Every day, the same man comes to talk to me between sets. He greets everyone at the gym the same way and loves to critique fitness and talk about his family. Not everyone entertains him, which I find is sad. Today, he said something to me that I think more people in gym culture need to hear. He said, "I'm an 86-year-old man who struggles to make it to the gym every day, and it's youngsters like you who make me smile, making my whole day worth living." I hope that the next time you're at the gym, you'll take a moment to encourage strangers. I hope you understand that the world doesn't revolve around just you; other people struggle too. Taking the time to hear others, matters. ❤️

Most women assume that when a man goes silent... He doesn't care about her. FALSE. What if he's actually carrying something he doesn't know how to put into words? What if the thing you're calling defiance... is really shame? Ladies, You need to understand this: 👇 When a man goes silent, most women interpret it as abandonment, neglect and disrespect. She demands, “Why don’t you talk to me?” Not realizing that, to him, it can feel like being trapped. Like a caged animal. And when a caged animal is cornered? Violence can become the outcome. When a man has carried the responsibilities of a committed relationship... but is told he has failed in her eyes... he starts to feel like nothing he does is ever good enough for her. For a man, respect is earned. Through competency. Hard work. Courage. Responsibility. If he has committed to those things... but still believes he hasn't earned your respect... he feels masculine shame. And shame naturally causes withdrawal. One of the worst things for a man is to feel vulnerable... in a place where he already feels small. Women often don't understand this... because when women feel shame, they cry. They talk. They rationalize. They lean into being the "weaker vessel." Men don't have that same outlet. So they go silent. They numb themselves with work. Porn. Alcohol. Drugs. Or anything that helps them escape what they don't know how to fix. It's not that he doesn't care about you. On the contrary... he often cares too much. How does a woman make a man feel disrespected? If she asked for honesty... and reacted badly when he gave it... he remembers. If she asked him for something... and he genuinely tried to make it happen... but failed... he remembers. If she rolled her eyes at something he said... he remembers. He files every one of those moments away... into a folder of self-hate. Until one day... it bursts open in aggression. And suddenly she's shocked by a reaction... that had been building for years. So what do you do? You don't rock him like a baby. You can't breastfeed him. You don't stand in the doorway so he can't leave. You don't pick up the pieces for him. You don't try to solve the problem for him. You don't say, "Why won't you talk to me?" You simply give him space. And say: "I'm not your enemy. I don't need you to fix anything. I just need to know you're still here." Then... step aside. And let him go. That reminds him he's safe to show up in this relationship as a man... even when he's not at his best. That's when the cold space he's holding onto begins to thaw. And you remind him... that he's still in control of himself... instead of attacking his silence.

Anyone who hates this guy, really just hates themselves. You can’t dislike someone who started from nothing, showed up regardless of the outcomes, worked harder than most, lost with dignity and came out a better person. I actually agree that Disney movies programmed little girls. But NOT the way she’s describing it. Disney taught girls that Prince Charming was supposed to save her. In reality, a relationship requires both sides to take responsibility and women are supposed to protect and support their man just as much as he protects them. It’s funny how feminists took that script and completely rewrote it so men are once again the only ones to blame 🤦🏻♀️ This woman is telling other women that the highest form of womanhood is rejecting everything feminine or desirable… for a man. That idea is pure evil. Feminism preaches: • Beauty is “oppression.” “Be beautiful… but never for a man.” • Softness is “weakness.” “Have a voice… but never let it serve anything bigger than yourself.” • “Be independent… until you’re 40, used up, and wondering why no one stayed.” That’s why feminists teach other women to treat masculinity like a disease. And the girls who buy it the hardest are usually the ones who end up the most alone.

It's no surprise that men are walking away from American women. The men I know, who are either dating or married, met their wives outside of the United States. These men are financially successful, tall, attractive, and very fit. They could easily marry a woman from the West, but they've all told me that the attitude of American women is a major turn-off. If women don't get it together soon, there will be a lot of lonely women. Men know women use their sexuality to measure their worth and lack what’s needed for a long-term relationship so they tell women what they want to hear to get what they need. Sex is cheap. Men know the majority of women aren’t worth the trouble because they have become the haystack, not the needle in the haystack. Good men know they are the unicorns and aren’t buying into entitled women
