the geometry of the structures presented by the human), and the low-level visuomotor control of "how to build it" (purposefully re-orienting individual pieces and nudging them together in place). While possible to manually engineer a complex system for this (e.g. w/ hierarchical control, or explicit state representations), we were curious if our own Foundation model could do it all end-to-end with just some post-training data. Surprisingly, it just worked. Nothing about the recipe is substantially different than any other demo weโ€™ve run in the past, and weโ€™re excited about its implications on model capabilities: โ€ข On contextual reasoning, these models can (i) attend to task-related pixels in the peripheral view of the video inputs, and (ii) retain this knowledge in-context while ignoring irrelevant background. This is useful for generalizing to a wide range of real workflows: e.g. paying attention to whatโ€™s coming down the conveyor line, or glancing at the instructions displayed on a nearby monitor. โ€ข On dexterity, these models can produce contact-rich "commonsense" behaviors that can be difficult to pre-program or write language instructions for e.g. rolling a brick slightly to align its studs against the bottom of another, re-grasping to get a better grip or to move out of the way before a forceful press, or gently pushing the corners of a brick against the mat to rotate it in hand and stand it up vertically (i.e. extrinsic dexterity). These aspects work together to form a capability that resembles fast adaptation โ€” a hallmark of intelligence, relevant for real use cases. This has also expanded my own perspective on what's possible with robot learning, using a recipe that's repeatable for many more skills. This milestone stands on top of the solid technical foundations weโ€™ve built here at Generalist: hardcore controls & hardware, all in-house built models, and a data engine that "just works." We're a small group of hyper-focused engineers, and hands-down the highest talent-density team Iโ€™ve ever worked with. We're accelerating and scaling aggressively towards unlocking next-generation robot intelligence. Building Legos is just one example, and it's clear to me that we're headed towards a future where robots can do just about anything we want them to. Its coming, and we're going to make it happen.

#AdaniEmbraer Adani-Embraer Landmark Aviation Partnership Adani Defence & Aerospace and Brazilian aerospace giant Embraer signed a historic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) at the Ministry of Civil Aviation. This partnership aims to establish India's first private-sector Final Assembly Line (FAL) for regional transport aircraft, specifically targeting the 70โ€“146 seat segment. The collaboration is designed to build a "world-class aviation ecosystem" rather than just a standalone manufacturing plant. The focus areas include: โ€ขFinal Assembly Line (FAL): Setting up a facility to assemble Embraerโ€™s regional jets (E-Jets family) on Indian soil. โ€ขIndigenization: A phased increase in local manufacturing of parts and components. โ€ขValue-Chain Integration: Leveraging Adaniโ€™s existing footprint in airport infrastructure, MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) services, and pilot training. โ€ขSupply Chain Development: Establishing a robust domestic network of suppliers to support global aerospace programs. Jeet Adani, Director (Adani Defence & Aerospace / Adani Airport Holdings) Jeet Adani characterized the agreement as a "vision taking flight," emphasizing its alignment with the national mission of Atmanirbhar Bharat. "It represents India's determination to build world-class aviation capabilities on our own soil. This project will redefine the future of aviation in our country." Arjan Meijer, President & CEO (Embraer Commercial Aviation) Meijer highlighted India as a "pivotal market," projecting a demand for at least 500 aircraft in the regional jet category over the next 20 years. He noted that the partnership combines Embraer's engineering excellence with Adaniโ€™s industrial scale. โ€ขRegional Connectivity (UDAN): The partnership directly supports the government's UDAN scheme by providing cost-effective aircraft suited for Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities. โ€ขBilateral Ties: The deal strengthens strategic relations between India and Brazil, fostering technological and industrial cooperation. โ€ขEmployment: The project is expected to generate high-skilled employment and move India up the global aerospace value chain. โ€ขMarket Positioning: Currently, approximately 50 Embraer aircraft (commercial, defense, and business) operate in India. This move positions Embraer to compete more effectively with the duopoly of Airbus and Boeing by offering locally assembled alternatives. โ€ขLocation: While not yet finalized, Jeet Adani confirmed that a couple of sites are under evaluation, with a final decision expected within the next two months. โ€ขFirst Rollout: Government officials suggested that the first aircraft could potentially roll out of the Indian facility within the next five years. โ€ขInvestment: Specific financial figures remain confidential, but the scale is described as a multi-billion dollar commitment to India's aerospace infrastructure. Source Highlights: โ€ขMoU signed in the presence of Civil Aviation Minister K Rammohan Naidu and Defence Secretary Rajesh Kumar Singh. โ€ขAligns with the 'Make in India' initiative to reduce import dependence.

