These judges have no integrity—whether it’s out of fear or because of rewards they may have received. The Pakistani judicial system has entirely collapsed, and in its place stands a rule of injustice. We have always made it clear that our struggle is for the implementation of justice. We demanded that missing persons be brought before the courts. Whatever the state is doing to the Baloch people should at least go through the legal system, there must be legality. But instead, the justice system itself is being weaponized against us as a tool of repression. This is not just injustice against us: it is a tragedy for the entire Pakistani judicial system. Judge Juan Merchan has ordered Donald Trump to be sentenced for 34 counts on January 10th ahead of inauguration Judge Merchan was never supposed to oversee Donald Trump’s case, he was specifically assigned the case to weaponize our legal system against Trump, here’s the proof “Understand there's absolutely no reason that Judge Merchan should have even had a chance to be assigned to this case? Now, I'm sure the left is just gonna call this a conspiracy theory. ‌ So I'll issue a challenge to them, and maybe they can tell me how he managed to be the judge. Because for these type of cases, the way it's supposed to work is that there is a panel of 24 judges, and they are all put in rotation and randomly assigned these types of cases. Judge Merchan is not on that panel. ‌ That's because he's not a judge. He's an acting judge. So even though they're trying to claim that they didn't pick the judge, that it was randomly assigned, that's not possible because judge Merchan isn't in the pool to be randomly assigned. So the only way he could have caught this case was to be specifically assigned to it. There was no chance of him being randomly selected. ‌ And the wild thing is that according to the left and the department of justice, judge Merchan was not only randomly selected to be the judge in this trial, but he was also randomly selected to be the judge in the Trump Organization case, and he was randomly selected to be the judge in the Steve Bannon case. ‌ So judge Merchan, a judge that is not in the pool of 24 judges that is supposed to catch these cases, a judge that is not an actual judge, but an acting judge caught all 3 Trump related cases randomly. This is a judge who gives heavily to an organization very plainly named Stop Trump, and a judge whose daughter makes tens of millions of dollars every year promoting Democrats. ‌ But, yeah, I'm sure this was just a coincidence. It was a coincidence that one of the most high profile cases ever, we didn't assign a judge, we assigned an acting judge. ‌ And that that judge somehow got selected even though he wasn't in the pool of judges available to be selected, and that that same judge that was selected also caught 2 other Trump related cases in the same year, and then that judge's daughter makes tens of millions of dollars a year promoting Democrats. Yeah. I'm sure that's all a coincidence.”

I think this issue now should be taken very seriously because 498A misuse should be curbed. After all, it has an impact on the social fabric of our society. There are false allegations which are not only filed against the husband but also against the father-in-law, mother-in-law, sister-in-law, and brother-in-law, of the family. They are also implicated in these kinds of cases and most of them are false. I'm not saying genuine cases are not there. #WATCH | On opposition's allegations and criticism of 130th Amendment Bill, Union HM Amit Shah says, "In this country today, the number of NDA CMs is more. The PM is also from the NDA. So this bill does not raise questions only for the opposition. This raises questions for our CMs as well… There is a provision for bail for 30 days. If it is a fake type of case, then the country's High Court and Supreme Court are not sitting with their eyes closed. The High Court and Supreme Court have the right to grant bail in any case. If bail is not granted, then you will have to leave the post. I want to ask the people of the country and the Opposition, can a CM, a PM or a minister run their government from jail? Today in Quetta, the ATC extended the remand of Dr. Mahrang Baloch and other BYC leaders by another 15 days. That makes ninety days under the 3MPO, fifteen in illegal custody, and sixty-five in police remand—nearly six months of imprisonment without a shred of evidence. For 57 days we have protested in Islamabad with nothing but our voices and our resolve. Inside parliament, ministers claim BYC’s fate lies with the courts. Outside, we see how those courts truly function: judges removed for refusing to extend remand, suspended FIRs revived when televised lies collapse. The laws used against the Baloch were never written to protect us; they were designed to justify our persecution. And when a judge, after fifty years in law, chooses the colonel over the constitution, what remains is only disgrace. We demand the immediate and unconditional release of BYC leaders. Their imprisonment has never been about law or evidence. It is about silencing those who organize peacefully, who invoke the Constitution instead of the gun, who insist that the voices of Baloch families cannot be erased. END UNFAIR TRIAL OF BYC LEADERS! Rule of Law, fair trial and justice have become myths in Pakistan. More than 14 months have passed since Dr. Mahrang Baloch and her companions have been kept in jail under baseless accusations and unlawfully detained. Despite the absence of evidence, they have been detained, harassed and mentally tortured in jail. Against these injustices and violations of the rule of law, Dr. Mahrang Baloch and her companions are protesting inside the jail, where they have organised a “Dharna.” If their demands are not met, they will proceed with a “Token Hunger Strike” inside the jail. The trials have shifted from prison-based hearings to a virtual court system, where faceless trials are being conducted and the judge and other parties participate remotely, while the State seeks a speedy conclusion of the proceedings. Their demands are simple and clear: 1) End online and jail trials and restore hearings in open court so that judicial proceedings are transparent and accessible to the public. 2) Replace the current judge, Mobin, as he has been biased towards the state regarding the case from day one. The organisation's leaders have filed a court application for the judge's replacement, which should be heard soon and a new impartial judge should be assigned to hear this case. 3) Suspend the case until the judge's replacement and the commencement of open court proceedings. We once again request all human rights organisations, journalists, politicians, social and political unions, humanitarians and the Baloch nation to raise their voices against state barbarism and spread awareness about the ongoing injustice and online trial of BYC leaders.
