Christian brothers and sisters, you need to watch this video with clear eyes. This is not conspiracy theory. These are Israeli officials, including Benjamin Netanyahu in the 1980s, openly discussing ambitions for a vastly expanded Greater Israel territory that includes not just Gaza and the West Bank, but significant portions of Jordan, Lebanon, Syria, Iraq, and beyond. Jesus warned us repeatedly about the Pharisees and their traditions. He called them a “brood of vipers” and said they nullified the word of God for the sake of their own traditions. The religion practiced today as Judaism is not the faith of Moses and the Prophets, it is the direct continuation of the Pharisees and the Talmud. The Old Testament prophets repeatedly warned Israel that when they turned from God, they would become a curse to the nations around them. The pattern we see in this video the relentless drive for territorial expansion, the supremacist ideology, and the willingness to destabilize entire regions, is completely consistent with that ancient warning. As Christians, we are commanded to “love our neighbor.” We are called to be peacemakers. Yet we are told that supporting modern Israel is somehow a religious duty. This video shows exactly what that support actually looks like in practice: the destruction and displacement of entire nations while American Christians are expected to foot the bill and remain silent. The New Testament is clear “They are not all Israel who are of Israel.” The covenant was always conditional on faithfulness. The idea that modern Israel has some divine right to conquer its neighbors is not historic Christianity it is a 20th century theological innovation called Christian Zionism. Jesus said by their fruits you shall know them. Look at the fruits. This should concern every Christian who still believes the words of Jesus matter more than political alliances. The same spirit that opposed Christ 2,000 years ago has not changed. It has simply taken on new political form. Watch the video. Then ask yourself honestly. Is this what the Kingdom of God looks like?

What is Netanyahu expected to say to the president? The main problem with the ballistic-missile story is that the Iranians have caught on to the daylight—the gap—between Israel and the United States. What happened here is that Donald Trump gave his word and then broke it. "We will not allow Iran to have nuclear weapons." But he didn’t talk about conventional weapons—the ballistic missiles that threaten Israel. They threaten Israel to such an extent that Netanyahu himself, in a video announcing to the Israeli people that he was launching Operation Nation of Lions, said that two existential threats had developed. The nuclear threat—you’ve known about for years—but also the threat of thousands of ballistic missiles. What has happened since then? The Iranians are not acting at all on the nuclear front, as far as we know. They have not even extracted the enriched material buried underground. But they are very much intensifying their experiments with ballistic missiles. Either because they think it is threatening, or because, as Netanyahu says, it is an existential threat to Israel. We also have a race between the number of their missiles and the number of our missiles—and let’s say that both countries need to recover on this issue. Let’s ask the question now, and here I don’t have an answer. When Netanyahu goes to Washington to talk to Trump about this, is he talking to him about a combined attack—which seems a bit far-fetched to me, because the Americans really have no intention of getting involved in a conventional weapons conflict anywhere in the world; otherwise they would never get out of it—or is he content to give Israel permission to attack on its own, with the U.S. providing a defensive umbrella? One. Two, it should also be said, in this context, that there is a big debate in the Israeli cabinet and at the top about whether it is possible to launch an attack every six months. You cannot—unlike the nuclear project—you cannot eliminate the Iranian ballistic threat. Is it sustainable to come every six months, eight months, and launch another round, which includes them firing at us, all the flights leaving Israel, and all the implications for the economy? There is no decision in Israel. There is no decision in the U.S. that's what they will discuss.

Van Hollen: Now, we know the state of our Union. We know it is under attack from a lawless president who is shredding our Constitution and attacking our democracy. A president whose private ICE army kills Americans and then calls the victims “domestic terrorists.” That is what Donald Trump and his administration said. We are here because we know our country is being robbed by the most corrupt president in American history — one who is exploiting the Oval Office to enrich himself, his family, and his billionaire buddies. A president who continues to hide portions of the Epstein files from both survivors and the American people. When are they going to release the files? A president who wants to erase our history. Are we going to let him erase America’s history? A president who promised that on day one he would bring down costs — but ever since he was sworn in, prices have gone up on the American people, even as he refuses to extend tax cuts and tax credits that help families afford their health care. We have a president who seeks not to build a more perfect union, but to tear it down. A president who said he would stop wars — but instead is responsible for war crimes and, as we speak, is threatening more wars. We are gathered here because we know we cannot pretend that any of this is normal. We will not — and must not — pretend this is business as usual. We must get in the way of Donald Trump’s march toward fascism. We cannot let our country go down that road. What Donald Trump wants to do is what all bullies do — what all dictators do. He wants to intimidate us. He wants us to sit obediently and quietly while he lies and lies and lies to the American people.

The Vice President JD Vance then had his turn to speak. He didn’t waste the moment. Instead, he meticulously laid out just how far America has come in only a few months under Trump, after inheriting an absolute DISASTER from Biden. First up: jobs. Under Biden, all net job growth went to the foreign-born. Under Trump, that growth is finally going to American citizens who deserve it. “All of the net job growth under the Biden administration had done to the foreign-born, now that net job growth is going to American citizens who deserve opportunity in their own country.” Then came the deficit. Vance reminded everyone that they inherited the largest peacetime deficit in American history....yet Trump’s trade policies are now pulling in trillions over ten years through tariffs. “People forget that we inherited the LARGEST peacetime deficit in the history of the United States of America, and now—we’re collecting hundreds of billions of dollars, trillions of dollars over ten years in tariffs from countries and companies that were formerly taking advantage of the American people.” And it wasn’t just about dollars. Vance said safety is the most sacred thing a government can give its people. Thanks to Trump’s crackdown, working Americans, not just the wealthy, can finally feel safe in their own neighborhoods again. “You heard Pam talk about the public safety and the success we’ve had there. I happen to believe that maybe the most sacred thing we can deliver to American workers, is the ability to live safely and comfortably in their own neighborhoods.” “Public safety is not just something that should belong to the wealthy. It should belong to every working man and woman in the United States of America, and because of the work of this administration, that is happening.” He finished by slamming Biden’s inflation disaster, revealing a stat that shocked even the room: Housing costs doubled under the Biden administration. Truly shocking. “Mr. President, you yourself talked about the inflation mess that we inherited under the Biden administration.” “Maybe the most striking and even shocking statistic of the Biden administration is that housing costs have gone up by 100% over the four years of the Biden administration—literally doubled, making the American dream of homeownership unaffordable.” Vance closed with a promise: there’s a lot more work to do...and they’re not slowing down. “We’ve made great strides and great progress already. But to the American people who are listening, there’s a lot more to do. We’re going to keep on working hard at it.”
