My tutorial for Bicep Contraction/Flex is finally out!💪 It behaves like a real bicep, with a cleaner setup than standard blendshapes and contacts. It works in all directions and performance free with 2 VRChat constraints per arm. If helpful please like ❤️and share🔃 it around!