After regrouping with our investors and the team, Iโ€™ve made the difficult decision to wind down Hike completely. Our US business, launched just nine months ago, is off to a strong start. But scaling globally would require a full recap, a reset that is not the best use of capital or time. The Big Question โ†’ We could raise the capital, but the real question is: is it worth it? Is this a climb worth pivoting for? For the first time in 13 years, my answer is no. Not for me, not for my team, and not for our investors. Why? 1. RMG was never the destination. It was a way to test unit economics and traction in India while working toward a bigger vision. In hindsight, starting in India locked us into the model and regulatory headwinds, turning a temporary path into a more permanent one. 2. The Gaming Nation vision is real, but we may be too early. The world will eventually move toward a Nation-type model in gaming and Web3 - Company 2.0. But crypto regulation is still developing globally, and we donโ€™t want to repeat India, where we hoped for clarity that never came. 3. And most importantly, if doing a full reset, is this where Iโ€™d put my own capital and energy today? For the first time, the answer is no. The world has changed in the last decade - and so have I. There are more important problems to solve and bigger opportunities to deploy brilliant talent and capital. Looking Back & Lessons The last 13 years have been immense. Hike Messenger reached 40M MAUs and became the 35th most loved consumer brand in India at its peak. With Rush, we built a brand new kind of Casual PvP gaming platform and scaled it to 10M users and $500M+ in gross revenue in just 4 years. Our execution was super, but we could never quite make it stick. There are clear lessons to carry forward, especially on market selection: 1. Be careful with winner-take-all markets. To win, you need to go global. 2. Donโ€™t build for todayโ€™s tech constraints. Build on the spring/summer of new technologies. 3. Regulatory clarity matters. Risk is fine; uncertainty is not. More importantly momentum is everything. And build what your heart and mind are deeply excited about. Itโ€™s the conviction that carries you through. This is both a disappointment and a hard outcome. But I choose to look on the bright side: the learnings are invaluable, and my conviction for whatโ€™s next is even stronger. To everyone who has been part of this journey - our users, our team, our investors, and our community - thank you. As a CEO, youโ€™re only as strong as your team, and I want to give a special shout-out to mine - an incredible group of people who gave this everything. Hike This chapter ends, but the climb continues. Looking Forward Iโ€™ve always thrived at building at the forefront of technology. Over the last decade, in the little time I had to explore outside of Hike, I kept returning to the same three frontiers. And now, they feel like the great canvases for decades to come โ†’ 1. AI โ†’ For the first time, technology has both intelligence and memory. Imagine products that donโ€™t just serve us functionally but truly know us - systems that adapt, grow, and partner with us. As a UX-first builder, this is the most exciting time to be building software. 2. Breakthroughs in Energy โ†’ Human progress has always been bound by energy. The worldโ€™s demand for energy is rising faster than ever. Breakthrough approaches, especially in physics are needed to power the future. The last century gave us mastery of fine matters and electricity, the next will move deeper, at the intersection of science and spirituality - into what yogis call divine magnetism and physicists call the quantum world or electromagnetism. From there will come technologies that today feel impossible to imagine. 3. Mastery of the Self โ†’ As AI takes on more of our work, a deeper question will rise: what now defines us? When productivity is no longer the measure of worth, humanity will turn inward. Manโ€™s evolution will move from the intellect to intuitive attunement - a deeper connection with ourselves and the divine (which weโ€™ll realise are one and the same). The tools, spaces, and guides that help us explore this inner world will be as transformative as any innovation in the outer one - unlocking the next level of humanityโ€™s potential. If you put these together, a picture emerges: โ†’ the cost of intelligence trending to zero โ†’ the cost of energy trending to zero โ†’ and the cost of willpower falling lower and lower. Just imagine a future where willpower is infinite, energy is abundant, and intelligence is at our fingertips. This is the future I will help build โ€” and itโ€™s where Iโ€™ll be contributing in