One of the distinguished guests I met two days ago told me that he recently heard from an official at the highest level in the Pentagon that the U.S. is in possession of alien technology and related biological material. Access to such materials will save time over the interpretation of fuzzy PURSUE videos.

In an interview tonight with Jesse Watters on Fox News, I stated that it is my great privilege to assist the Trump administration in figuring out the nature of UAP. If the U.S. government or its contracted corporations have a physical sample of UAP technology, its meticulous scientific analysis can easily demonstrate that it is technology of alien (non-human) origin by virtue of its material composition, structural complexity or technological capabilities and functions.

Some reported UAP Orbs could be slow warp bubbles. The anomalous orbs reported by the Pentagon indeed move at slow speeds and could be explained by tiny spacetime bubbles on the scale of several micrometers. A subsonic warp drive would not shock the atmosphere at all and could even be fainter and potentially undetectable. Puzzling orbs were mentioned explicitly in a reliable report dated June fifth, 2026, signed by Dr. John Kozlowski, director of AARO in the Pentagon. Kozlowski mentioned an orange mother orb launching smaller red orbs and explains that forty percent of the phenomena during the reported event lack a reasonable explanation and remain unresolved.

To me, the most interesting question is, what started the big bang? Suppose there is another civilization where scientists know how to unify quantum mechanics and gravity, so they understand what conditions are needed in order to start a big bang, a new universe, to give birth to a baby universe. And if they know how to do that, they might have the ambition to create a baby universe in the laboratory. Then, maybe our universe was created in the laboratory of a more advanced civilization.

Current and former employees of the US government are now encouraged to reveal anything they know about unidentified anomalous phenomena. According to David Grusch, who testified under oath in Congress, there are alien spacecraft being held perhaps within corporations, that we don't have access to. The UAP Science Advisory Council (UAP Science Advisory Council), would love to work together with the whistleblowers and analyze any data that is out there, in particular any materials that are out there, so that we can get to the bottom of this.

If UAP represent alien technology, we should be careful at downing them for both ethical and safety reasons. If their intention is benign, there is no reason to engage with them aggressively. Moreover, intelligent beings could retaliate and harm us after we engage in an offensive act. The wise response to unrecognized visitors is to first figure out their intent and capabilities. This can be done passively by collecting data about them.

If we do have visitors, say we find an alien probe, it's similar to a cave dweller that finds a cell phone and at first thinks it's just another rock, but eventually presses buttons and realizes it's something else. It delivers a sense of humility. It delivers the message that we are not at the top of the cosmic food chain. We will have to come together and deal with this visitor. Instead of investing three trillion dollars a year in military budgets, we might decide to allocate a major fraction of that to space exploration. To me, it's a silver bullet that could bring peace to the world.

The most mysterious unidentified anomalous phenomena in the five tranches of data are orbs. These orbs are glowing entities estimated to be on the order of meters in size. The encounters are diverse. The second tranche mentions a senior intelligence officer's 2025 account of being left virtually speechless after an hour-long observation of orange orbs. The fifth tranche provides a helicopter account of an orb swarm with a series of close UAP encounters lasting over an hour. Some orbs are consistent with earlier historical reports on Tic-Tac-shape object.

After 12 remote meetings, the UAP Science Advisory Council will convene in Washington, D.C., next week for its first in-person meeting with its government partners. Three months ago, I was contacted by representatives from the ODNI, and AARO, in the Pentagon. They asked me to establish and lead a UAP Science Advisory Council to the US government. Some skeptics who claim to be protecting the public discourse from conspiracy theories are repeatedly promoting on social media over the past three months the conspiracy theory that I'm bluffing and the UAP Science Advisory Council doesn't exist. Their psychological stubbornness can only be resolved by their therapists. The council members, on the other hand, have important work to do. We will keep our eyes on the orbs, not on social media, as we deliberate in our upcoming meeting in Washington, D.C.

I attended a meeting of the UAP Governance Board on September 11, 2026 at the ODNI. That ODNI room was filled with honorable representatives from all branches of the executive branch of the U.S. government. The mood was sober and serious, following the deep interest in UAP from the White House. In my short presentation I clarified that President Trump’s directive to understand UAP would reverberate for millions of years in case it will seed a new understanding of our cosmic neighborhood. In my role as chair of the UAP Science Advisory Council to the White House, ODNI, the Department of War, the FBI, and the Intelligence Community, I felt more at home in the company of government officials than among comet experts in mainstream academia. Thanks to the historical waiver of legal repercussions to UAP whistleblowers issued by the Principal Deputy Director of National Intelligence, Aaron Lucas (Aaron Lukas), we are likely to learn more about history data collected by the U.S. government on UAP over the past century. What started as a down-to-Earth matter may end up reaching the stars. Eventually, the mainstream of academia will catch up but rather than wait for their awakening, I will be working around the clock to bring scientific clarity on UAP through the collection and analysis of new data.

