Help! International Community During the past days, the occupying forces of Iran, under the command of Khamenei, killed the peaceful uprising of our nation's children in the cities of Kermanshah, Lorestanat and Bakhtiari with direct fire. Today, in the brutal attack of the Islamic Republic troops on the peaceful march of the people of Malekshahi, Ilam, at least 7 young people of the Kurdish nation have died and dozens of people have been injured without access to hospitals. In addition to this, the government forces raid people's homes and have arbitrarily arrested dozens of people and made their fate unknown. While condoling the families of the victims and condemning this crime against humanity, I demand from President Trump, the heads of free countries and international organizations to take quick measures to prevent the killing of the people of Kurdistan, Lorestan and Bakhtiari, which have now become the focus of the uprising against the Islamic Republic. Our people in these areas need to implement the principle of “Responsibility to Protect” and establish a “No-Fly Zone” to be safe from massacre. Kurdistan and the Kurdish nation are strong actors in containing Tehran and in solidarity with the international community. For more than five months, the leaders of the Baloch Yakjehti Committee (BYC) including Mahrang Baloch and others have been held in illegal detention under fabricated charges. Their only crime is raising their voices against the injustices inflicted on the people of Balochistan. The all detained individuals are human rights defenders and political voices who dared to speak against enforced disappearances, extrajudicial killings, and the ongoing repression in the region. Their imprisonment is not only an attack on their dignity and freedom but also on the fundamental right of every citizen to demand justice and accountability. Silencing them will not erase the truth. Instead, it exposes the state’s fear of those who stand courageously with their people. We strongly condemn the recent reports of extreme brutality in Gwadar, where peaceful protesters, including leaders of BYC, have been violently attacked. According to eyewitness accounts, armored vehicles were driven into the crowds at the #BalochNationalGathering, resulting in numerous injuries. This incident represents a severe violation of the right to peaceful assembly and freedom of expression. Paank demands an immediate and impartial investigation into the use of excessive force by security forces. The deliberate targeting of protesters with armored vehicles is a grave human rights violation and can not be justified under any circumstances. We call on the Pakistani authorities to: Ensure the safety and well-being of all injured individuals, providing them with necessary medical care. Hold accountable those responsible for ordering and carrying out the violent crackdown. Respect and protect the rights of the Baloch people to peacefully assemble and express their demands. Why does the world ignore the rights of the Kurdish people? Why are policies imposed on the Kurdish people, while their most basic rights are overlooked? How long will the Kurdish people be denied a simple right — to see their leaders standing in international forums with the flag of Kurdistan behind them? Why are Kurdish leaders forced to stand before flags that do not represent them or the aspirations of their people? Why is the Kurdish people expected to respect the flag of a government that seeks their destruction?