the decades to come. This new chapter will look very different from the last one ๐Ÿš€ Video for perspective. Jim Cramer just went on Mad Money and told investors to stay away from Nebius and that alone might be the strongest buy signal of the week (Save this). "Nebius is at the nexus of the craziness right now," Cramer said. "This stock is not done going down. There will be another time to buy it, but that time is not now." If you were waiting for one more confirmation, this week handed you several and the fundamentals moved the opposite direction from the stock price. Job postings in Singapore for Data Center Project Development, Site Selection & Colocation and Technical Due Diligence show Nebius actively scouting a new market, following similar signals in Wales and India within the same four day window. Job postings are a leading indicator that typically show up before a formal data center announcement, not after. Now here is the actual fundamental news from this week and it matters. Nebius announced a brand new business model, asset light infrastructure partnerships. Instead of financing every data center itself, outside partners will finance, own and operate the physical facilities. Nebius supplies the systems architecture, hardware design, software stack and its global sales organization. This is the same playbook major cloud providers and chipmakers have used for years, outsource the capital heavy physical layer, keep the high margin design and customer relationship layer. This directly addresses Nebius's biggest historical risk, the capital intensity of building GPU data centers fast enough to keep pace with demand. Nebius has already signed initial partnership deals under the new structure, meaning capacity can now scale globally without spending its own capital on land, steel, and power. None of this guarantees the stock stops falling in the short term, momentum is negative and the stock sits roughly 40% below its June all time high. The stock may keep falling but the thesis just got stronger and I am buying the company Nebius is becoming. Extremely bullish on Nebius and make sure to follow me Melvin for more underrated gems.

Is Canada's newest 'spaceport' a scam? ๐Ÿš€ The โ€œspaceportโ€ is little more than a concrete slab on a gravel lot. The Halifax Examiner published an incredible story last week. I had to read it twice to make sure it was real! Canadaโ€™s Department of National Defence has signed a 10-year lease for a so-called โ€œspaceportโ€ in tiny Canso, Nova Scotia. Sounds impressive โ€” but wait until you see whatโ€™s actually there. The โ€œspaceportโ€ is little more than a concrete slab on a gravel lot. That means taxpayers are paying $54,000 a day for land that appears to be a fictitious launch facility. I flew to Halifax and drove three hours to Canso to see for myself. And the more you look into it, the stranger this whole thing gets. So who exactly is Maritime Launch Services? Itโ€™s the company behind this proposed Nova Scotia โ€œspaceportโ€ project โ€” a company that, according to public reporting, had little visible infrastructure on site and a stock price that traded at just pennies before this federal deal was announced. Now, thanks to a $200 million, 10-year lease from the Department of National Defence, the company stands to receive roughly $20 million a year from taxpayers. And โ€” this part is so weird โ€” the lease payments are backdated a year. So the Liberals have agreed to pay $20 million for last year too, even though the lease was just signed a few weeks ago. $20 million a year for the โ€œspaceportโ€ โ€” even though Maritime Launch Services itself only pays $13,500 a year to lease the land from the province! If the governments can call a slab of concrete a strategic national asset, what else are they hoping no one checks? Sometimes the biggest scandals arenโ€™t hidden at all; theyโ€™re sitting in plain sight, wrapped up in official language by politicians. The problem is not just one bad deal, but a crooked system that's gotten comfortable with sweetheart deals like this. Congratulations to citizen journalist Marie Lumsden for breaking this story, and for talking to us, so we can spread the word. If you can help chip in for the cost of my travels to go out there, Iโ€™d be grateful. Between the flight to Halifax, the rental car, fuel, and the three-hour drive each way to Canso with my videographer Lincoln, this trip will cost more than $1,500. I know it sounds crazy to fly across the country and drive deep for hours just to inspect a so-called โ€œspaceport.โ€ But when the mainstream media wonโ€™t seriously question a $200 million government deal, someone has to โ€” donโ€™t you think?