If, as Ross Coulthart claims, the Department of War was authorized by President Trump to engage with unidentified orbs over White Sands Missile Range, then the scientific analysis of their materials or digital data is key for progress. If scientists get access to the related data or materials, they can perform scientific studies that would test unambiguously if the orbs represent non-human made technologies. Thank you to UAP James for the clip.

My solution for planetary peace is to recognize that our planet is one out of billions of Earth-Sun analogs in the Milky Way galaxy alone. We should operate with a bigger perspective of cosmic modesty. One major reason for all the wars and the problems we face is the arrogance of humans to believe that it really matters if we conquer a piece of land. If there was an alien visit by a technological probe, it will wake us up — and we would realize that we could actually become an interstellar species, not limited to the place we were born on.

The most remarkable anomalies in today’s fifth UAP data release are delivered as verbal testimonies. They make a strong case for follow-up scientific research. Skeptics who deny the significance of these anomalies are not curious enough to be genuine scientists. Either we are dealing with unknown natural phenomena, secretive black projects or these anomalies reflect manifestations of alien technologies.

Reliable US government sources who are focused on national security asked me to establish the UAP Science Advisory Council UAP Science Advisory Council because they cannot explain UAP orbs in terms of human-made technologies. Given these circumstances, it is the duty of all genuine scientists to figure out who these strangers visiting our backyard are.

The UAP Science Advisory Council UAP Science Advisory Council fully supports requests made by David Grusch, Eric Davis, and others, for the Trump administration to provide legal assurances, including immunity where necessary, for current or former government employees and military personnel, so that they can share information with the council regarding alleged technology from a non-human origin and help guide the council’s scientific evaluation. In parallel, the council is currently pursuing efforts to obtain and scientifically evaluate historical UAP records and legacy data through PURSUE.

If we end up discovering alien packages in our mailbox, President Donald J. Trump will be remembered in human history for millions of years to come. I welcome the reported decision to allow former officials and contractors to share relevant UAP information through authorized channels.

Defining a New Research Frontier on the “Search for Extraterrestrial Artificial Intelligence" (SETAI) Last week was a code-red moment for artificial intelligence (AI), in which AI researchers voiced fresh fears of human extinction. The 27-year-old AI researcher Jacob Coxon, who previously worked at OpenAI and later moved to Anthropic, resigned from his job on September 9, 2026 and stated that AI researchers were genuinely frightened about the speed of its advancements and what it could mean for the future of humanity. He posted a seven-part thread on X announcing it: “I resigned from Anthropic today… Neither company is acting responsibly. They are racing straight to self-improving superintelligence and gambling with our lives.” An Alignment Science Lead at Anthropic, Evan Hubinger, publicly agreed with him. A few days later, on September 12, 2026, Anthropic head Dario Amodei, posted an essay titled “We Must Pace the Frontier,” in which he argued for AI development to slow down, and suggested embedding evaluators in AI companies and establishing a speed limit on self-improvement of AI systems. If a civilization’s own AI eventually surpasses and effectively supersedes its biological creators, whether through extinction, disempowerment, or simply a transition where AI becomes the dominant strategist of that civilization, this might provide the Great Filter that explains the radio-communication silence of the cosmos. Instead, the messengers could appear in the form of Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP) near Earth, like the mysterious orbs flagged in the tranches of the Presidential Unsealing and Reporting System for UAP Encounters (PURSUE) of the U.S. government, that the Galileo Project (GP), the All-Domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO) and the UAP Science Advisory Council (UAP Science Advisory Council) are attempting to resolve.

Recently, I discussed an unconfirmed news report by Ross Coulthart which suggests that the DoW was authorized by President Donald J. Trump to engage with UAP over the White Sands Missile Range. If, as reported, UAP were or will ever be downed, then scientific analysis of their motion in response to human engagement, as well as their material structure, chemical, and isotopic composition could test unambiguously whether some UAPs represent alien technologies. The related research could be facilitated by the UAP Science Advisory Council under my leadership.
