This is outrageous. A 37-year-old high school physics teacher was arrested and dragged out of a city commission meeting in Kansas for 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 in support of opposing a new data center. In the video you can hear one of the city commissioners call on the man to be arrested. We faced challenge after challenge, but we remained dedicated because decongesting the Mith Chowky was crucial. After years of hard work and overcoming obstacles, it's frustrating to see the BJP MP now stepping in to take credit for something he was never involved in. Such actions do a disservice to the genuine efforts and commitment that made this flyover a reality. Given the recent controversies surrounding a male and female, I'd like to share my reflections based on Islamic law hoping to educate our muslim brothers and sisters on X (twitter). Wrong is wrong is & right is right, and 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗯𝗲 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗴𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗯𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗼𝗿 𝗯𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲 in that which they are free from. Having said that, social media is 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘀𝗲 𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗿𝘂𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 and playing the role of judge jury executioner. The main issue is a lack of Islamic knowledge in how to deal with theses issues. This is why we must learn our religion properly. Slander is a huge sin in the sight of Allah. Allah says “when you passed it from one tongue to the other, and said with your mouths what you had no knowledge of, taking it lightly while it is *extremely* serious in the sight of Allah A simple like, tweet, retweet etc without verifying information- we think of it light but wallahi it is mighty in the sight of Allah Infact in Islamic law, slander has a public punishment of flogging or imprisonment. It is not a light matter Let us be very careful in future, and learn from this and never do this again as Allah says: “Allah forbids you from ever doing something like this again, if you are ˹true˺ believers”.

It’s one thing taking a big loss, but it’s another thing holding a big profit, and especially if it’s a profit that’s bigger than you’ve seen before. That’s one of the most stressful things ever. It’s just so scary, but you really need to believe it can go further in your direction. That’s really what happened on TSLA. I was up 650k, I thought it was gonna go down another 50, 100 bucks, and then it just reversed back higher and I gave back most of that profit. But then I re-nailed it, and that was a big one. You really gotta believe it will do what you think it will do.

It is remarkable that while Imam al-Albaani is reported to have made the above statement, he also critiqued Hamas during one of their earlier uprisings, for which he faced significant backlash. Furthermore, 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗵𝗲𝘁 ﷺ 𝗱𝗶𝗱 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗰𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗯𝗶𝗱 𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗹 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗮𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗲. This is evident from the Hadith of Dhat Anwat during the journey to Hunayn, where some new Muslims made a request that amounted to shirk. The Prophet ﷺ immediately corrected them and did not delay by saying, “Wait until after the battle.” (Refer to the hadith for details). 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗮𝗶𝗸𝗵 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗶𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗝𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗮𝗻𝗶 (AT) 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀 but rather for a balanced approach: refuting both secularists and deviant Muslim sects corrupting the deen, prioritizing one over the other based on the time and place, without neglecting either. The Prophet ﷺ said: “By Him in Whose Hand my soul is, you must enjoin what is good and forbid what is evil, or else Allah will soon send upon you a punishment from Him. Then you will call upon Him, but He will not respond to you.” (Sahih at-Tirmidhi 2169) The key point from the hadith: forbidding evil includes all its forms, not just one.
