I don't wanna send checks to people. I wanna use those dollars to reduce the national deficit. Sending checks to people is inflationary. What we need long-term is to reduce deficits. So, forget about the $2,000 sent out to everybody and just apply it against the deficit of the country. We have massive, massive debt. We don't have a balanced budget yet even if we're bringing in all this money on tariffs.

In times like these, how we feel often shapes how we act, and that’s why accurate information is so important. Unfortunately, there are individuals spreading deliberate misinformation, creating confusion and fear. My responsibility is to ensure Jamaicans have the correct information. If some choose not to listen, that is their choice, but the truth must always be available. Criticism is part of public life, and I have never shied away from it. What I will not accept is the spreading of falsehoods that undermine national efforts or discourage our people in a time of recovery. Managing information is a critical part of disaster response. If we allow negativity and misinformation to drown out the facts and the hard work of those restoring our country, we risk weakening national morale when unity is most needed. I urge all Jamaicans of goodwill to stay positive, stay informed, and stand against those who seek attention through negativity.

I notice how a lot of people are mocking Trump this morning for his comments about having "High Intelligence" and for his alleged use of Adderall. Personally I don't like how everyone tries to push this idea that Donald Trump takes or abuses Adderall. There are a lot of people in America who rely on Adderall to help them overcome the symptoms of ADHD, or narcolepsy. Yes, I understand that Trump has been accused of using the drug in the past, but I feel as though this stigmatizes the use of Adderall by people who really need the drug to get through the day. Sometimes I think we all need to be better when making a social media post. Think about others. Think about the effect your posts could have on people who are struggling. Oh, and feel free to mock Trump all you want for his comment about "High Intelligence," because all I could think of when I read his Truth Social post was "Person, Woman, Man, Camera, TV."

Harris has clearly learned nothing from her brutal election loss...when she failed to connect with everyday Americans. Dear Citizen TV Kenya and NTV Kenya As you scramble for viewership at this critical turning point in our Country's history, I urge you to remember the role Media plays in perpertuating violence in conflict torn countries due to absence of constructive news reporting. As you tirelessly fuel a narrative of 'youth' led political unrest across the Country, I remind you of the danger of distorting reality and magnifying situations to serve self- interest at the expense of unity and peace in the country. Media Council and Communication Authority of Kenya Must hold Media Houses Responsible and Accountable in the role they play in influencing violence in the country. If we tarnish Kenya's image and contribute to burning this country, there will be no viewers to tune in and we will serve as an example of a failed country to the very Western Players that are pushing and financing this Chaos. There is no doubt that there are foreign players including NGO's who are currently funding some youth to burn this country. We Must Remember that when the wave of instability and violence rocks a country, it wipes out every standing institution and affects all livelihoods. I urge all media houses to take lessons from KTN News Kenya Television Network(KTN) in their constructive news reporting.
