Weeks ago the kids came home from a friends with these chips from Trader Joe’s. They freshly opened them and found a chicken bone inside the bag. It’s been weeks of back and forth with TJs communicating and they tried to tell us it’s just a bunch of rolled up chips. 🤣- either way, we are just trying to help them by asking them to check any other bags from assembly. Now they want us to send it all back, which we are, but I wanted to document my little chicken bone friend one last time before we say goodbye.

Our kitchen is a potato cutting factory. I couldn’t find a press that cuts them the size I like so everyday from 3-4 we cut cases and soak. Blanch in the AM, fry in beef tallow to order. It takes work, but it’s worth it. No chemicals, no seed oils.
